First three mornings I had to go to lobby for coffee, no little basket for coffee maker, asked 2 different clerks for little basket two different mornings. HORRIBLE! Ghetto doesn't even describe. Had to put a towel in the door of the bathroom so I could keep the door shut and use the bathroom. Requested another room and there were at least 12 rooms on my floor empty but the manager said there was nothing she could do. Had a million excuses including blaming the front desk clerk for being incompetent when […] he was the only person who attempted to be helpful. Tried to charge me $6 for a banana then said all guest get free continental breakfast and she'd give me a coupon. If everyone gets it why do I need a coupon? Overall, horrible experience. I could have stayed at at a la Quinta, motel 8, or the Marriott down the street and had service and breakfast. This is NOT a 3 star hotel! I booked because Wyndham are suppose to be 3 stars and all that implies. It definitely was not! The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the tv was broken. Completely dissatisfied! I enjoyed the hotel but thought the privacy of the rooms were odd. You can see straight through from the bathroom to the outside of the front door which was odd. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I will stay there again but will make sure to shut the blinds to ensure safety and privacy.Verifierad gästrecension

"Nicely Renovated and Affordable"
We were in a king suite and the room was clean and well appointed, considering the room rates. Very convenient location, though the highway noise could be an issue for light sleepers. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Baton Rouge/LSU. Enjoyed use of the fitness and pool facilities.Verifierad gästrecension

"Comfortable"
It was a safe stay for 5 kids and 4 adults! Located by the interstate which is great for travel. However the bathrooms had hair on the floor near the tub from the previous occupants. Overall I would stay there again.Verifierad gästrecension

"Should have gotten more for what we paid."
The service at the desk was great, the service from the cleaning crew wasn't. The cleaning crew really needs to work on not blocking the walkway with their carts while the chat. I sent my son to get some items out the car, he said excuse me please, but both ladies didn't look at him nor move over for him to be able to step by. So I had to step out the […] room and shove him through them. I guess they got the point because one lady moved her. cart over. The rooms are fine, but the tv sucks; The air conditioner is loud so you have to turn the volume up and down. If the channel comes in fuzzy you have to flip it up then back to see if it cleared up. You can hear the traffic from the streets surrounding it. It is close to the mall and other places. For the price that we paid I had expected more, we have gotten more from from motel6.
