Good location, clean big and quiet room, OK breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Location OK, close to airport and OK to Portland. Extreme value for money - unless you expect 5-star luxary for budget money

Vi stannade två nätter och är jättenöjda, mycket prisvärt. Tryggt gratis garage, varm frukost, pool, fräsha rum,ca 20-30 min med bil från Boston. Personalen var trevlig och korrekt. Rummet vi fick först hade lite dålig intenetteckning vilket jag påpekade varpå vi erbjöds ett annat utan några som helst probem. För priset som vi betalad per natt så är detta hotell det absolut bästa och mest prisvärda boendet vi haft under våran kust til kust resa.

"Close to the Maine Mall and restaurants"
The hotel needs some updating. Bathroom is tiny and the shower did not work good at all. We had to take a bath instead. The hotel needs new furniture also. In all not very pleased with our stay. Would not recommend.Verifierad gästrecension

My only disappointment was the size of the bathroom and the sink being in the "room" within sight of others. Made it uncomforatable to not have privacy while at the sink. The room was clean though and that is very important to me.Verifierad gästrecension

"My not so nice experience in Portland Maine."
When I checked in it was late,about 9:00. I had been traveling since 5 a.m. I was hungry but the staff didn't know of a restaurant in the area that was open at that time. "Could be improved, not a 3 star."

"Satisfactory, but could use improvement"
We've stayed here before and chose to do so again because we knew we wouldn't be there long enough for the things that bother us to matter. There's only one elevator; the room is quite small; the toilet is too low; there aren't enough outlets for two people needing to charge computers and other electronics; and the breakfast was skimpy (my husband wanted […] a bagel but there were none to be had). We stayed there two nights, once at the beginning and once at the end of our vacation. The first night was fine. Check in on the second night, August 12, was unfortunate as the two clerks were very inattentive and one was curt. The breakfast 'scrambled eggs' were odd, resembling a small yellow frisbee. "Good hotel for the cost."
It was very clean and neat. It wasn't new but it was kept up. It had better than average bars of soap, shampoo and body cream. There was no conditioner which may be a problem for some. The sink had a light over it but we never found the switch. The bed was fairly comfortable. I didn't care for the short pillows but there were 6 of them so there was […] lots. "Airport hotel"
Served every purpose that we needed. My daughter had an early morning flight and mine was early afternoon. She was able to get up, shower and dress and take a shuttle while I was enjoying my coffee. Our stay was perfectly fine and we truly appreciated the free shuttle service. The location was good as we had a very early morning flight out the next following day. Hotel and staff were great. While they do not have a workout room on the premise, they did have complimentary passes to a very near by gym facility. The gym was a pleasant surprise....clean, all the equipment and weights that you could ever want and extremely well maintained.
