It was all good. I got what i wanted and everybody were helpful.

Lovely hotel, good facilities-gym, pool, tennis courts. 8+ restaurants although all very expensive considering you are in Sri Lanka. Clean & comfortable rooms good size-we are a family of 3 & with the extra bed still had plenty of room. What let this hotel down for us was the lack of response to questions and problems-no hotel info in room, request […] for safe in room to be fixed was not dealt with, when I asked reception cost of breakfast was told one price but charged another, When queried they simply stated that this was correct as tax was added-this still did not add up and I felt that I had just been given an answer rather then them finding out the correct price. It is in a good location for shopping, markets & restaurants, with all a short walk or tuk tuk ride away. Läs mer

Make sure you try the buffet breakfast featuring a variety of Western, Indian, and Sri Lankan food. Well worth it!

You normally know what to expect when staying at Hilton's around the world and this hotel is no exception. Located in the heart of Colombo this hotel has a great range of restaurants inside the hotel and a nice bar with live music to keep you amused. Very good breakfast. But my husband got a "running to the toilet" problem from the salad. That is a bit unfortunate because I really enjoyed their good selection and I did not incur any problem-----did not have the salad. The hotel is in good location and the lobby looks nice. The room had a good view but small and had a low class feeling of a 2--3 […] star hotel, not up to the inter national brand name of "4 star Hilton". Staff are friendly. we might got a bit ripped off by it's car service--$48 to the airport. If one hires a taxi from the street to the airport, the normal rate is about $27; The swimming pool was a bit far from the hotel---a good few minutes detour walk through a bridge and a busy public street.. Food varieties in breakfast, lunch and dinner specially in buffet in "The Spice" need to be improved. Same dishes should not be served for consecutive days.

Honestly, the Koi pond is a thing to admire. The service is great and the rooms are very nice. This is the third time in 3 years, that I've had the opportunity to stay here and their consistency keeps me coming back.

No complaints at all. A very pleasant stay, and good location.

This hotel is a typical business hotel, with a few ideas above its station. The prices for drinks are extreme (and we live in London!), and the hotel seems to cost the same as a quality boutique hotel, just minus the attention to service and detail. Bland.

We had two stays at Hilton Colombo in Dec. 2010. The first one, on the arrival day, was as pleasant as expected for such a high cost. In the second one however, the reception desk cancelled our breakfast without notice, so we ended up paying much more that during the first stay, for the first room. The annoying part was that we had not been informed […] until checkout. Otherwise, the room, the facilities and the restaurant are very nice. The location is great too with easy access to the railway station and great restaurants. Enjoy your stay after clarifying all details as you check-in! The business center is very poor though. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although it appears a bit worn, it has everything you need, is clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We were given drinks on arrival at check in and meet the wonderful Adrian (front office manager) He kindly arranged a room on a high floor with an amazing view over the city and coast. Although the […] room may look tired in furnishings it does have everything that you need and would expect. There is an array of dining choices, so something to suit every meal and mood. We had tea in the lobby, dinner at the extensive and well presented buffet and breakfast from the bakery. Prices were reasonable by western standards. I booked this room while "on the road" and did not have a print out of my reservation. I have never needed an acutal printout before though, so I thought it would not be a problem. After waiting in line for 15 minutes (while there were people behind the counter who appeared to be doing nothing) I was greeted (not very friendly) and asked for my reservation […] information. I had two rooms booked under the same last name, and I gave it to her. She found my paperwork and asked for my passport, which we gave her. She asked for my reservation paperwork, which I told her I did not have. She seemed very annoyed, and asked why I didn't have it...I explained why and she rolled her eyes. I asked her why it was necessary as she obviously had my reservation and information on the paperwork in front of her. She replied that it was necessary, nothing more. I had to go down to the business center, and wait to use a computer to print out my reservation paperwork before she would check us in. Total check in time seemed to take approx 45 minutes. Too long in my book. Other than the check in experience, our stay was nice. Pool is a bit of a walk from the main building, but worth it. Restaurants, were good (tried all but one of them) though pricey for the locale (in my opinion). After a long week working upcountry, it was a nice break. Läs mer

In many ways a typical international 5-star hotel, though they do infuse a fair amount of local color. Wonderful service and the seafood buffet at Curry Leaf was quite a bargain and very tasty. Otherwise, it was clean, personable and well-managed.

Good business hotel in Colombo, good value for money for the rooms, however mini bar in room and airport pickup service very expensive. Could need some updating of rooms and tv, but everything was working only dated. Internet is charged separate!

Die Lage ist im Bankenviertel von Colombo, die Aussicht von der Lounge ist super und der Service ist erstklassig.

清潔で快適。場所もよく。お湯もちゃんと出ていた。隣の有名なホテルを使った友人によると十分熱いお湯が出なかったとか。滞在者にとってはかなり重要な部分のクリアしてくれていた。アメニティも充実でした。

Nice business hotel, serviceminded staff, nice pool area and okay in room service - especially the indian dishes. Don't order any dishes with eggs, they make them to fluid. The same goes for the breakfast buffet. No pay per view.

Die Zimmer und der Service in den Executive-Etagen sind hervorragend und dabei preiswert. Nicht vergessen: Die Happy-Hour in der Executive Lounge ! Mein nächster Aufenthalt in Colombo wird ganz sicher im Hilton sein.

ミニバー(冷蔵庫)に鍵がかけられていましいた。どうやら冷蔵庫が動作している気配もありません。どうせ使わないので気にも止めてませんでしたが、チェックアウトのときに、｢ミニバーの利用は？｣と確認を受けました。どうすりゃ良かったのか、ちょっと不思議。

Das Hilton Colombo ist ideal fuer Leute die in der Altstadt Geschaefte taetigen, etc, Banken sind alle in der Naehe inkl. ATM, dazu fuer den Touristen gut gelegen für Spaziergaenge ueber die Gall-Face Promenade. Das HILTON verfuegt ueber sehr gute restaurants, das morgenbuffee ist hervorragend. Une nuit magique, tout simplement. Nous sommes arrivés en fin de matinée pour découvrir que l'hôtel nous offrait une chambre surclassée (une suite!), et le reste de la journée a été à l'avenant.
