This hotel happened to be on our route to San Francisco and so it worked out well at a very grea trate. It is clean, but I reiterate it is dated and it is what you would expect for the rate. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was a plus.

I got this room for an amazing deal at hotels.com. It was a nice, pretty room. Granit counter tops in the bathroom, things are new and updated and you can't beat a mini fridge and microwave! The folks running the place were friendly, and helpful. Room was clean, no weird smells. Interior was nice, sporting granite counters, and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was good. the hotel was nice. breakfast was minimal, t.v. was old and channels were minimal as well. beds were comfy and bathroom nice. wish they would have had new t.v.'s cuz they were old and hard to hear and hardly any channels. good for a brief overnight stay with children

Rundown, needs updating. They use low wattage, energy efficient bulbs that keep the room too dark to work in.

The bed had a heavy plastic mattress cover which was uncomfortable to sleep on. The walls were very thin and I could hear the person above me when ever he/she walked in their room. On the positive side, the re was plenty of hot water and the shower pressure was good,. I don't think I would stay here again.

I loved it! It was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at from Hotel. The room was very Big and very nice to stay in.

All you need to know is the room looked like it had been built 50 years ago and never redecorated, the blinds on the front window wouldn't close all the way, and the breakfast buffet was garbage.

The whole hotel smelt of curry and the room locks didn't work . We came back to our room to find it wide open. We ordered a roll away bed and when they brought it, the room was so small we had to move furniture to open it up. All rooms are smoking rooms as evidenced by the butt cans out side every room.

I've stayed at this motel before, and I've always been satisfied with the facility. They did spend time and effort upgrading the place a few years ago, and, even though it is still an old motel, it's comfortable and clean. I noticed that a couple of other past guests had mentioned the thin and/or rough bath towels. I must confess that my single bath […] towel (I had originally booked the room for 2, even though it ended up just being me) was as rough as sandpaper. This is not an exaggeration! The face and hand towels were much softer, but the bath towel needs to be consigned to "rag" status, and should not be put in the rooms. Terrible. There was also a clump of several long, black hairs on the same towel when I pulled it off the rack. Not appealing. Also, in the description of ammenities for the rooms, they state that an iron and ironing board are standard. There were neither in mine, and I needed to iron a shirt. I went to the front desk, and they happily provided these for me, though the ironing board was one of those small table-top boards, which was so light, it was difficult to use (slid around, and off, the room's table, twice, while I was trying to iron). In all, I like this motel, and will stay there again, but they need to buy some new towels! Läs mer

Breakfast was a starchy affair, but they did put out some overcooked hardboiled ( cold) eggs as well. I guess if you like biscuits and gravy, this is your kind of place. The people next to us left their dog ( yes it is a dog friendly hotel for an extra $10) in the room while they went out and it cried and whimper/howled for about an hour before finally […] settling down around 1 AM.There is a nice pool there and some vending machines if you need a snack. They didn't remove a used washcloth from our shower from the previous tenant. Bring your own pillows. For the price, is still a bargain. We stay here quite often. The hotel is older, but very clean and well kept. The pool area is very nice. The only complaint is an extra firm bed. We could use a little bit softer mattress.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Wi-fi was solid and reasonably fast. I also liked that this hotel has DirecTV, which allows you to easily look through the myriad of stations available to find something worth watching. Will definitely stay here again.

When i arrived, the two women at the desk acted as though they were doing me a favor by allowing my husband and I to stay there ( we are two fifty five year olds...) The room itself reminded me of an old fashioned funeral parlor. I expected Herman Munster to join us.... During the night I could hear the entire conversation of the people next door.... […] and the footsteps of every person above us (we were on the first floor. ) There was a black speck of something on the sheets when I inspected them (hopefully a knat caught in the changing of the beds??) We were going to stay two nights but checked out and stayed at the Best Western Cloverdale which was a refreshing change! Staff is SUPER friendly! It is the perfect hotel for people/travelers that are stopping in. I was only there for the weekend and it was in the perfect location in the town and just what I needed. I actually forgot to call and make arrangements for a pet friendly room when I had made my reservation. I stayed here last seven years ago. It is much better now. It was clean and convenient. The rooms were in good shape. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite and efficient. The room was clean, sheets were clean, shower was good. Definitely fit my expectations for a lower-end room. Bed was hard, but not as bad as I've had before. Towels were thin and tiny, but not a big deal. Breakfast was a processed-food carb-fest, but no big surprise there either. A decent value for an overnight stay.

Very clean. Nice clean pool. Vaulted wood ceilings in upstairs rooms. Great pillows. Refrigerator. A really good lower end motel. Better than a Holiday Inn Express I recently stayed at. Friendly staff.

I always stay here when I'm getting away for the weekend. Nick at the front desk is awesome, and Tony the grounds keepers takes excellent care of the place and makes a mean biscuits and gravy in the morning. Just a great value, super clean, well decorated, and well maintained. And the location is right, smack on the main strip of town.
