Trevligt hotell med ett fint bemötande, särskilt på hotellets restaurang Podium. Lugnt område trots dess centrala läge. Bodde på våning 7 vilket inte riktigt ger den utsikt jag hade önskat. En knapp km till Oxford street, täta bussturer utanför hotellentrén.

Mycket nöjd med allt. Trevlig personal. Vi bad om ett rum med tyst läge och badkar och fick ett stort och bra rum. Extra plus för toalettartiklar med fin kvalitet. Fick dock begära lite fler ex eftersom det bara fanns ett shampo och ett balsam för två personer.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Vi fick ett fint rum med ett högt läge och utsikt över stan. Rummet var inte särskilt stort men rent och fint. Frukosten var väldigt bra - missa inte.

Hotell som håller hög standard. Tyvärr är läget inget vidare. I hörnet av Hyde Park men inga restauranger eller affärer i området. Måste åka taxi eller ta en lång promenad för en bit mat på kvällen. Bodde där under en kall januarinatt och rummet blev aldrig varmare än 16 grader trots max värme på.

Great location with walking distance to lots of stuff. Great service and standard and quiet. Only Hilton complaint, the beds are too rigid. But I like a soft bed.

Personal = toppresultat på alla nivåer. Frukost = toppresultat, bra valmöjligheter (mycket bra!) Barer och restauranger = Helt OK! Hotellkorridor (våning 14) = behöver en översyn, skarvar i mattor gått upp Hotellrum = fantastisk vy, men behöver en översyn - framförallt badrum, fogar på väg att lossna, beläggning på vissa ställen (fogar), speciellt i […] anslutning till badkar. Totalt sett drar rummet ner helhetsomdömet till att det inte är värt pengarna. Synd, då lobby, restauranger och barer ger ett helt annat intryck. Läs mer

Det kändes lite sniket/gammeldags att man måste betala separat för att använda Internet och frukosten var överprissatt. Men i övrigt var vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse och skulle gärna bo där igen.

Hilton Park Lane offers a very nice experience if you want a little extra. The rooms are nice and the view is astonishing. Make sure you get a room on floor 15 or above. The breakfast exceeded expectations and the bar on the 28th floor is a perfect place to begin your London evening

Having stayed in the Royal Horseguards hotel the last 3 times we have done the London Marathon, we wanted to try somewhere different but just as special! We were not disappointed! Great hotel is a brilliant position, the staff couldn't be more helpful and cheerful, especially the doormen, reception and restaurant where we had breakfast! The room was […] amazing, on the 17th floor with panoramic views. Room was clean, well presented with comfy beds and great bathroom! The only one negative I could give is I love a hot shower and the water was just warm both in the morning, evening and during the day when I ran a bath! Room was immaculate and very smart. Really big beds and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel. Just one small criticism - the hot water didn't start to come on until about 7 am. I wanted an early shower but it was barely warm.

Stay was OK but it cost us an incredible 73 GBP to park at the hotel overnight (48 GBP hotel parking, plus 2 x 10 GBP Congestion Fees, plus 5 GBP to pay the Congestion Fees using the hotel phone). It is possible to drive to the hotel from outside London avoiding the Congestion Zone, however, the hotel is set back from Park Lane by about 40 ft and its […] front door is about 40 ft inside the Congestion Zone. We had an excellant stay. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the Mayfair suite which was superb but it was next to the lifts which were noisy.

Just returned from a fantastic weekend at the London Hilton on Park Lane. The staff really were superb and could not do enough for us. We stayed in in an executive level room on the twenty-first floor with amazing views over Hyde Park. its a great location, good value considering its status as an iconic london luxury hotel. Although it could be because the other luxyury hotels are overtaking the HPL. Trader Vics was quite ordinary with seemingly early closing and no alternatives in the hotel. Gym was poorly equipped and the room service I experienced was properly awful. The doormen […] are excellent although theres no valet parking and the reception staff are friendly and well trained. its a great location, shephers market has really good bars and restaurants. one issue i had was that despite being hilton honors they wouldnt give me free wi fi or the upgrade my card allows. Very pleasant relaxing family break at this hotel. Enjoyed the executive lounge with view towards park. Great position for walks in the park and shopping!

The room with executive lounge access was ideal for a short leisure break in London. Location excellent for all west end and Knightsbridge activities. Room view of Hyde Park offered additional utility. Room was recently refurbished and impeccably clean and staff were very helpfully offering early access to executive lounge whilst awaiting room.

Who wouldn't want to stay at the Hilton Park Lane just once ! I was extremely lucky to be upgraded to the Park Lane Suite on the 21st floor, so there wont be many bad comments from me at all. Like with most Hilton's the Hilton Park Lane is no exception to its slightly tired look. My rooms TV was not working but that was about it, and it was all fixed […] in a matter of minutes. The rooms a great everything you need and a powerful hairdryer! I always judge a hotel by the quality of their hairdryer. Unfortunately I was not able to use the fitness facilities but i don't doubt that they are excellent. This hotel can be very pricey but if you are savvy and book well in advance then you can get some good deals. Location wise the hotel is great, walking distance to oxford st and located in the premiership neighbourhood of London. Läs mer

This was my first time at The Hilton Park Lane, I set high standards if I am paying for a nice room and this meet them all. I was on the 22nd Floor, fantastic view over Park Lane. The room was fantatic, clean and tidy with some nice toches. The breakfast was great too, a nice selction of English and Continetal.

Nice older hotel with very small rooms. Very high fees for basics...(local calls 1 pound per minute; $20 daily internet in room, etc. that are free in cheaper hotels). We had only booked to stay one night at short notice. When we arrived to the room, the sound on the TV wasn't working, one of the light bulbs had blown and the room was very cold. Within 5 minutes of calling the front desk, an engineer appeared and fixed the problems. This was excellent service.

I booked a nights stay here as it was close to the Grosvenor House hotel (where my Xmas party was taking place). It was around £100 cheaper for the night, but that was not reflected in the quality or value for money. Check in was smooth and the personal attentiveness of the staff was great.
