Vi var mycket nöjda dels med hotellets standard, service läge och den fantastiska frukostbuffén.

A little bit off and in a strange setting but very nice surroundings and fantastic interior. Sadly they charge you for internet and there was no tooth paste -sad to be cheap on such small things.

Excellent hotel. Truly a gem! Excellent service, The entire staff went out of their way to help us in a variety of ways. We felt very welcomed. Conciergge was great and full of info. I normally stay at the Westin/Hyatt so I do like staying at comfortable hotels, this chick does not rough it! I enjoyed the Hilton, my massage was excellent and the spa was truly relaxing. I'm used to American style breakfast and the Hilton did not disappoint, definately worth you dragging yourself out of bed:) The staff was extremely helpful and […] made sure our stay was problem free. Only 10 minutes walkind through the English Garden and you are in the MIddle of Munich. If you like you can take a bus also. The hotel room was very comfortable. The staff excellent and polite. I made a reservation and I paid through Hotel.Com for Superier 2 Rooms but I get a standard room because superior room is not available !!

this hotel is not close to anything. you must taxi or public transport everywhere. hotel staff only gives part instructions, i.e. "take tram 17, straight out the front door." is correctly translated to " take tram 17 out the front door, across the street, around the building, over the river, though the car park, though a small park, then cross another […] road to the tram stop. and oh, by the way you need to transfer to tram 19 at the 4th stop." also internet is available at 27euros per 24hours. not exactly available. not even free in lobby. even starbucks knows better. We stay at this hotel for 3 days and have a wonderful stay. Hotel i very close to all attractions and is very comfortable. We recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a simple 'big chain hotel', it actually does not feature any special luxury, only clean and neat standard rooms but maybe the value for your money is not that good in the end. It has ridiculously expensive prices in their restaurants and also for internet which 'of course' is not included in the room rate. I would not recommend this hotel […] for tourists since it has a pretty bad location for such purpose: you need to take a bus and then transfer for the subway to reach the city centre and the main tourist attractions (nevertheless is quite easy to do so) and it has nothing in its surroundings, no convenience stores, no shops, except a huge park. Staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent. Hotel parking (pay) was also excellent. You can pay a lot for parking in Munich and not have the security or convenience.

This hotel is an must stay when staying in Munich , Germany. We stayed two days here before we continued travelling to the Garda lake, Italy. Close to the English garden . Your policy on internet access is exorbitant and borders on indecent.. You may earn 22 Euros for a 24 hours service, or 12 Euros per hour (!). But you earn a very bad reputation for a measly 22 Euros. I will never again stay at your hotel and will tell every one I can influence not to stay there.

everything was great. a little far from the main attractions and hotel food and bar were VERY expensive. rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Transferred to this hotel after arriving at another in Munich (the other was very sad!). Hotel is ideally situated for the park which is well worth the time spent to explore. It's a nice walk into the centre (20 mins) with lots to see on the way. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Hotel is clean and breakfast plentiful. This room was by far, the best out of the 5 different Inns/Hotels that we stayed at in Germany. Great place.

This hotel is located in a business park, and you need to take a bus to get to the nearest metro stop. We stayed in a King Executive Suite which was not worth the added money. Get a regular room - they look the same! There is also a Hilton Munich City hotel, which we would probably stay at next time because the location is more centered in the city. […] As usual, the breakfast was very good at Hilton Munich Park - but as usual, you have to pay for internet services and an extras. Hotel was very clean, luxurious. Swimming , sauna and Steam rooms. Staffs are very friendly. The English park next to it, and the most famous park in Germany. Loads of German naturists in the parks, showing their kits off. :) City Centre walking distance thru the park, maybe 15 mins

Nicht der Lärm durch die Renovierungsarbeiten war arg störend, vielmehr die undichten Fenster ließen den Sturm durch Mark, Bein und Trommelfell pfeifen - trotz Exec Floor mit Lounge Comfort blieb der Eindruck des Aufenthalts damit verbunden, daß die Windgeräusche Horrorfilm Assoziationen ankerten. HOTEL EXCELENTE , ATENDIMENTO CORDIAL, CAFÉ DA MANHÃ EXCELENTE. QUANDO VOLTAR A MUNIQUE VOU ME HOSPEDAR NESTE HOTEL

Trotz Renovierungen, die bis Mai 2012 abgeschlossen sein sollen, war es wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders die Lage direkt am Englischen Garten ist im Sommer sehr schön und auch in die Stadt kann man gut gehen. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber recht teuer, wenn man es extra buchen muss.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfpehlenswert, alle Bediensteten sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, ruhige Lage neben einem grossen Park, alle Anlagen und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, tagsüber war etwas Lärm aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten, aber man wurde beim Einchekcen darauf hingewiesen. Sind schon seit Jahren gerne in diesem Hotel, weil tolle Lage am Englischen Garten und dennoch im Stadtzentrum. Dies Mal war die Hotelbuchung für drei Nächte in drei verschiedenen Schritten erfolgt, also jeweils 1-Nacht-weise. Beim Einchecken wiesen wir auf diesen Sachverhalt hin und man erkannte: Folgebuchungen, die man zusammen fassen wollte. Sehr gut gelegen für eine BMW-Werksabholung. Nettes Personal und sehr schmackhaftes Essen im Restaurant!! Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

It's very nice hotel, very clean, large room. The breakfast is wonderful and tastes very good. I can run a jogging because of the near of the English Garden. I recommend it very powerully.

Ausstattung und Service in diesem Hotel haben einen hohem Standard. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr einladend mit herrlichem Ausblick! Das Frühstücksbuffet kann nicht besser sein. Sehr aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Bedienung! Leider ist der W-Lan-Zugang unglaublich teuer. In vielen Hotels weltweit gehört dieser Zugang zum kostensloen Service. Sonst alles […] perfekt! Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass das Badezimmer nicht geputzt bzw. sehr oberflächlich geputzt war. An der Wand hingen Spuren von Erbrochenem ...... Nach Reklamation sollten wir dann ein upgrade bekommen. Wir kamen dann zwar einen Stock höher, die "besseren" Zimmer liegen jedoch im 10. Stock und nicht im 8. Stock. I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The food in the restaurant was very good. Right outside the hotel there was a bus going to the nearest metrostation. Very easy to get around. Nice and quiet surroundings. Very friendly staff all over the hotel. The room was nice and clean.
