Genom hotels.com fick vi rum på det här hotellet för halva priset och det märktes att det egentligen kostar mer än vad vi betalade. Själva byggnaden inuti är mycket vacker med högt i tak. Hissarna gick upp på nolltid, servicen utomordentlig, rummen stora och sängarna otroligt sköna. Möjligen att jag kan klaga lite på badrummet som inte verkar vara byggt […] för att tåla så mycket fukt. Lite flagad puts fanns det. Sängarna var av en modell jag aldrig råkat på tidigare och kunde med ett knapptryck ställas in på precis den hårdhet man önskade. Vattenflaskor ställdes in varje morgon. Det fanns en liten kaffe- och teautomat på rummet, vilken vi dock övergav p.g.a. påskaffesmaken. Läget är mycket centralt och det går att promenera på ca 15 minuter till såväl amtrakstationen som till greyhoundbusstationen. Mitt i centrala delen av Philadelphia med nära till allt. Läs mer

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 31 st wedding anniversary in Philly. We made the right decision. Philly was a fabulous city....history, art, culture, music, food, the diversity, people and ease of transportation made for a perfect get away. Our stay at the Radisson in the heart of the city was great. We did request a room with a view and got […] one and would certainly recommend that anyone staying there do the same thing. The staff were beyond excellent...friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable but the furnishings and rug were a wee bit rough around the edges....otherwise my review would have been straight excellents. Location was prime. Park your car on Latimer St. & 15 St. for incredible savings.....oh....and eat at Ralph's. We will return and we will book at the Radisson again. Läs mer

I recently stayed 1 night at the Raddisson Plaza Warwick Hotel in Philadelphia and had a terrible experience. My room was on the 10th floor right out side the elevators. There was apparantly some type of party/get together on my floor and there were people talking loud and running back and forth in the hallways. This went on for hours and it didn't […] stop until after 2:00 a.m. when finally the police was called to remove some unwanted guests. I was surprised that a hotel such as this did not have better security available and that it took so long to correct the issue. As a single woman travelling this did not bode well. I will not stay at this hotel ever again and do not recommend it to business or vacation travellers. Läs mer

I would recommend a stay at the Radisson in Philadelphia to anyone who is interested in staying at a very reasonable rate in the heart of Center City/Rittenhouse Square. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and while the hallways, etc. could use a little updating, the hotel is very well maintained overall. We go to Philadelphia about twice a year, always staying at another "name brand" hotel. This time, I decided to be more cost-conscious and came across the Radisson Plaza Warwick. What a pleasant surprise! It was better in every way: consistently super friendly/professional service, large rooms (ours had Sleep Number beds), excellent food in both the […] Tavern and at their top-notch "The Prime Rib" restaurant, plus valet parking and much more conveniently located to the places we visit while in town. If you are staying in Philadelphia for at least a couple of days, and/or plan to spend time at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, I think you need to give this hotel a try! Läs mer

Lovely hotel and staff. The hotel is not within walking distance of most Philadelphia tourist sites, but there are other ways to get around the town. While tourist attractions are not near by, there are a number of quality restaurants and shops.

We stayed here over St. Patty's Day weekend. We had a wonderful weekend in Philly. The staff was very kind and helpful. A few issues we had were the sleep number bed- terrible! Also the room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The carpet was stained, there was a sticky spot on the floor by the bed and the chairs were stained. It looked like the cleaning […] staff didn't pay much attention to detail when cleaning the room but I am slightly OCD. Also we could hear all the partying going on outside like we were outside with them, not a big deal because we were expecting that on a big drinking weekend like this. As far as the dirty room the staff was so nice, I'm sure if I ha sai something they would have given us a new room but we liked the view from where we were at so we stayed put. Läs mer

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was huge, clean and convenient to everything in Center City. Loved the restaurants near by, the walking distance to the museums, train station, convention center. We will definitely be back!

Closet door was busted. Metal hardware around door door falling off. Big no no for me. Rooms should be in working order

The hotel was good. The room did smell a little old, but it really didn't matter since I was hardly there.

This is a great Philadelphia hotel in a great Philadelphia location at a great Philadelphia price point. We experienced stellar service and housekeeping during our stay. I only gave it four stars because if we give everything five stars then we don't really know what five stars is, do we? I like that this place doesn't nickle and dime you -- there […] are no extra fees, the wifi / internet is free and there is a pretty nice workout room with new equipment and a modest weight room (4th floor). Rooms are big, bathrooms new, and Sleep Number beds and new big (42-inch?) flatscreen TVs are nice touches. It is close to all of Philly's best restaurants and bars -- we even walked to the Art Museum...it's a bit of a jaunt, though. Läs mer

I had never stayed at any Radissons before, and I was very impressed (especially at the rate I got). The location is perfect - very close to shopping and eateries on Walnut and on Market. This was a superior hotel visit! The only drawback was noise- the walls of our rooms were very thin and we could hear our neighbors and street noise.

