"The Fabulous Hilton"
I checked in and was immediately impressed with the apprearence of the lobby. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was clean and beautiful. If I stay with a hotel chain in Raleigh, NC again, it will most likely be the Hilton North Raleigh Midtown.

What a wonderful staff & accomodations the food was excellent and the bar/lounge was amazing!! What wonder people they were so helpful as in I tried some wine and they went out of ther way to find out what liquor store sold it and what time they opened so that I could purchase some the next day. ... the rooms were incredible ... loved the stay!!

Hotel has a neat and tidy exterior. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the shuttle service offered by the hotel is a plus if you are not driving your own vehicle or a rental. The pool and hot tub (indoor) are well maintained and are a nice ammenity. The only reason I would not give this hotel 5 stars on all rating […] criteria is because of a man working the front desk who was a bit rude to me when I phoned into the hotel to ask about public transportation. WE PAID A LOT OF EXTRA MONEY FOR A PRESIDENT SUITE. THE ONLY THING MORE THAT ROOM HAD THEN A REGULAR KING ROOM WAS WE GOT TO USE OUR KEY CARD TO GET TO THE FLOOR!!

Booked two rooms for 3 adults and one 6 year old. Everybody loved them. 6 y.o. made good use of the pool. Adults got a nice work-out in fitness room. All of the staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. we felt that the in-house and surrounding food choices were a bit limited for the two vegetarians with us, but they were what one would expect in […] North Carolina. There were a few spots of mold on one of the shower curtains, but I must confess that I never gave the hotel a chance to remedy this and, as my wife pointed out, it was still better than the one we have at home! "Great indoor pool area."
Loved this hotel! But the double beds are so small, wished they had queens instead and the hallway down to the pool area smelt awful (cigarettes) Not really a big deal though.The Sky Box Bar and Grill makes the most unbelievable fried cheesecake!!!!

We didn't eat there. We simply stayed there one night. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would stay there again. It was easy to get in and out.

"Great Hotel"
Very pleased with our stay in the Hotel but we were also there for a conference and difficult to get information about the conference. Had to seek out employees of the hotel to get information about breakfast and eating places. Would stay there again, although we were expecting exceptional service and that was a little disappointing.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was very clean and extremely comfortable.

The only thing that I did not like was, there were no refrighator or mircowave in the suite I had. I couldn't bring home any left overs to eat later. Other than that it was a good price and had a nice bed.

Everything was great except the inability of servers at our large dinner did not understand English, nor knew the proper table setting. No bread plate, didn't understand request for dedaf coffee or any other want. The food left a lot to be desired, but was hot. The food in the rest of the hotel was very good except for the eggs. I don't think they were […] real. If real, not good. However, the rest of the staff were most accommodating except for the wrong time for wake up call. 1 hour late.
