Mycket bra hotell. Trevligt gym med en fin pool och bubbelpool. Centralt och bra läge också. Jag har inget att klaga på. Ta gärna tåget från Portland Airport, stannar 50 m från hotellet och kostar $2.5.

Vår vistelse på Hilton Portland & Executive Tower var mycket bra. Perfekt läge mitt i centrala Portland (där allt i centrum ligger inom gångavstånd), trevlig hotellpersonal och god mat i hotellbaren. I wish internet and breakfast was included as part of my hotel room bill... was an inconvenience to check mail, etc in the lobby. I have stayed at the Marriott Courtyard, and breakfast and internet was included in the pricing.Thank you

It was the 1st time I was charged for parking. Where did hospitality go? The bathroom tub was clogged and the wallpaper was pealing off, there was no microwave available. I have to say that for the price I paid I was very disappointed.

this hotel is not the newer model, they will put you in the old run down hilton, rooms so small, no window, not the jam for the price, dont book this hotel!

One main issue - The TV remote doesn't allow correction of the aspect ratio for each channel, so we had to watch our program stretched wide. The beds were very comfortable.

I was very disappointed in the room that I got for the price that was paid. I noticed mold on the shower curtains, there was no fan in the restroom, and parking was ridiculous! Valet parking was expensive and the valet guys were rude! If you are looking for a hotel in downtown Portland, I would avoid this one at all cost!

The hotel was clean and overall staff was helpful and friendly. The concierge was less then helpful and actually she made me feel silly for asking a simple question. However, she was the exception. Maybe a touch outdated, but not bad. It's your standard Hilton Hotel. Nothing special. One weird thing is that if you are in the exec tower, you have to walk across and down the street to the rest of the hotel to catch a cab.

Could hear the elevator all day long, and I wasn't even close to it. Rm 1148, around the corner and down the hall. Avoid it if you can.

Paid for a very good room, then needed to take dog at last minute, got small, stained carpeted cramped room. Evening restaurant staff indifferent, bar staff rude. Will never stay again. There are far more luxurious hotels nearby that take dogs but don't charge premium prices for subpar amenities. V disappointed all round.

Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel. Hotels.com got me a good price on a room with a large bed and comfortable furnishings. Everything was clean and very pretty. The cost of internet was very high and they do not offer affordable parking, which is unfortunate. The restaurants around are all relatively high end for basic dinner. You have to walk […] a ways to get to cheaper dinner places, but there are a lot of good breakfast and lunch options right by the hotel. It has a beautiful entrance. The location of the hotel is great and so convenient to everything downtown. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. The staff service was underwhelming (outside of housekeeping who was very nice and courteous). We had to get our room keys rekeyed 3 times in one day and every time we went down to the front desk there were 1-2 other people/couples […] complaining about something else with their stay. Läs mer

Other guests were up all night partying and I got zero sleep, it was a Saturday night in the city but I mean the other guests were out of control, and I don't believe security came up once!! Very unfortunate!! Also the breakfast was ridiculous!

The location is great, the rooms are very average and both the toilet and door lock needed repair during our stay. Parking is extra and pricey, as is internet which does not work very well.

Not thrilled w/the Portland Hilton...Asked if we could upgrade from two double beds to two queen beds, was no told NO, w/out any explanation. ( I am guessing because we booked it through Hotels.com.).. Service was OK,but had to ask for more towels b/c they only gave us 2, for the 4 of us. This hotel was more expensive than any of the others we stayed […] in this week, and no continental breakfast. or anything extra was offered. Good place for a good price. The room was fine but wasn't big and lacked the character of a top-end hotel. Plus I was close to the elevator and could hear its bell and people talking.

The easiest check-in and out I have ever experienced. The Hilton is smack dab in the middle of downtown Portland and easy walking distance to theaters, restaurants and shopping. Also, it is just a great city to wander about. The concierge at the hotel was great. Because I had previously lived in Portland, I didn't have too many questions. the room was surprisingly small. Hard for two people to walk around at the same time. I guess you get what you pay for. It was half of what we usually pay for a room at other Hotels in Downtown Portland.

They charge for in room wireless, which is ridiculous. Lovely building and fine location, with a very branded-type experience even having Hilton alarm clocks.

This hotel was okay; seemed a little overpriced for what we got. We went just to explore downtown Portland for two nights and it was good for what we intended, though for the price the room was underwhelming and didn't even have a refrigerator which was shocking. I gave it a four instead of a three because my girlfriend and I had just spent 8 nights […] in a five-star resort in Mexico, so I adjusted my review up for my bias! They hotel is a great location when you want to go shopping. And when you'r in Oregon, it's hard not to, there's no sales tax! The only thing that I noticed is that the rooms did not have refrigerators. It didn't bother me but heads up on that.

Overall I was pleased with the stay. I was a little annoyed at having to pay for internet service as I am a Hilton Honors member.

only problem was the in and out card for parking. the gate keeping was able to help but it was a blemish on a great stay.
