Bästa frukosten hittills i Usa, äggröra skinka med salsa. Det fanns gröt bröd yoghurt frukt osv. Jätte fina rum med ute plats, skön säng och många tv kanaler även soffa och skrivbord. Vi vart glatt överraskade när vi kom över hur trevligt hela stället var. Vi fick även kvällsmat (mån-tors). Ca 10 min biltur med mycket trafik till America airline center. Enda negativa var att det var lite svårt att hitta restaurang på gång avstånd. Men det rekommenderas att bo här!

Bra hotell med fokus på arbete, stora rum rent och snyggt utan att vara lyxigt. Lämpligt för arbete i norra Dallas. Ok gym med fria vikter och maskiner, dock ganska litet men nytt. Frukost enkel men helt ok, ingår i priset. Trevlig personal och en liten shop att handla vatten och annat fixi i receptionen. Bra värde för pengarna om man jobbar.

"Overall - great hotel"

Found an empty pack of cigarettes in the bed stand (that was apperantly overlooked by housekeeping)... Found a live wasp in the bathroom (not sure how that happened on the 7th floor)... The staff was very freindly and helpful... All in all, it was a nice stay...Verifierad gästrecension

"Bright Lights/Big City"
Check-in/check-out was easy and the staff was polite and helpful. Nothing really wrong with this place except it is showing it's age but, so am I. It is also a little noisy on the side facing Central Expressway but it wasn't too bad, probably because I'm also hard of hearing. "No phone No room"
Everything was good except I didi not have a working phone in my room. I tried to call down for a wake up call about 9:30 and the phone didn't work so i walked down and talked to the night manager he said he would take care of it in the next few minutes. Over an hour later He came to my room, played with the Phones, said he had one working and left. […] An hour later he knocks on my door (it si now 11:30 an dI have a 6 am wake up call. He informs me that the phones are not woking and that I must change rooms, gives me a key to another room on another floor and I get dressed and move myself. "easy on/off freeway"

"Nice room, sketchy neighborhood"
Our stay here was nice, except that we were very near what I consider to be a dangerous neighborhood. Although the hotel couldn't control this, there was a domestic altercation in the parking lot that seriously concerned me as to the type of people staying there. "Nice enough roommate for the money"
The room was a good size. Love the free Internet. Love the pool. However, the person at the front desk was NEVER there. They were always in the back room. The room was not cleaned while I stayed. "Quirky Front Desk; Very Clean Room; Good Parking"
Were it not for the odd and inconsistent behavior of the front desk staff, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and would even recommend it. Check in was a nightmare as they refused to accept our money. We had to call hotels.com to confirm we had a prepaid room for the following night, but were told we needed to pay at the desk for the initial night […] as it was past 12am EST. Literally we came in at 2am Dallas time, and were exhausted. The guy at the desk was more interested in returning to the back-office than trying to understand that our prepaid night was for the following evening, and that we needed to pay for tonight. He refused to allow us to pay in any fashion. We were advised by him to call hotels.com to extend our stay for the following evening. Now, it's well after 2am, and we called hotels.com again. They contacted the hotel and said they were essentially letting us check in early, and we wouldn't need to pay for another night. We wanted to sleep in, and tried to resolve this prior to hitting the sack. After an hour of multiple phone calls, we thought we had the answers, however the hotel was ready to kick us out of the room at 11am. So, our goal of sleeping in didn't happen. When we explained that we tried to pay the individual the evening before, they apologized, and admitted that he manipulated the prepaid evenings to avoid paperwork on his part. (We didn't know this, but for the record, hotels.com can't accept payment for a check-in after 12am local time. La Quinta front desk staff than said they'd just comp the evening, apologized and thanked us for the explanation. Despite being sleep deprived and disoriented, we felt we'd resolved everything to the best of our ability, and decided to stay another night via hotels.com. Yes, we paid for another night. Then, the front desk contacts us via the room, calling repeatedly to tell us they changed their mind, and that they want to charge us for the 2am-11am nightmarish-nap after all. The volume on the tv didn't work. I called the front desk they told me that someone would be up early the next morning to fix it i was there for a cheer competition so we weren't in the room so we get back later that night and needless to say the tv was not fixed. Hotel wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. The second night I was there, I heard a couple come in and ask to look at the hotel's surveillence cameras, because someone had broken into their car in the back parking lot. "Nice hotel but with road noise"
This hotel is nice but it is very close to 75 and we were kept up much of the night due to road noise. I am surprised that they didn't automatically put us (and everyone else) on the side that is NOT facing I75. I can't imagine that anyone could sleep given the level of road noise. "La Quinta North Central Expressway"
The hotel is right on 75 (North Central Expressway) near Meadow Lane, which is perfectly located for shopping, such as Northpark Mall and the trendy Know/Henderson area and also gives you plenty of dining options, all within 15 miles. We love to have Sunday brunch at Blue Mesa, just across from Northpark Mall. You are also very close to downtown for […] the theatre and musuems. The first impression of the hotel lobby is bright and airy and for those looking to save money and time, there is a "help yourself" breakfast available with plenty of seating available. Checking in and out was fairly quick and painless. We booked our stay with Hotels.com so it was pre-paid, saving us time and money. Another welcoming feature is the pool and hottub in a nicely landscaped setting. While not a large pool and only up to 5 feet deep, it will cool you off from the Texas heat! The rooms are a nice size with comfortable and CLEAN beds. I also felt safe walking on the carpet with my bare feet. Our room faced the freeway and was suprisingly quiet. We were on the 6th floor and that may have made a difference. I have to mention the elevator was extremely slow, but there is always the stairs if you are not bogged down with too much luggage. Not a big deal but worth mentioning, the vending machines were either not present or not working on every floor. The one near the lobby was working , so grab a cold drink or snack on the way to your room. Unfortunately, there is not a mini fridge provided in the room, which is a perk I enjoy, but there is a coffee maker in the bathroom. Rooms was not clean, there were cigarette burns in the bedding in a non smoking room, There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. There were loud people in the halls in the middle of the night. I would not stay there again.Verifierad gästrecension
I have stayed at this hotel several times and had positive experiences. This time the elevators weren't working . I was on the sixth floor and on one end of the hall. I had to walk down the length of the hall to the other elevator and then walk all the way back to exit where my car was parked. I stay in a lot of hotels & use Hotels.com as much as I can. This hotel was a complete disappointment: room was okay, but service was horrible...was given a smoking room, when I asked for non-smoking & when I went down to change rooms, the person at the desk was MIA for about 10min with no manager on site to help.
