Nu blev jag dubbelbokad vilket i sig inte var något problem, jag blev flyttad till ett annat hotell. Problemet var när jag fick reda på det av receptionisten så var hon väldigt kort och otrevlig, det är ju inte mitt fel att bokningssystemet gjort fel. Had a wonderful stay!! The staff was very accommodating! I arrived 2 hours earlier than the check-in time and thought that I would have to wait until the check in time, but they were very accommodating and found me a room as soon as possible. It was truly very HOT that day and the air was very perfect!! I also loved the bathroom! My bathroom was modern and had a beautiful sink and tub! What impressed me the most was the comfort of having a bathrobe for us to use during our stay. If you really enjoyed the bathrobes and want to take one home, they also sell those nice bathrobes for a reasonable price. They made sure they thought of many extras for the comfort of their guests. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast good, with lots of fruit, eggs, hot breakfast meat. Room was a bit small. Biggest issue: very noisy air conditioning unit.

This was a great hotel for someone looking to relax without spending a ton of money per night. The hotel is right off a main road but once you are inside you really can't tell. We arrived to checkin a few hours early due to a work engagement, and they accommodated us promptly, got us in to a nice room and didn't ever make it feel like a hassle. Pink Starburst candy at the front desk never hurts either... but the room was very nice, very clean, cool tropical design. We were attending an event at the Domain hotel, same Joie […] de Vivre family of hotels, and the difference was $40-50/n cheaper for our hotel, less than 1 mile away, and infinitely friendly service. Sunnyvale has changed so much and is now just miles of strip malls, but if you have to stay in Sunnyvale, this place has a great pool and some lovely flourishes (nice complimentary breakfast, fun tile work and hand paintings on the walls, quiet rooms and comfy beds). Close to San Jose and Palo Alto --very convenient. Very friendly staff.

It was much better than I expected. Room was clean and nice setup. Front desk was very friendly and checked on us several times throughout. Breakfast was good. The gym is very small and not useful as much for those in need of a good workout but other than that all was good. I will stay there again if I go to San Jose .

My only gripe was that I was right next to the driveway and kept getting woke up by cars pulling in late. The blinds didn't really cut out the light 100%.

Front desk staff very courteous and helpful. Quiet hours at hotel really helped me recover from a very bad experience in my previous hotel. Good+ complimentary breakfast. The beds were comfortable, but the hotel is very dated. It was too expensive to walk into the room and find popcorn ceilings. The service was good. We walked across the street to get a little bite to eat and almost got killed on our way back to the hotel. The street light pedestrian sign was broken and did not tell you when it was safe to cross, half […] way crossing the light turned green. Overall I like this place. The only complication this time around was that the thermostat on the wall does not seem to be connection to the heating unit under the window... So it seems that the heat is either on or off without being able to set a constant temperature?? Definitely not idea.

Every one was friendly even in the late pm when we arrived. Pool & hot tub are was very nice and quiet. Only down fall was room was not dark with blinds...need heavy curtains. Old motel they have attempted to modernize. No elevator...must haul luggage up and down stairs. Last two trips during colder weather, the room heating system did not function properly.

We stayed for one night. We had great service and the location is great. Many restaurants and stores close by. The room and beds were really small. Pretty good breakfast. Old tvs with very few channels. But overall a good experience and price.

Nice short get-away! It's a keeper for my family! We have pre-teens and a dog. Wonderful pool facilities, dog patch (our dog stayed for free!), and a nice breakfast spread. What more could this family ask for?

The setting is happy, the rooms are comfortable and bright, the staff went out of its way to make our Christmas stay while visiting relatives enjoyable. This is a refurbished older, not expensive hotel, so don't expect thick, noiseless walls, but we found things quiet. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices, from oatmeal, fruit and yogurt, to rice […] and kimchee, to scrambled eggs and sausage/bacon. We have stayed several times at this hotel. Since our last stay, we noticed that the room with the computer now just has the computer. The coffee that was in this room has been moved to the lobby and makes it much better. New coffee pots in the room are very nice. After reading other reviews, I was expecting a more run-down property. Maybe they've just completed a remodel, because I was very pleased with this hotel. My room had modern furnishings, comfortable bed, remodeled bathroom. Overall, a very nice hotel. It's not a 5 star, but it's a perfectly adequate place for business travellers. Staff were very nice. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Now, it is 2012 and to NOT have a flat screen TV in the room is pretty sad! Also, they need to lose the canopy over the beds. Really dates it back to the 80's. And last issue is water pressure in the shower. There is none!

The common areas are well maintained and the room is nicely decorated/renovated and furnished. Service is good and efficient. Free use of a printer is a plus. Breakfast is adequate. The rooms were very clean and nicely redecorated for an older strip motel circa 1960s. The stretch terry robes were a nice touch. It was cold and rainy so the pool and spa were not useful and the open air design meant that the hallways were cold, but the rooms were toasty. It would be great in the late Spring and Summer.