According to the staff, because the hotel is 100 years old (This is an excuse?), none of the bathrooms at the Radisson in Philly have heat or much hot water. After a miserable night, walking on an ice-cold bathroom floor w/ gusts of cold air coming into the bedroom thru the bathroom window, a friend & I (both in our 70s) didn't have time the next morning […] to wait for the water to get hot & left the hotel dirty, chlled & miserable. Good location in terms of shopping, restaurants, museums, and transit. Consider off-site parking for a cheaper rate ... plenty nearby. Hotel decor a bit dated, but room (King-sized bed) was comfortable. Requested (and got) higher floor to avoid street noise. Large screen TV with good movie selection but limited channels. Very fast elevators - never […] waited but a few seconds. Bar had a good and varied on-tap selection. No problems with computer wireless connection. Would recommend and consider again if in town. Disappointed in front staff efficiency; 1) requested three separate times for rooms of self and sister to be on at least same floor, was told no problem and that a note was in computer. Room given was actually 4 floors away. 2) Was told a certain tour was the best and that the first bus would be by at 9:30. Was in lobby at 9:20, after 1/2 hour asked […] front desk where bus was. Oops, it came early.... One hour later a shuttle came by, not even the tour bus which both front staff had forgotten to mention. This historic hotel (built in the 1920's) has great character and charm; the lobby is particulalrly lovely. Although we also love the Bellevue, the Warwick has a somewhat more laid back atmosphere because it lacks all of the large events, food court and shopping going on more or less all the time at the Bellevue. I visit Philadelphia regularly and usually stay at the Westin right down the street from the Radisson. I decided to give this a try since it is in a slightly more convenient location for me and was marginally less expensive. The room and bathroom were tiny and a draught kept the bathroom feeling about 20 degrees. The temperature control didnt seem […] to work in the bedroom as we were either burning up or freezing. I also had the pleasure of killing a spider in the bathroom. To top it off -- and i realize these are not really in the hotel's control-- i was woken up at 6am by a smoker somewhere nearby with the smell of smoke in my room and got to lie awake for several hours because i could hear music/tv from the neighbor. I really enjoyed staying at this place b/c it was affordable, lovely and in an excellent location for exploring the city. While staying here, I was able to easily venture out and explore the city. The price was reasonable and frankly the hotel itself had an old Victorian charm - the lobby is very dramatic and beautiful. I should have had a warning when we arrived and the bellman outside the hotel watched us struggle with our bags....The reception desk was very cooperative with an error on the part of hotel.com as our room was not large enough for a roll away and we had to wait for the afternoon to check in but th hotel let us use another room and then recheck in later.... The […] beds were way too soft, and the tub stopper did not work even though the maintenance man replaced it right away when we asked..the second one edit not work any better..There was no fridge but there was complimentary water which we appreciated Läs mer

We had a wonderful time from check in to check out.the staff was courteous friendly and very helpful. Location excellent,room immaculate drinks at the lounge excellent. Can't wait to go back we plan to make this a ritual. Would definitely recommend.

The Warwick was ideally located for our visit to our relatives in Rittenhouse Square. A great neighborhood with lots of reasonable dining options. Close to all the shops on Walnut Street . Overall a great bargain for the location.

Moved my son to Philadelphia for term at UArts. Hotel was the perfect downtown location. Easy to get everywhere, either walking or driving. Hotel room was comfortable and the staff were great. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a historic site in a nice part of town. It was surprisingly well priced and not as expensive as I would have expected. There were some problems with the room (sleep number bed not working, shower leaking, closet door getting stuck), but they moved us into a new room, which had no problems at all. I love the older properties and this was one of them. Its up to date in amenities yet has the ambiance of time.Great place to stay !It would be nice to have two chairs in the room though, ours didn't but certainly not a major problem. Stay there , you'll like it !

Nice city, nice hotel with a great bar. Valet parking was a good deal as well.

i love this hotel. the rooms are spacious as is the lobby. nice coffee shop and good restaurant. this is my default hotel in philadelphia--i have stayed there many times.

Staff was very helpful with directions. Parking is extra $34 a night and you have to leave your keys with them but it worked out well.

The hotel is in a fantastic location but the policy of allowing pets did not come with control of noise. The first night a dog was barking in the next room till at least 11pm (as well as the next night) and they were unable or unwilling to offer us a room to move to that was equivalent. One of the air beds (a feature of the hotel) didn't work at all. […] The door to the bathroom really stuck and creaked. The room was not cleaned by 6pm on two nights and only on the second night of coming back to an uncleaned room was the offer made to transfer to another room (after three complaints) Läs mer

Had a great time staying here on New Year's Eve. We were in town for a concert and the location and neighborhood of the hotel were perfect. I asked for late check-out and they happily complied. Rooms are pretty, though not huge. Very comfortable and really nice!

The restaurants in the hotel were sub par and very expensive for the service and quality of food. While the staff was attentive, the food itself required better controls, as eggs were cold, hamburger came with a cold bun and tomatoes and mazzarella cheese were unappetizing due to the size and how the presentation was accomplished.
