Tillbringade tre dygn på hotellet tillsammans med min ledningsgrupp. Vi hade en fantastiskt bra viselse. Takterrassen, dess utsikt och mat är bara den värd ett besök. Härligt poolområde om än lite litet. Portiererna fick oss att känna att de vekligen brydde sig om oss som gäster. Bra möteslokaler om än utan dagsljus. Bra och snabb service. Tveka inte, […] boka! En bra och mycket servicetyngd positiv upplevelse. Hotellet har ett consierge av mycket hög kvalitet som löste frågeställningar som många andra hade misslyckats med. Lägg därtill att vi blev uppgraderade när rummet inte riktigt motsvarade våra exakta förväntningar vid ankomst och den höga servicenivån framstår tydligt. När det gäller rummen är dessa […] smakfullt inredda i en slags neoklassicistisk stil med möjligen de skönaste sängar vi upplevt. 'Kuddmenyn' som återfinns i den stora garderoben visar på att detta hotell verkligen tar välbefinnande och sömn i hög beaktan. Detta hotell förtjänar enligt min mening varje stjärna. Good hotel but expensive, nothing is included. We booked it only because we wanted a hotel with pool. So if you want a hotel without pool I guess there is alot of alternatives with better prices. It is located rather close to the subway and 15 mintues walk from the more central parts of Lisboa.

Hela våran hotellvistelse var utmärkt. Perfekta rum med en extremt bra service. Det skadade inte heller att dem hade Portugals bästa sky bar. Kommer utan tvekan att åka tillbaka. Som par är det ett extremt bra resemål iom att du har nära till både Estoril och Cascais (tar 30 min med tåg och är jätte komfortabelt)

Bistro on ground floor has very good Portugese food, is comfortable with friendly wait staff; view from Terrace bar and restaurant is spectacular!

Hotel was good buy no Spa. The internet should be less expensive.

I stay at this hotel three times a year. This time the shower was a mess , key did not work, and room was smelly . Still a great hotel . Don't stay in room 333

We booked 2 interconnecting rooms during the stay for our family (+2 children). The hotel location is in the good part of the city and close to all major attractions in Lisbon. Would happy to comeback to this hotel in future.

Overall, I enjoyed staying at the Tivoli. The room was modern and comfortable and very clean. Upon checking in, I learned that to use WifI in the room, the cost would be 22 Euros/day. The hotel has have a room with four computers but they were being used most of the time I wanted to check my email. For the cost of the room, I expected WiFi to be in […] cluded. Läs mer

This is a wonderful hotel. We were impressed with the service at all levels. We were especially impressed with the Concierge who could not do enough to help us navigate the City and made excellent restaurant recommendations. The Hotel Tivoli is superbly located in the heart of Lisbon. It is very close to the Barro Alto and the Baixa districts. It is also very close to the major bus routes, so is very easy to get around the city. The room isn't particularly luxurious or large, but was clean and manageable. It […] is also a little mean to expect you to pay for the coffee in your room and the minibar is very expensive - even allowing for the fact it is a five star. on the subject of costs, the breakfast is on the pricey side as it the car parking. Just find out what it is before you go and I guess it won't bother you! On the plus side, the bed was excellent and the black out shutters were extremely effective. The outdoor pool is large and the sunloungers are extremely comfortable. I actually couldn't find another hotel with a large outdoor pool and we certainly appreciated having it to relax by before we went off sightseeing. We utterly enjoyed the stay at Tivoli Lisboa. It was our first time with this brand and I would go to a Tivoli anytime if they are all like this. The staff was wonderful... The property was first class and in a perfect location. A great roof top Bar..... a wonderful Brasserie. I will be going back.

The hotel's staff were exceptional from the moment we checked in to the moment we departed. The location to the Rossio and the castle were spectacular. The room we stayed in was a little dated, but overall we were very pleased.

