Hotel Bloom var helt OK. Prisvärt och fräscht. Frukosten kostade dock 25 euro, så den skippade vi. Handlade istället på butiken mittemot samt vid Place Rogier till väldigt lågt pris jämfört med hemma (Stockholm) och hade på så sätt även nattmacka i kylen när vi kom hem på kvällarna. Kvarteren ner mot station Bryssel Noord är porriga och ljusskygga, […] men österut var det helt OK. 10 minuters promenad till city. Gymet på plan 8 hade 4-5 löpband av hög kvalitet + maskiner och fria vikter. Bra för den som vill träna. Fri frukt och vatten! Läs mer

Romantic weekend! Mailed in advance to ask for nice room for our engagement trip and got a free upgrade to panorama room! Staff really friendly and helpful. Lounge area great! The hotel offerred a free beer, soda or glass of wine there. We sat there on our way back from town around midnight, enjoying the lounge music and the very cosy atmosphere with […] different types of chairs, sofas etc. Truly something out of the ordinary. Our room: Lovely view and a great bed! However, the Large King Size bedroom was a lot smaller than we expected. Just a bedroom and a very narrow area with a desk and panorama window. Good thing there was a coffee machine, free bottled water and a fridge. The hotel's hairdryer and complimentary shower gel etc. were also great since we only travelled with hand luggage. Something really surprising to us as the hotel wants to be considered the place to stay if you want something out of the ordinary in design was the bathroom. It felt really strange to notice that it was just a nice surface but underneath it was not well done at all. Marble top sink but underneath wooden pieces and loose wallpaper. The tiles in the bathroom seemed to have been put up in a great hurry and pieced together in a very nonprofessional way. Location: The hotel is very close to Metro station Botanique where there are frequent metros. Across the street from the hotel there's a small grocery shop where you can find most things for breakfast or a snack, fresh fruit and vegetables, drinks etc. There is also a pharmacy across the street and a bank with self-service cash machines. Another bank further away and closer to the big Roman Catholic church at the end of the Rue Royale if you turn left out of the hotel. We bought fresh bread at the bakery nearby since the breakfast buffet at the hotel was extremely expensive! Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell - har bott på det ca 4-5 gånger senaste 2-3 åren. Rummen är stora och rymliga, fräscha och rena. Sköna, lagom hårda sängar och bra gym på översta våningen med både konditionsmaskiner, fria vikter och några gymmaskiner. Hotellet ligger bra till för arbete i affärskvarteren kring Place Rogier. På dagen går man dit […] genom Botaniska trädgården på 10 min. Tunnelbanan (hållplats Krudituijn / Botanique) ligger bara ett par minuter bort, liksom spårvagnen. Trådlöst internet har tidigare varit helt gratis, men vid senaste vistelsen i feb 2011 har man börjat ta betalt när gränsen 60 MB per dag (och uppkopplad enhet) överstigs. Området runt omkring är annars inte så roligt, men för att bo på under en affärsresa i närområdet är det perfekt. Läs mer

The hotel is a very goodlooking design fashion hotel with individual paintings in the room by an artist. Its a nice hotel that comes witha nice price. The resturant is also very good. However, the servicemindedness of the staff or the logistics or whater it is that aint working is bad. The wakeupcall I ordered in the reception went up in bitspace; […] it never rang, And the ironing for my shirt i ordered took so long i had to call reception again, and when the lady came up with it she told me she just got the order from the reception, so i suspect either the reception or the ironlady was in fact lying. The result was that I had to go out without ironing my shirt. Theres always two coins of a story however. On the flipside one of the staff was very helpful and hinted us to a faboulous nightclub and ordered us a VIP table there. We were in fact very lucky she was there and helped us. Ett härligt prisvärt nytänkande hotel med en inredning man blir glad av. Modern, fräsch och positiv miljö. Rummen rymliga och fräscha. Nära från Gare de Nord och 10 minuters promenad till centrum.

En kreativ, konstnärlig och ljus miljö i samband med modern teknik gör detta hotell till en pärla. Denna gång var det Fassbinder och Schygulla som dekorerade väggen med en intressant "twist". Möjlighet att koppla upp min egen iPod till Tv:ns högtalar ökade känslan av hemtrevnad, vilket är sällsynt i internationella hotellrum!

Hotellet står verkligen undet sin slogan "stay away from the ordinary..." med sin genomtänkta design, modernt och funktionellt. Fin, liten bar/restaurant. Stort rum, stor bekväm säng med riktigt bra kuddar och täcken. Borde ha 4 stjärnor!

Väldigt vänligt och professionellt bemötande i receptionen. Rummet var väldigt trevligt och personligt inrett, även var designad och gav ett väldigt positivt intryck.

You will soon find out that the "Bloom" is right next dor to the Botanique gardens, which is pretty cool! Hotel is clean, tidy, efficient and very well situated.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years, and have always been very pleased. However, last time the free internet had been limited to some 6 MB/day, and this time, I could not get the internet to work at all. Although the wifi network was visible on both my iPad and iPhone, neither one could establish a connection (I stayed in […] room 601 this time). The personnel could not help, and did not seem to understand what the problem was. Strangely enough, in the gym, the connection worked fine. So, in spite of the comfy and spacious rooms, and the excellent hotel gym, I think the time has come for me to try a new hotel when in Brussels next time. Läs mer

A lovely designer style boutique hotel unfortunately let down by its paper thin walls and a rather laborious check in procedure. One was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest .

Good hotel, nice big room. Only complaint is that the walls must be rather thin, and listening to the couple next door when they came in after a night out at around 5am on Saturday morning was far from ideal.

Superb meal in evening. Room and facilities fine and good value for money. Slightly annoying that you could not just turn up for breakfast and have it booked to your room.

This is a hotel that is worth the money. Literally under 5 minutes from Botanique Metro and about 15 mins from Centre. Go left outside the hotel and you will end up in the Turkish Quarter so go left for all the sights. What makes this hotel miss the 4 star mark?! The bathroom isn't as luxourius as it could be but it's clean, no room service but no complaints […] about taking food and drink back. Everyone complains that breakfast is pricey, believe me when I say it's the going rate everywhere if you want a decent meal! People complain about the lack of things to make free coffee, why complain, not many hotels give you the ability to make coffee for each of your party everyday for free and that includes a free bottle of water everyday. Entrance looks like a 4 star hotel and the reception staff speak English but don't seem to know everything. Shame they don't hold tourist leaflets in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed. The rooms are hot so make sure your air con works because it's a necessity. Läs mer

Stayed there 3 nights and was very satisfyed. Great service, big rooms, subway and tram very close. Walk to the city centre takes about 10min. Breakfast was not included, but there is a supermarked across the street where you get everything If I ever come to Brussels again i would choose hotel Bloom.

Each room features a piece of art painted into the room and information about the artist. The rooms are confortable and well lighted. Hotel Bloom is within a block or so of the Metro and a nice walk into the city center. The only negative is the high price for breakfast which is not included in the romm proce.

A very clean, modern and well managed hotel. The service was excellent and the location very good for metro access to the city. Everything in the room was of good quality and very tastefully furnished. The painting of the wall in our room was suited to a very individual taste, not ours, but maybe others would appreciate it. The breakfast and drinks […] at the bar, were very expensive. Be sure you know what you are paying before ordering. But this should not deter anyone from staying here. Very modern hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Room rate seemed reasonable in comparison to others. The additional charge for breakfast is frightening. Eat with caution! Advisable not to walk from Rail Station to hotel at night.

I've stayed at Hotel Bloom twice and enjoyed it both times. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The check in staff is nice - but slow. I like the coffee maker in the rooms and that they provide free water - it is a small thing, but I really appreciate it. I also like the chairs they have in the room. Great hotel just a stones throw outside the city. Very easy to walk to the city centre or use the very comprehensive metro system. Travel tickets can be used on bus or metro. Hotel very comfortable, staff lovely, a very pleasant stay.

Stayed one night with my boyfriend for a city break in Brussels. Very good atmosphere the minute we walked in, everywhere we can see fairly contemporary designs. Chic mural and furniture in the room. Clean and new. All facilities are new and updated. Only complain is the noise from the street from early morning. we were on the 4th floor.

The rooms were really spacious, comfortable and "funky", as well as the lobby. The room was on the back of the hotel and far away from the lift, so very quiet and we had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was OK. Got a really good rate for the room, so were absolutely satisfied. Breakfast very pricey (so haven't taken it) as well as the parking, so we […] were happy that we found a free parking space in the main street. No one warned us that it is dangerous leaving your car outside if you have foreign licence plates. So the next morning we found our car with the window broken. Another couple staying at the hotel had the same problem. Staff was very helpful afterwards. But be warned not to leave your car on the street, especially on a saturday night! Läs mer

Rooms individually decorated with original murals. Buffet breakfast good, if not outstanding, but expensive. Very convenient for Metro and Art galleries in Upper Town.

A truly lovely hotel. Very stylish, very modern. Excellent bar and restaurant. My King room was ridiculously comfortable!

Very new, clean hotel. Fairly basic but very comfortable. But watch out heading north from the hotel into the red-light district - a bit seedy after dark. Breakfast was good but expensive.

It was a truly beautiful and unique hotel. The staff was very helpful and it was only 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. The quality and the price were both excellent.

Hotel Bloom was one of the highlights of our trip to Brussels. The room was clean and comfortable. Smoods food was amazing, albeit on the expensive side. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! One tip though: if coming in on Eurostar and taking the metro, get off at Rogier rather than Gare du Nord. The walk is less steep and the neighbourhood […] is better. Läs mer

Hotel Bloom is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in...every room is unique and as soon as you come out, there's tram stops and the metro station...if you wanted to walk it's about 15/20mins to grand place...our room overlooked the botanic gardens...highly recommend! Everything about this hotel is perfect!

Hotel Bloom is a lovely hotel, very modern and spacious. As non-smokers, having a non-smoking hotel was a real bonus. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Although we only had breakfast in the hotel on one occasion, it was perfectly acceptable, with a wide selection of the things you would expect from good quality European hotel. The downside […] was that it cost more per person than we paid on our first night for an excellent Italian meal in a local restaurant only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel bar, Smoods, which also serves food in the evening, was amazing - an eclectic mix of decor and beautiful lighting. As other reviews have stated it is very easy to reach different parts of the city from the Hotel Bloom, either on foot or using the metro. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short break in Brussels. Although weekend rates are excellent value, prices do rise substantially mid-week. What a great hotel! unique, stylish, flawlessly clean, superb service. I could not recommend it highly enough. We got a great deal on hotels.com so it wasn't even expensive! One for couples and grown ups i would say, not so suitable for kids
