Väldigt nöjd med hotellet. Fick problem med toaletten men problemet var åtgärdat på en gång. Personalen var trevliga & hjälpsamma. Nära de flesta sevärdheter, butiker & restauranger.

Genom hotels.com fick vi rum på det här hotellet för halva priset och det märktes att det egentligen kostar mer än vad vi betalade. Själva byggnaden inuti är mycket vacker med högt i tak. Hissarna gick upp på nolltid, servicen utomordentlig, rummen stora och sängarna otroligt sköna. Möjligen att jag kan klaga lite på badrummet som inte verkar vara byggt […] för att tåla så mycket fukt. Lite flagad puts fanns det. Sängarna var av en modell jag aldrig råkat på tidigare och kunde med ett knapptryck ställas in på precis den hårdhet man önskade. Vattenflaskor ställdes in varje morgon. Det fanns en liten kaffe- och teautomat på rummet, vilken vi dock övergav p.g.a. påskaffesmaken. Läget är mycket centralt och det går att promenera på ca 15 minuter till såväl amtrakstationen som till greyhoundbusstationen. Mitt i centrala delen av Philadelphia med nära till allt. Läs mer

My stay was a bit disappointing: no bubble bath or shower gel, no robes, horrible instant coffee in pods, in short, rather stingy.

location was great but the hotel is a bit tired and in desperate need of a face lift. for the nightly rate of $350+ I had higher expectations and probably would choose a different hotel on my next visit to Philadelphia.

We love the location, and the service is great BUT the heating cooling system never worked right so we were always too hot or too cold. The beds were very comfortable but the temperature issue woke us up several times every night. We were told the rooms were recently renovated but I think that meant the picures on the wall. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation and the noise is a little much! My room (516) is on the back of the building, on an alley, facing a run down building! The alley is used by trash collection trucks at Night! Therefore very, very noisy!

King size sleep member bed that either wasn't working properly or was to hard to operate.(wasn't working properly) no notice on parking expense, I would've liked to have known at check-in.

I have booked this hotel well in advance. At the time I made very clear that I would like to have a king size bed for my room in upper floor. How when I checked in I find out is a room with two double beds in 8th floor of total 18th floor. I have asked for exchange but the staff from front desk told me this is last one they have for that night. Pleased with everything EXCEPT for the hotel restaurant. Was going to eat there for breakfast one morning but saw that the table runners on all the open tables were dirty with spots of food from previous diners. They were made from very thin rods stitched together. This made it impossible for them to keep them clean. It was too gross for me!

We have stayed several times before. For whatever reason, the floor we were on for this stay (8th) was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep.

Resteraunt was a little pricy for the quality, but an enjoyable experience. My only real complaint would be with the size of the room. It was a little small, but it is a high rise hotel in a big city, so it isn't unusual to find that. I was quite happy with my stay.

All was great but the bed matress was sagging. My wife and I felt we were sleeping in a fox hole. When I complained to the front desk they told me that I had a SleepNumber bed and can adjust the matress firmness. However, I checked both beds in the room and neither one of them were such type. When I complained again to the desk at the end of my stay, […] they told me the manager will call me. He never did. Huge room, clean. Don't care for the sleep number bed, but otherwise really happy.

The hotel staff were great and the location couldn't have been better. From the front desk attendants, parking attendants to the room service staff and cleaning staff, they were all very polite and welcoming. The lobby is beautiful, but the outside of the hotel seems like it is being worked on as it was covered in scaffolding. The decor of hallways […] to the rooms is a bit out dated but clean. Our first room we were put in had a very loud, leaky toilet which my husband tried to fix but when he found it was beyond a "jiggle the handle" we tried using the phone in the room to call the front desk. The phone didn't work either. So we went downstairs and were given another room. I think for the condition of the hotel, they over charge for the rooms. The 2nd room we were given was much larger and was right on the corner of the hotel which was great. However, you could hear all of the street noise all night, not a bother to us but if you are a light sleeper that could be annoying - the room heater was very loud too. The bathroom tub looked as if it had been painted and the paint was peeling off. Room itself was very clean and comfortable. Overall, a great stay and we would be glad to return to this hotel. Although the hotel should probably be updated a bit, the rooms were clean and had a very nice sleep number bed. It's also a great location - very close to Rittenhouse Square and convenient to most of what you'd want to do in Philadelphia. We'd go back!

If you get a room in the front of the hotel on the lower levels, you will hear the outside music all night long.. Pet fee was high. No breakfast nor even coffee or tea in the morning unless you made your own.

My room was tiny and the view was of a brick wall (see attached photo). But the upside of that I guess is that no one could see in :) My room was clean and otherwise pleasant. They could have more electrical outlets though, all of them were located in the same corner of the room so I couldn't charge my phone on my nightstand. Shower was nice. TV was […] nice. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very nice. The fitness center is probably the nicest one I've seen in a hotel without a swimming pool. The only complaint I have was the constant noise in the room that sounded like someone was vacuuming the room above. It wasn't extremely loud, but it did keep us up at night.

We have stayed at the Warwick before when in town for events - the location is wonderful, right off Rittenhouse Square. The rooms are spacious, it has all the appropriate amenities. Unfortunately, at 4:30 in the morning, the fire alarm went off and the announcement was made to evacuate the hotel. We were allowed back into the lobby (cold January night […] in Philly), where we sat for an hour and a half. After that, the crowd just started moving toward the elevators - I saw no hotel staff and there was no announcement. On checkout in the morning, there was no mention or the event, no apology or expression of understanding at the disruption. On a clipboard behind the desk was a letter of apology (I could read the first few lines upside down), but this was not offered to us. I understand that a fire alarm is for our safety, and don't fault the hotel for that. I don't expect a discount. However, it would have been the hospitable act to acknowledge the disruption to our night. There didn't seem to be any attention paid to communication with the customer. In addition, with the upcoming change to a Club Carlton hotel, more attention is being paid to the renovations than to the customer. We had to wait at check-in despite staff being at the desk, wait for our valet car, and never felt welcomed. We have enjoyed our stays there before; but were so disappointed that we will look to other hotels when we return. Läs mer

Was told wrong information about valet/self pay parking, fee was twice as much. Parking is non-existent, you must use valet. Checked in and was given wrong room, went back to lobby and switched. Pleasant staff. Room decor was outdated but was spacious. Didn't care for sleep number bed. Nothing was included, no continental breakfast. Will try another […] hotel next time. Läs mer

I love this hotel. It's a Grande Dame. The lobby is gorgeous with high ceiling and palladian floor to ceiling windows and beautiful dental moulding. It could use some fresh paint. The only thing that bothered me was the music they played in the Tavern Restaurant over breakfast one morning: it was rap, and if you listened carefully they were obscenities. That is crazy for an elegant and expensive establishment. However, when I complained, they turned the music to a different track or station.
