Tina the receptions was rude.room was not ready at 3 pm the ladies cleaning the room only used a broom instead of a vaccum. Bed spread smelled sour

We stayed two nights and were quite comfortable. It was easy to find off of the highway, though we weren't expecting how busy the main road would be. There were stores and restaurants very close by which was convenient. Housekeeping was very kind when we asked for extra towels. We did not try the complimentary breakfast because there was a Waffle House […] within walking distance of our room. It was OK but it would be nice if the "fitted sheets" were actually FITTED. It kept coming off at the corners. And the directions were a little off. There is no street sign to help you find the entrance.

Our room was perfect for my husband and I we would book this hotel again as we have several trips for business coming up so we are thankful to find a clean affordable hotel.

Being right off the highway was convenient, but you could hear the noise from the highway. The hotel could use some updating and new mattresses. Some of the staff was very helpful, others not so.

There were stains on bed linens and towels. There was a one in hole under the door to the outside. I had to roll a towel to fill the gap. It was awful. Don't stay here. Only positive, no bed bugs.

I stayed in this place for just one night. Basically to take a rest during my long drive to Orlando from Toronto. For the price I paid, it's okay. Room is quite old but everything works. A/C is noisy.

At first the room looked great although after further inspection I noticed huge nasty looking stains on the carpet. And the shower/tub wasn't dirty although the finish inside looked horrible, it was flaking so bad that when you showered little flakes would constantly be flowing down the drain.

I only stayed because it was booked online and non-refundable. It was so nasty, the carpet and blanket had huge stains. I bought a pair of cheap sweats to sleep in on top of the blanket. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The door keys did not work every time, in the three days we stayed there, their "free WiFi" worked just once, and one night, at 11:30 p.m., someone tried to get into our room because appararently, they had assigned the room we were in to someone else. I complained to the front desk and demanded that a manager call me. Well, we were never contacted.

We stayed there on two separate occasions. The first stay the bathroom and sink vanity were in desperate need of updating. On the second occasion we had a different room and the vanity was new granite and tub and floor were totally replaced. Nothing fancy, but good value for the money.

By far the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Dirty linens,tiny rooms with too much furniture, construction debris piled everywhere. Not worth the money.

My room was a bit "run down" with the only window a bit grubby, and some dodgy looking stains on the carpet. The door lock was a bit "Hinky", a matter I reported to staff as I was checking out. Having said that the room was a comfortable temperature without having to run the a/c unit. I just remembered. The "Closed Caption" feature on my TV was constantly […] on, no matter how many times I tried to stop it. That was irritating. On the plus side the Wi-Fi was working well, an essential for me. First, I like to stay here because it is convenient and has all that I need. They are currently upgrading the bathrooms with stone/granit walls and it really looks nice. The sink counters are also stone and gives the place a above average look. It was clean quiet and comfortable. The service was fast and curteous. My coffee pot was not working and it […] wasn't 3 minutes, and I had another one. The internet kept shutting down, but it was quickly reset each time within minutes of the call. We had a great stay here. It was still cheaper to stay here and drive to Concord than the cost of a hotel at Concord. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast, but over all it was money well spent. Thank you Days Inn!!

Will not stay there again. This was our third year staying at this hotel. The room was never vaccumed the entire time we were there, the cleaning lady never really made the bed just straigjtened out the cover blanket. Never wiped down sink area or countertops. Really poor servixe.

The woman who was working at check in at 11 pm on friday oct 19 had no personality at all-didnt even smile at us. the bathroom faucet leaked and there was terrible ventilation/difficult to get heat/cool system to work. remote control to TV was difficult to operate.the screws that hold the extra securit lock hinge in placw were loose and we had to tighten […] them to feel secure at check out on sunday morning we were again unfortunate to have the same woman at check out-same attitude dry and un friendly-with so many hotels in a 5 mile radius i will never book with this hotel again Läs mer

Hotel very outdated. Needs major renovations. Sink was disgusting, rust spots all over, rugs were all stained. Nothing like the pictures on the internet. The chairs at the pool were as hard as rocks, cushions on them would of made them more comfortable to lay on.

Carpets are dirty, and everything seems old and well used, from the stained comforter on our bed to the ugly tile on the bathroom floors. Not pleasing to the eyes but does the job

We have stayed at this Hotel for the past 4 years as an overnight on our way home from vacation it used to be nice but is now starting to go down hill. It is close to everything and right off the highway in a beautiful area. I think it needs some maintenance as the doors were rough, the pool needs some care and the rooms need updating and some new bed […] linens. Not bad for an overnight now but for the price I would like to see a little more care it now seems like it is becoming a lower end Hotel. May look at a different Hotel next year. Läs mer

Not a horrible hoyel but definately needs updated. Outdoor pool wasnt bad, although the hours need adjusted. Stayed in a nonsmoking room but the room smelled like it had been smoked in. Its a get what you pay for place to stay.

Service was good; room was clean and beds were comfortable, but the bathroom seemed old. Tub was stained. Breakfast could have offered more. Hotel staff were great. Very reasonable price.

The room have aging but the tub had permanent stains which did not look good. Almost resembled blood. The air conditioner had to be really be kept at maximum to get room cool enough. The hair drier did not work and the outlet beneath did not work so could not dry my hair at the mirror or use other electrical appliances such as the coffee maker there. Spoke […] with manager who could only put in work order which could not be done over the weekend. Could not discount the room for the inconvenience as was purchased thru expedia. If had been directly reserved via motel would have had some ability to negotiate. Also I have special diet needs of low sugar. There was little I could eat at the breakfast. I feel I deserve a reduction in the rate paid because of the above. Have used expedia many times in the past and have been generally satisfied with motel/hotel stays.
