Ett fint hotell i bästa läge - nära Hyde Park, varuhusen på Oxford Street, och för den pigge även med gångavstånd till teaterkvarteren. Fantastisk men dyr frukostbuffé som passar den hungrige långsittaren. Vänlig men inte påträngande service.

Great position opposite Hyde park, my only dissappointment was with the wifi which had a poor signal and was very slow

Nice americanized Hotel in Mayfair in close proximity of some amazing fine dining restaurants of London. Also walking distance (if u enjoy walking) from the Theater District and the high end shopping district of London. Size of rooms is small and internet access is a killer. Besides this, the Hotel is a Gem and an all rounder.

My friend & I had a 2day stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in we were treated with courtesy & professionalism. The hotel is very traditional & extremely comfortable. Our twin bedded room was spacious & the bathroom was quite large. The charges for room service I thought were a little over the top but I suppose staying in Park Lane it is […] to be expected. Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The mini bar is grotesquely overpriced - £3.00 for a bar of chocolate which was 69p in the local shop - but then its a matter of choice whether or not you indulge!

My wife and had booked a weekend in London. We have asked for a quiet room but got a very noise room in the 2nd floor facing a bussy street and with a connecting door (with no sound isolation) to the next room. The neighbour room was a family with children. We complained but it didn't help as long as we have booked the room through Hotels.com the hotell […] didn't want to help us. Reception personell was rude. We had to move to another hotel at our own expense. Hotel is nice, located in a good area with fresh rooms. The room was very small, and the internet and breakfast is an extra charge. The location is a bit off.

I booked this hotel as a special treat for my wife and I as we were celebrating my 40th birthday with friends in London. The location is definately one of the best in London, being on Pall Mall. The hotel was close to the West End shopping which we enjoyed during the day and to the top restaurants. Although the hotel does look quite nice, it did feel […] like it could do with some modernisation. We are quite particluar about cleanliness and we weren't dissapointed in this respect. On checking in, after a little encouragement, the receptionist serving us very kindly upgraded us to an executive suite. We were slightly dissapointed to find that it was located directly in from of the lifts, but we didn't actually get disturbed by noise outside our room. The problem was that our room was directly under the Executive lounge, which had wooden flooring and at 6am, the cleaners were making a right old racket that woke us. Not what you want when you've got to bet at 4am. We also had housekeeping knock on our door at 7:30am... on a Sunday morning. This was really annoying and meant that we were so tired for the rest of the day, it would have been better if we'd just gone home instead. We did complain and the manager promised to upgrade us to a suite on our next stay but we don't often get a chance to stay away so it wasn't much of a gesture for us. it was a relaxed and pleasant stay, room was spacious and the bed comfortable. however the room fittings felt they were from the 80s and no WiFi in the room. there was free WiFi in the lobby however

This is a very good hotel at the best location in London. I was upgraded to an executive room so the room size was very good. But I imagine the regular rooms are not very large. The breakfast is great, the staff is very polite and although it has a classic interior design the hotel is in very good condition.

This Hotel has got to be lesst fashionable and least expensive on Park Lane, but it is good value specially when you get a deal through this site. The room was ok but without any hint of a wow factor. The corridors leading to the rooms reminded me of the coridors below decks on a cross channel ferry. You get what you pay for so no complaints !!

Disgusting bathroom with awful rust stains all over the bathroom tile area. Bath was old and areas of the bath where the enamel was worn were painted with cream pain. The shower area over this bath was apaling and was like a poor man's shower!! When the shower was turned on the rose blasted water across the bathroom as it was faulty. The relationship […] manager suggested that the bathrooms were being renovated, I asked him if, regardless of their renovation program, this was a five star room and he confirmed it wasn't but...they will gladly accept your money!!....what fools we are!!....I am currently awaiting some measure of recompense BUT will never waste my money on this awful hotel again!!!! Third time to stay in hotel.Excellent location,nice staff,lovely room.Drink and snacks a bit pricey, but to be expected in 5 Star hotel.Will return.

