Very comfortable, clean, hot water. Breakfast was excellent, lots of good choices. Staff was approachable.

We returned from our conference late at night, around 2:30am, as I was searching for a parking spot my wife was hit on by two very drunk hotel guests in the lobby. Then we got to our room and the room next to us was up partying and loud enough that we could clearly hear their conversations through the doors and walls. I walked down to the front desk, […] the person there didn't even come out of the back room, they sat within sight and shouted from there. I told them of both incidents and they said they would take care of it. Taking care of it was to call the room and let them know there were complaints. It took another hour and 4 more calls to the front desk before someone walked down to the room, and even then they did nothing except watch some people say they were leaving and quieting down. And at no time was there an offer to compensate us in anyway, only an offer for US not the loud guests, to move. Extremely annoyed. Won't be staying there again unless we have to. Läs mer

My whole experience was great just as I expected it woul be.. I always stay at this hotel everytime I come to Spokane to visit my daughter and her family. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!! Top notch in my opinion.

It's located on the main highway, so it's very hard to make a left hand turn out. Also, I almost didn't get a parking spot when I came back late at night. They have feather duvets and the rooms were clean. The free breakfast was vey nice, and it runs until 10am, which was nice if you got a late start to your day.

Pool is open 24 hrs. Parking was very convenient. Extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was great - especially the croissant sausage wraps. I have stayed at several hotels in Spokane and have generally been disappointed but not this time! I will defintely plan to stay here on future stays in Spokane.

Friendly check in, was able to check in earlier than expected. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Cookies in the lobby in evening and good breakfast with waffles!

Reasonable rate and clean stay!! We really liked the fact that the indoor pool was opened 24 hours. Most hotels have a 10pm shut down on pools. After a long day we had the option of entering the pool room late at night and soak in a nice hot tub.

Great facility. We had only 10 hrs. for the stop and our room was perfect for a couple just staying overnight. Very clean throughout. Very good access to guest vehicles and all amenities. We're goin' back!

The room and bed was nice. We had to have room close to an exit since I can only walk a limited distance with crutches. As a result we had a room on the first floor close to the lobby. As can be expected, there was more noise and we could hear the people of the room directly above us until midnight. It did take away from the overall experience of the […] hotel. The room itself was nicer than most hotels we stayed in in the last two weeks for the same price. It would have been nice if the hotel had a wheelchair. The staff at the hotel was so awesome from check-in, or little tourist questions or check-out. The location was prefect to get to Mt. Spokane outdoor events and great trails. Wonderful food locations near by, The Onion and Tomato Street were prefect!

Hotel was nice and clean. I was a little annoyed that we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for the roll away bed and extra pillows. Everything was fine except for that.

Indoor Pool is fantastic-very nice/ clean rooms-not far from I-90 but in a nice part of Spokane-very inexpensive given all of the amenities-pool, quiet, good desk staff, enough parking

Booked this hotel on line. Good thing....last room taken as I waited in line. Very nice facility. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. A few more protein sources on the breakfast would be nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast included biscuits and sausage gravy in addition to waffles, which was a nice surprise. The carpet in our room was lumpy and dirty....but other than that, the room was very clean. The pool area was great and the fitness room good. I would definately stay here again.

Clean, newly remodeled room. Friendly & helpfull staff. Breakfast & parking included. ***24-hour pool & hot tub*** even sold bathing suits in case you forgot yours. I have stayed at expensive hotels and I'm wondering why.... This property had more to offer for much less!

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable with newer linens. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Pool and hot tub were fine. Price was very reasonable. Only downside was the thin towels and the room could have used another lamp. Other than that, it was perfect for our stay of 3 nights.

Excellent Front Desk Service! this is not the first time I have stayed and is always my first choice when visiting Spokane. Girls at the front desk are top notch! Very pleasant and very helpful. Cookies are an added bonus!

the only thing we we're a little disappointed in was the breakfast, not enough fresh fruit , the bananas were almost ready for banana bread other than that we had a very nice stay and would stay there again

We unfortunatley experienced a fire alarm around 8 a.m. due to burnt toast which is not common I am sure, but other than that the hotel was clean and staff friendly. I was disapointed in the breakfast as the danishes seemed stale and even though the waffle maker is nice, when families are making 6 or seven waffles at a time we never had a chance to […] try it...the pancake maker seems to be a little faster. I was surprised at how nice this hotel was for the price. I mean i wasn't expecting it to be horrific, but geez, what a great place! Super nice staff with other customers and myself. The best breakfast selection I have ever seen at a hotel. Will make this my new place to stay when visiting Spokane.
