Nice hotell with large rooms. Very good for a family of four. Great with a fantastic breakfast. Close to the Garden of Goods!

It took 4 requests and 2 hours to get towels to the pool area filled with more than 50 people. The TV channel line up was not the local timezone, an outlet int he room was hanging off the wall. We requested a room near the pool, more than a week before the date and they were unable to accommodate the request, having not even planned a room for us until […] we arrived to check in. We were asked to "not eat at the tables in a completely empty atrium area" and had to take 9 kids and 2 adults up to a room to eat. We had 2 rooms during our stay for our large family gathering. The set up was perfect! The staff was courteous and very helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-kept. Loved my stay at this hotel; however, the staff needs to monitor the pool/jacuzzi area better. There were about 35 kids in the pool and jacuzzi with about 4 adults to watch. No control, no supervision. It was hard since I just wanted to relax in the jacuzzi after playing a rough football game.

When we arrived we saw the exterior of the hotel a bit run down but fortunately the interior was better and the employees very helpful and curtious.

The Embassy Suites is my favorite hotel. I love the large rooms and free breakfast. Much much nicer than most places.

great location for our needs. breakfast was very nice and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately, our truck was broken into the first night of our stay, we filled out a report and nobody from the hotel ever contacted us again, or was even appologetice at the time. But we didn't let that ruin our time. very comfy bed and pillows

Hotel was pretty noisy. Was there for Club Volleyball tournament & the entire hotel had the girls staying there & the breakfast was not at 6:00 it was at 7:00. I would think a hotel that has most of the people staying going to the same event would have the breakfast earlier - very disappointed since this was a big reason why we had chosen this hotel […] & it was told to us also by phone the "hot" breakfast would be before 7! The Embassy Suites was like all the others, consistent except this one had paper thin walls. I have never stayed at an E.S. where i heard every conversation and game the kids next door were playing. This one must have been cheaply built. The kids played video games until 11:00 PM and then was at it again at 7:30 am until we checked out at 11:00 am. […] The room clock was off by one hour and required a Maintenance man to reset adn the room stayed hot all night. Nice Hotel, enjoyed staying. The only problem I encountered was at the breakfast. It seemed that the staff was overwhelmed with the number of people were there. Overheard a staff member complaining to a manager about working to much.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with the questions that we asked. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to our destinations in Co Springs.

You can anticipate the same overall quality of stay at Embassy Suites. Rooms are well appointed, breakfast is consistently good, and the evening "happy hour" is a welcome respite after a long day.

When I made the reservation, I had to choose between a mountain view or a non-smoking room. I chose the non-smoking room since that was more important to me. I found out that the mountain view rooms were also non-smoking so choose the mountain view room if you can! The hotel is just off the freeway with easy access to much of the city. The room was […] clean and nice with a private balcony and sliding glass door which was helpful since the weather was so nice and I could open the door and let the breeze come into the room. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The included cook-to-order breakfast was really good! My room didn't seem to cool properly when I arrived and when I called the front desk, someone was there within about 10 minutes to fix it. The only thing I was disappointed in was the size of the bathroom. The bathroom was very small considering the size of the room. Overall a wonderful stay and a beautiful hotel. Läs mer

I have used many single serve coffee makers in hotels - this one was horrible. Perhaps it's the coffee they use - you can't tell that it's coffee - by smell or taste. In a hotel as nice as this was it was a big disappointment. Everything else including the service gets a thumbs up. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay there again.

Our King suite was a perfect set up for parents and kids, but the King bed was way too bouncy and the pull out couch was really uncomfortable for my kids. We were excited about free breakfast buffet, but the staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests and couldn't keep food or materials out. When we arrived there were no eggs, pancakes, juice, […] or spoons. Plates ran out several times, spoons never were replaced, and the juice machine wasn't refilled until we were ready to leave. We had a great stay! Breakfast was delicious, but there weren't enough tables for everyone at 9, so it may be better to go earlier. The pool was great and the rooms were really nice.

I made reservations for this hotel at the last minute due to forcasted blizzard conditions the night prior to the event we were attending. When we went to our room, there was already a guest sleeping in our room. This is unacceptable and I doubt we will stay here again.

The carpet outside the rooms and by the elevator on the 2nd floor had not been vacuumed for sometime. The moulding in the hallways on the first floor by the rear exit were very dusty. I am very frustrated with having to pay for wireless access and try not to stay at hotels that charge. I went to embassy suites with my daughter and she said that she felt like she was in a 5 star hotel. The pool and the whirlpool was very relaxing. Happy hour was very fun for my daughter and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The service there was excellent and it was very clean everywhere.