Tivoli Lisbon is a great hotel, and situation wise is fantastic for staying in Lisbon. Walking distance to the city centre and many restaurants and bars. Reception and interior is great and qe spent some time by the very small pool but it was good as well, albeit small and crowded, it was the middle of July. We didn't eat in the hotel at all, so can't […] comment on that. The Sky Bar is exceptional but you can access that as a non resident anyway but the views you get and te situation of it is top notch. At the pool, in the bar etc it annoys me when they charge €4 for a diet coke which is probably 200ml of liquid with the amount of ice, and there is no coffee and tea making facilities in the room apart from a machine which charges you! Come on guys, you can give us a teabag can't you! Concierge gave us some fantastic restaurants recommendations and hotel is great, little things matter. Läs mer

TIVOLI IS ONE OF BEST HOTELS IN LISBON FOR A LONG TIME. HOWEVER THE MAINTENANCE OF MY ROOM WAS POOR. ONE OUTLET WAS LOSE AND VERY DANGER AND THE BED WAS VERY SMALL. I WILL COME BACK BECAUSE I AM SURE THEY WILL BE BETTER NEXT TIME.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon on vacation or business. It's attractive, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, it's located in the middle of everything, the food is delicious and the service provided by the staff is excellent. For the class of hotel, we expected much better. The big complaints were the bar staff, who were extremely slow and forgetful. We had to stop anyone we could for service, they brought out my salad, without bringing my husband's salad and when we complained about the missing order, they ordered a new salad and it only arrived after we had already requested […] the bill and were about to leave. The shower was also very poor, being a rain showerhead and glass wall that only went to the showerhead, so all the water flooded the bathroom floor no matter how careful we were. i stay st thsi hotel every time I am in lisbon, Great place great service.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are very fine. Portugal, needs some work on a lot of issues. Within several blocks is the square. Which could be a brilliant representation of Portugal, but comes off as a 'keep looking behind your back, you may be getting mugged, or asked to buy a bad watch. This hotel was excellent - well desgined rooms, exceedingly comfortable bed, good shower, free computer access in their Business Center, efficient staff. and is in an upscale area with cafes and restaurants nearby . It is a 15-20 minute walk to the center of Lisbon and very close to a Metro station. Our attractive rate did not include breakfast. Bang in the centre of Lisbon, the is excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the roof top bar was amazing and the staff courteous and friendly. We have just recommended the hotel to our friends who are going for their 10th wedding anniv.

great hotel in a great location

Excellent Hotel, perfectly located, friendly staff. Could not have asked for better! One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Great location and nice pool, but lack a spa, beds are not as expected and property could use an upgrade. If you can get the right hotel rates, it is good to stay there. It is more like a " 4 star" hotel.

From the time we arrived we were treated to some of the best service we've received in Europe. The concierge service was particularly great with Duerte providing really good advice and ideas for our stay. Two days later he asked if we had enjoyed recommendations and genuinely was interested in helping us which greatly added to our time in Lisbon. We […] were upgrade to a Collection room because we arrived early and the lower class of room we had booked was not ready. How great is that?! Room service and cleaning was excellent, staff helpful and no request was too much for them. Our only disappointment was with the top floor restaurant where we booked a specific table with a view two days in advance and when we arrived it had been given to another couple because the manager had booked us into the wrong day. In fact the rooftop is probably a bit over-hyped, could be noisy and there are plenty of other really great places to dine with a view - so no great loss but disappointing when the rest of the hotel is so great. thoroughly enjoyed my week at this hotel. everything was as it should be.

The hotel worked out well and location for us was just nice10 Min walk from centre and main thoroughfare. Staff were nice and nice secluded pool area to relax in afternoon.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Tivoli Lisboa, and the staff there were very helpful. But their recommendations were all to "tourist traps" that were connected to the hotel. When I'm on vacation exploring Lisbon, I don't want to see Americans or Germans - I want to be amidst Portuguese so I can learn about their culture.

The hotel is very well located and in good condition. Service at reception desk was excellent. Rooms are competitive. Service at the top floor restaurant was unacceptably bad as is service at the lobby bar.

Great hotel, good facilities and well located. Standard rooms are small but comfortable.

Good location, very good standard, great service, very friendly staff, bit expensive to eat and drink, don't go for the Gym.

This hotel is in a good location for business purposes however if you were on holiday, you might prefer to be down closer to the old part of town.
