We recently stayed at this hotel in Acapulco having stayed at a Camino Real hotel in Mexico City. The service was very poor, the hotel needs renovating and all of us had stomach upsets which we informed the deputy manager about, she seemed as uninterested in this as the rest of the staff had been in serving us. In an excellent location, with a couple of private beaches in a separated bay(Puerto Marques) from the crowded Acapulco. The hotel is beatiful(all rooms face the bay), with an excellent staff that goes out of their way to please you and make sure you are ok and enjoying your vacation. Several times the staff asked "are you ok"? "are we doing everything […] you need to keep you enjoying"? So we felt cared for and completely safe. Food is suberb with a Mexican style full breakfast buffet that makes you skip lunch altogether. The hotel might need a good refurbishing and maintenance, since some areas need it: Air conditioning is a bit noisy, walls need some painting, towels are old. The gym is free !! 3 swimming pools on separate terraces help to distribute guests, so while the hotel was full, we did not "feel" the rest of the guests. Last time I visited the hotel, they had live music in the looby bar which added to the hotel. This time they did not, so the lobby felt deserted. They have a program for kids (Club Travesuras) that gives them activities during the stay and keeps them busy and interested while you relax. Läs mer

The hotel was absolutely alone and yet, we got a couple of rooms in a very low floor, with very partial ocean view. Knowing that there were no more than probaby 10 guest rooms occupied, I ignore why they did not give a much better (view) room, closer to the lobby, etc.

The entry level room is find, even the same as the upgraded one, but happens to have a communication door between every two rooms, that , if you are not lucky, will allow you to hear everything that happens on the room next to you. Our experience at the Camino Real Acapulco Diamante was truly wonderful. The hotel is located in a delightful location on a small bay south of Acapulco. The staff was thoughtful and helpful - and made sure our stay - while only one night was exceptional. The pools are great, several of them, but you have to go down many sets of stairs to get to a small beach. The prices at the bar pool are excessive. The rooms are very large and comfortable but the paint on the doors is peeling...maintenance could be better. I thought $25.00 UDS for a buffet breakfast in Acapulco was too much. We traveled thru a windy road into a gated complex named Pichilingue to get to the Camino Real. There we were shown to our room by a very knowledgable and helpful bellman. He informed us of the best restaurants for authentic Mexican food and safest nightlife spots. We spent most of our trip by the sundrenched infinity pool which flowed into another […] beautiful pool, all in immaculate condition. The pool bar was closed, but the wait staff was extremely attentive and helpful in getting us tropical cocktails from the restaurant downstairs where we went for most of our lunches. The lunch menu is excellent, from which I recommend the Picaditos de Pulpo (octopus), salpicon de salmon (ceviche) and the "tacos de langosta" (lobster). We had dinner at the same restaurant and the seafood was sub-par. Breakfast was included in our package and it was quite delicious with an excellent assortment of breads, pastries, fruit, juices, and a variety of american and mexican selections, of which my favorite were the "chilaquiles." The private beach is a short walk down and is nice, but quite small. We were there from Wed-Sun, and for the first three days the hotel was desolate, so we had the whole place to ourselves...no complaints! One can go on boatrides and jet skis, all available from the beach area. Room service was quick and the mini-bar inexpensive. Hotel is very secluded and quiet, perfect for resting and relaxing, Monday thru Friday only. Weekends it gets booked to capacity, all the people drive from Mexico City, it's only a three hour drive. Restaurants are o.k., nothing special.

People are currently scared away from Acapulco, and that's too bad because we had a wonderful time...and never felt threatened. We initially stayed in the center of town, where had a wonderful time. Then moved to Camino Real Diamonte because we always like to get in a couple of different lodging experiences when we're in a locale for more than a week. […] Diamonte is removed from town, beautiful. Total relaxation. Only downside is that it's costly and time consuming to eat any place other than at the hotel. We didn't eat at the on site upscale restaurant,which is right on the water and beautiful. Hotel is nice, has a nice location. It has a privat beach wich is nice because most of beaches are public and therefore you have a lot of people selling stuff to you. The Hotel could be in better shape (maintenance). Food and drinks are OK and price is also OK.

