It was very unorganized it took me at least 45minutes to check in. It was hot in the hallways the ice machine was broken no towels in the room. the bathroom was not clean open packets of shampoo was in the shower no tissues in the bathroom. I will not try there againVerifierad gästrecension

Took 2 hours for hotel to find reservations even with confirmation number. Air conditioning not working. Many people complained while we were waiting to get checked in. Rooms did not have towels and did not have enough to give us when we asked. If it wasn't so late we would have left for another hotel. I will not be back to this Red Roof Inn ever!!!!! The towels (what we could get considering they gave us one towel for three people) smelled of wet dog. The room was suppose to be nonsmoking but you could smell smoke anyways. The ice bucket has ashes in it. They came into the room and sprayed bugspray while we were out and we have a 14month old child […] that was staying in the room so this wasnt healthy at all. The room was small for a double room. the shower and bathroom are in need of repairs. only one towel in the room and when asked for others i was told to go to the front desk . "smell smoking in non smoking room"
I reserved king size bed non smoking room. But I had a room on first floor with queen size bed. Requested to change the room with king bed and roomy. I was able to move to third floor. The room was spacious but smoking smelly room. Had to spray deordorization.Verifierad gästrecension

"It met the requirement"
I needed a hotel to get a good night's sleep for a short time while traveling. I used the tub, slept in the bed, but did not use the microfridge or television. The breakfast was a little less than adequate, but I got enough to eat with a bowl of cereal and a bagel with cream cheese. I had a very pleasant stay at a Red Roof Inn in Auburn and thought I would have a similar experience in Montgomery. However, the only thing this establishment has going for it is the very friendly staff at the front desk. After noticing hair surrounding the bathroom sink, in the bed, and the floor in the bathroom, I was given FOUR different room keys […] and advised that I could take my pick of which one I preferred. Unfortunately, they ALL had hair in very obvious places but without a reservation anywhere else I chose the one with the least amount of hair. The sheets were also very stained and I basically felt gross touching anything. I am so disappointed that I spent money to feel that uneasy on a business trip. "Very Satisfactory"
The hotel room was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The tub in the bathroom appeared very stained. I would not have sat down to take a bath. It was OK to take a shower. "Don't stay here"
On the way to our final vacation spot we decided to stay here because it was close to the highway. Don't ever stay here. The bathroom had hair all in it and urine all over the toilet seat. "Good Service, But Tricky to Find"
Our stay was very good. It was a little tricky to find because the roads aren't clearly marked when you take the exit. Luckily, we could see it down the road and drove toward it, but we had no idea what street we were actually on. The desk clerk was helpful in checking us in and even helped us find a place to do our laundry in town. The room was small, […] but comfortable. The carpet was coming up around the door, though. I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling through Alabama and was perfectly content with the amount I spent on the room.
