Hotell Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel - Berkeley

This hotel was located a few minutes from a wedding I attended on 6/8... Location was spot on for me... The room I was given was nice, but rather small... I wished the rooms had mini fridges and microwaves for their guests even though they have a restaurant on site... All in all, it was a nice experience staying there...

The staff was friendly and extremely professional. We had a problem with our room and the front desk was apologetic and quickly rectified the problem and upgraded our room without hesitation. We would stay here again.

It didn't include some of the amenities that were listed as complimentary, so that was a bit deceiving. Overall, it was decent but I'd have to reconsider staying there in the future.

Not really impressed. I specifically signed up to park the car while we were on vacation, but they didn't honor. Thankfully hotels.com did honor it. I expected a little more from the hotel.

Parking was nearly full from events at hotel--prom, etc. Parking has gates but often they were up & not secured even after we complained. Not covered parking but yet they charge $10/nt. We were not informed of charge until we got ready to leave. Complained & manager took it off bill. Close to airport & UMSL but not very close to eating places or shops […] & tourist places. No breakfast provided. You have to buy in café & expensive. Rooms ok though. View out window was nice of fountain but metal roof detracts from view. The lobby/bar is being nicely rennovated. The rooms are spacious. I realized after checkout that my son accidentally threw my iPod and medicine away. I called the hotel and the staff found it in the dumpster. I'd call that exceptional service!

Good location for air travelers. Hotel is generally comfortable, but too cold in the common areas (bar, hallways etc.) The staff seemed overwhelmed on the Friday that I stayed. Very nice stay. Rooms were nice. Found out when we were leaving that they were going to start room remodel. The lobby area was beautiful and very modern. Staff extremely helpful. Would stay again!

Stayed on the night of 2 high school proms. Did not sleep atall! And, our phone on our rom didn't work, so we had top walk down to the lobby at 1 am in my pajamas!

I thought the hotel was esquisite, but I think the ceiling in the bathroom could have some attention taken because the steam from the shower has started making the ceiling look like mold is trying to form. Other than that I think the hotel's decor is beautiful, relaxing, and top notch. I will definitely stay there again. I look forward to my next stay […] already. stay was good. the onlycomplaints were: 1. we asked for additional towels and never received them. 2. we has a king room for 3 adults and no sofa bed in room after we had been told by Hotel.com, the room could sleep 3 adults.

I reserved and paid for my room of time and still was stuck with a room size that I didn't request. The hotel was very nice, but I don't understand why I had to wait for my room as long as I did? If that was the case, I should have paid for the room on the day of my stay.

Excellent stay. Very good service, clean well appointed rooms. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Shuttle service to/from the airport was quick. All in all an excellent value for the money.

the room was small the bathroom was dirty with mold in the tiles and food on the walls even the dryer vent had dirt and dust on it not the experience you expect from a 4 star hotel

I had to wait for 15 minutes to check-in. We, the family of 3, got a room without a closet. I asked to switch, and had to wait yet again - all of this at 1 in the morning. The second room had a sickening sweet smell, but we were too tired to care. During the stay, tea and cups were not replenished. I had to call twice, 4 hours apart, to get it. The hotel was very nice, however I think that wi-fi should be free, and that a refrigerator should be in every rooml, also I was told that a microwave was on every floor, I walked the entire floor and didn't find one, and last when I went to check out the clerk said that I owed $10.00 for parking, shouldn't that be include. The kids and I had a great time. Love the new look of the hotal. its been a while since I have stayed there.. I only had one issue. I called for room service to get a blanket for my daughter and never received it. after calling two times. The breakfast was great aswell... We will be back again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Was hit with a $10 parking fee per day that we where not told about until we checked in. Pool was very small and very busy(didn't use) because of this. Very limited menu and server was Horrible. Food ok when we got it. Elevators very slow. I saw a housekeeper cleaning the room next to mine. She was vacuuming the chair with the cushion off, then did the cushion, then vacuumed the bed with linens off. Very impressed with how clean and the staff were great! Will come here again!

Nice hotel real close to the airport. The shuttle made rounds every 10 min even at 4:30am. Food late night at bar was good. Room fine. Desk was really friendly and fast.

Good lacation. It was very busy the weekend I was there. There is a $ 10 parking fee per night that no one will tell you until you check in. The Heat fan is loud with no option to have it off ulness you turn the heat/AC off. For an airport hotel its in a great spot, majority of rooms are just the right size, and the staff is very friendly. My major complaint is that they don't know where their operations are failing, they knew nothing about the construction going on in the room above mine, or that the air heating/ cooling was out in my room. I was only staying for 2 days, […] and didn't see some of the broken amenities until 1/2 through. Now some of my business associates staying on lower floors, had great rooms, everything done to perfection for them. Outstanding fitness center, average pool, service was good, bathroom tub was dirty, huge stain in room carpet, no refrigerator in room (which was a surprise), bed and pillow were super comfortable. I do not think I will go back, unless I need to catch a flight the next day.

The best part of the hotel was the really comfortable beds and the lovely breakfast (even though the breakfast was slightly pricey it was worth it). Plus, the staff who greeted us at the restaurant were very pleasant and friendly and gave us a good service. There were a few issues. I thought the rooms were a bit out dated and needed some attention; […] furthermore, there were no plastic bags in the bins in the bathroom. The wouldn't allow us to use the trolley to take our luggage downstairs, which was a bit strange, what were going to do run off with it?