This is my 4th time in Camino Ral Acapulco. The locations is perfect for those people loking for a quiet place because it is in a closed and exclusive big residential area in Puerto Marques Bay (15 minutes from Acapulco Bay). Take in mind you will need a cab or car to go to the tourist area of Acapulco (a cab from this place to Acapulco is expensive […] for Mexico). Even this time the safe box doesn't work, the door to the terrace doesn't lock and hot water failed, I recommend the hotel. Läs mer

The hotel is in a great location, away from popular beaches in Acapulco and the open areas are beautiful, however the hotel needs remodelation, mainly in the rooms that look a bit dated, for example, we had a leak in the bathroom and it seemed to be caused by the old pipes and plumbing. The hotel itself is a hidden jem. Very secluded, feels very private, the grounds are stunning and well-maintained. The downside is that it is very secluded. The closest store where you can but any snack is 20-minute drive in a taxi, or about $15 U.S. one way. The Tobacco Shop that sells some snacks, only sells bags of chips and ice cream bars. You cannot […] get any coffee (there is no coffee machines in the rooms) anywhere other than their restaurants, so you pretty much forced to eat at the hotel. The food there is very good, but expensive, so this is a major inconvenience. If you can arrange for a coffee machine and some snacks (you have to hide them to bring them to your room), you'll be in heaven. It looks and feels like heaven. The water in the bay is warm, serene and clear. I had a huge room with a private balcony, very clean and nice. Not many English speaking tourists there, mostly locals, and stuff doesn't speak a very good English, but between my broken Spanish and their little English we got along just fine. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. It´s the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived we requested the same room and the manager was very helpful to accomodate and gave us a special deal. Most of the rooms face the Marques Bay with an spectacular view. The hotel has three nice pools and a private beach. This is very convenient. […] The staff is courteous. This hotel is suited for couples and families alike. We drove our own car, so we were able to go out and see Acapulco at night. But I guess you can also take a taxi. The hotel is located in a hill side so you may feel you are in the middle of the jungle the first time, but we really liked this quite and romantic location. Läs mer

El hotel en sí tiene muy buen servicio y muy linda vista. Es un poco viejo y eso se nota. El problema que encontré es que la playa privada es muy pequeña, los camastros no alcanzan y capaz tienes que estar atrás de 2 o 3 filas de camastros para estar cómodo. Por el precio que cobran, probaría un hotel con más comodidad para estar en la playa.

アカプルコはメキシコの地元の人が多く、アジア人はほとんどみかけませんでした。そのためかホテルでも英語を話す人が限られていて、しかもホテルの概要（スパやジム、プールのオープン時間等）がかかれたものが用意されていないため、毎回フロントに確認しなければいけないのが、不便でした。部屋は広く、新しくはありませんが、清潔感はありました。プールは子どもプールを入れて４つあり、海もすぐ近くにあるので、とてもよかったです。ホテルは別荘や別のホテルと同じ区画にあり、専用のゲートを通らないと入れない仕組みです。タクシーの運転手さんもゲートを通る際、身分証明書を預けれなければいけないので、変な人もいませんし、セキュリティーは全く心配ありません。ホテルは街の中心地と空港のちょうど中間くらいの位置にあります。

El hotel es adecuado para su categoría y lo que promete. No es un hotel de gran lujo, es más bien familiar pero es un digno representante de la cadena Camino Real. Muy bonita vista, 3 albercas grandes, camastros de sobra, buenos masajes en el SPA y comida bastante decente. Los cuartos limipios, amplios y adecuados.

Muy buen hotel, fuimos en temporada baja y estaba muy tranquilo. Las instalaciones estan impecables y tiene playa privada. La comida tambien es muy buena. Como aspectos negativos, es muy incomodo salir del hotel (sin auto es imposible) y los precios dentro del hotel son muy caros por lo que no lo eligiria para una estancia larga.

ホテル内に階段が多すぎます。ベビーカーが必要な幼児がいると大変。レストランが２つはいってますが、LAS VELAS（シーフード）までいくのに疲れ果てました。ただ、プール・ビーチはアカプルコのホテルの中でも相当良いとおもいます。サービスもいいし、部屋も綺麗なので、オススメですが、ホテル内の移動がものすごく憂鬱。

No estaba lista la habitación, cuando nos la entregaron estaba sucia, tuve que reportar un desperfecto con la puerta principal de la habitación ya que no cerraba. Finalmente las albercas y playa están disponibles 24 hrs pero el servicio de meseros fue deficiente al menos el primer día (durante el turno vespertino).

En terminos generales me parecio bien el Hotel ya se le notan sus años pero le han dado mantenimiento y por eso creo que esta bien a secas, la calidez de todo el personal me parecio muy bien te hacen sentir muy a gusto desde la recepcion el restaurante y las camareras. la vista de la bahia de puerto marquez super bien lo recomiendo para descansar y […] pasar un buen rato en familia.
