lovely hotel however the AC did not work well in our room. The overall services provided were very good, however I did not like to having to park my vehicle.

I had a great stay in this hotel as I have before. A return customer says it all. This time, the only negative was that the shower water temperature would often get cold before returning to a comfortable hot temperature. breakfast was good and lots to choose from. nightly reception included good appetizers and drinks. friendly staff! great location was there for the mini marathon. was able to walk everywhere we needed to go. for what the room rates were there was extra cost for parking and interenet.

The room was outdated. The TV in the master suite worked only after 10 minutes of work on it. The vending machines were out of order on 4 consecutive floors. This was so over priced that it was like a joke

I booked this hotel while visiting my sister in Indiana. The hotel was quite expensive for a one night stay and the room was not what the picture showed. After a complaint abour our room we were moved to a higher level with an actual view. I had to pay almost $30 to self park my car at thw hotel for one night on top of the actual hotel stay, which in […] my opinion was ridiculous! The breakfast the next day was cheaper made than mcdonalds so I had cereal. Free breakfast with full line of selections and even made to order omelets? Free alcohol and snacks every evening? 2 minute walk to the convention center? A whole suite for the price of a room elsewhere? Seriously? This place is awesome! My only complaint was the poor vacuum job that left fuzzies and food pieces in corners.

Have always loved staying at the Embassy Suites. The Embassy Suites downtown Indy is convenient to many places and you could literally not even have to go outside.

Not impressed with the condition of the hotel. Hot tubs and pool were very dirty. The mattress was old and not comfortable and TV in bedroom cut in and out. On a good note, the staff was great.

The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the room was HOT! It's a good thing it was cold outside so we could open the window and cool off the room. In the heart of Downtown Indy, embassy suites was perfect for our family trip. Walkable to many restaurants and the mall, and only 10 minutes from the Children's Museum. We will be back.

This hotel has a fairly high score, but the details were detractions for us. Yes there is the manager happy hour, the full service breakfast, an ideal downtown location connected by skywalk to restaurants and a mall, a work out room and a pool. But, pool was metal and not up to date. Area for free service areas were not well lit and cruddy feeling in […] cleanliness. Room was tired. I will say wifi was not included, but because I thought it was, when I called, were easily given a promo code for free. We only stayed overnight at this hotel. The location was great to all that we'd planned on doing (Lucas Oil Stadium & the mall and resturants). What this hotel is in need of is a major update. The bathroom tub still had blue cleaner dripping in it when we arrived. And there was a loud constant humming noise coming from outside of our hotel that continued […] all night. The location is great of course, right in the middle of downtown. But I wouldn't stay there a second time. It's clean and the beds are somewhat comfortable. From the time of arrival through departure there were iritating events. Access to the hotel is difficult at best and not well marked. The hot tub was dirty it took 3 request over 2 days to get it resolved. The managers reception is a waste and the breakfast buffet caotic and poor food. The room while of a good size and clean was almost 80 degrees. We […] had a window open fan going and the door open but still the room was hot There is no independent thermostat due to the age of the hotel. The hotel checkout was smooth and accurate. We self parked but didn't have our access pass when we left so it took almost 10 minutes to get thru the garage gate (cars lined up behind us) even though we showed the attendant our paid parking receipt. On the plus side the skywalk connected to the hotel to the Mall was great and Weber Grill restaurant is attached to the hotel it is wonderful. Läs mer

The room was nice - but thought the furnishings seemed a little dated. There wasn't any way to control the heat except by a overhead fan. It got pretty warm in the sitting area. The hotel is in a great location and very convenient to downtown. The price of room was decent and included the breakfast which was good. The staff were great!

When we walked in to our room it was extremely warm. The hotel doesn't allow you to turn on cool air in the winter and vice versa. I understand the reasoning behind this but it felt like it was about 80 degrees in the room which is not comfortable. There was condensation on the windows in the morning. We had a corner suite so the space was fabulous for our family of 6. The hotel in general needed a face lift. There was very little help at the front door with entering/exiting car, luggage, and getting directions. The location was great. Cocktail reception and free breakfast was awesome!! We were there on February and the room was hot the next morning, the ceiling fans just didn't cool it down enough. There was a sign saying the air isn't turned on in the winter. Other than that, we were VERY impressed with the size of the room.