This is a truly remarkable spotless service orientated hotel,very polite staff, magnificent spacious guest rooms..... wonderful position in London. It's location near Oxford st, is perfect for shoppers. I and my wife will definitely return to this wonderful establishment.

Couldn't fault it! The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were wonderful. The upgrade we had really made the weekend special! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

The common areas and rooms at the Grosvenor House are absolutely beautiful and its location in Mayfair by Hyde Park is lovely. BUT, the service is mediocre. It was like the staff had never run a hotel before. First, our rooms were not ready at noon and they offered to store our bags while we went shopping. When we came back 5 hours later, our bags were […] actually still curbside for anyone to take, despite the hefty tip we had provided. Then, the front desk had told one of the pairs in our party that their king sized bed was actually 2 double beds that could and would be separated. The front desk then sent up a cot instead of ordering the beds to be separated. Our friends called Housekeeping who proceeded to take off all the bedding to be surprised that their king bed was actually a single king. Shouldn't they know before taking every single sheet off? Then they left the bed unmade and Housekeeping had to be called again to have the sheets put back in place. The TV had an automatic low volume setting so we could not hear it (especially since there was a band blaring somewhere outside every night) and the A/C reverted to an automatic setting no matter what we did. When we left, the bellhops accepted our tip but did not help us put our bags in the car. We had stayed in a hotel with great and friendly service (despite being a 4 star) in Belgravia a few weeks before and actually wished we had gone back to it. Läs mer

Loved the hotel but hated the fact that on top of a pretty high daily charge, they have the nerve to charge another 20 pounds (over $30) per day for internet service. Despite its British sounding name, this is a large, business hotel with lots of Americans tourist. So if you want a true "British" hotel, this is not it. Ottima base per una visita a Londra. Si trova di fronte a Hyde Park, nel quartiere di Mayfair. Vicino alle boutique più chic di Londra. Servizio eccellente.

Nydelig hotell, vennlige personell, perfekt beliggenhet. Her har du et hotell med alt om du skal besøke London. 5 min gange til Oxford Street og 1 min til jogging/spasertur i Hyde Park. Dyr frokost om du ikke har dette inkl. men absolutt å anbefale,

Hotellet er preget av vennlighet og smil. Dette medfører at det blir en rolig og avslappet atmosfære på et hotell som forøvrig er preget av luksus.

The hotel is very luxurious and having the opportunity to get the 2+1 night free offer it makes a big difference in pricing.

Man kunne ikke ønsket mer fra et hotell.. Litt eksklusivt, men allikevel avslappet stemning. God service, deilig rom med god rengjøring. Beliggenhet som passet perfekt til shoppingbehov og sightseeing.

Supert hotel, rengjøring 2 ganger daglig, alt var tipp topp. Fin beliggenhet og veldig god service.

Fikk oppgradert til superior rom ved ankomst. Meget stort og flott rom. Strålende beliggenhet ved Oxford street og Hyde park.

vi har bodd på flere andre Marriot hoteller, dette svarte ikke til forventningene. Innsjekking skal være fra kl. 1500, da vi ankom litt før tre fikk vi vite at det ville ta minst en time før rommet var klart. vi måtte selv nærmest forlange å få en kopp te mens vi ventet. Vi hadde bedt om et superior ikke-røker rom, men fikk tildelt et rom med flere […] skilt der det sto "dette er et røkerrom". Resepsjonen svarte surt, at øsnker ikke er det samme som løfter. Rommet lå mot baksiden, aller innerst i en krok, og var svært mørkt. Neste dag var rommet ennå ikke stelt kl. 17.00, til tross for at vi hadde hengt skilt på døren om morgenen. På oppfordring ble det så stelt. Ved 21 tiden braste så en inspektør inn i rommet "for å sjekke at det var stelt"! Hotellets tepper og gulv var skitne og flekkete mange steder, til tross for nylig oppussing. Frokosten var ok, men med dårlig kvalitet på brød, syltetøy og honning. betjeningen her var imidlertid svært hyggelig. Hotellet virket underbemannet, og resepsjonen utmerket seg ved sine sure og lite hjelpsomme ansatte. Da hjelper ikke alt skrytet av fordums tider ved hotellet.
