The Hotel looked new and was in immaculate shape. We were especially impressed with the employees who went out of there way to help. The breakfast was above average for Hotels with free breakfast. It was not just starchy foods but healthy choices.

Thin walls permitted every toilet flush or shower or footstep above and around us to be heard at all wee hours of the night. The hotel is dingy and smells stale. The staff, however, is fantastic and lovely.

I arrived at 3:40pm to check-in and was informed by the front desk manager that my room was not available. I had a 4:30 wedding ceremony to attend and needed a shower after a 4-hour drive. The statement from the manager was, "Check-in time is ANYTIME after 3:00." Really? That is akin to the fix-it person saying, "I will be at your house sometime between […] 8:00 and 5:00." One of the reasons I booked this hotel because it had a spa & pool. The spa was broken and the pool was full of noisey children and ice cold. Very disapointing

Our stay was great until about 4 am when people began congregating in the lobby. It was so loud and it was if they were talking in our room. Very poor noise barriers. We were in room 123.

I have stayed at Hampton Inns on more than one occasion and feel each time that they are overpriced for what you get. The room was small, we have stayed at much less expensive hotels with much larger rooms. The bathroom is small with the sink inside the bathroom. Our in room coffee maker didn't work nor did the telephone in our room. I walked down and […] let the desk know and they didn't seem to care either way, didn't come up with a coffee maker or telephone during our stay. Front desk clerk wouldnt make eye contact and she did not say much at all. Once she gave me my room key withthe room number written on it, I had to ask her where our room was and how to easiest way to get to it. Other then that the hotel was very nice inside.

We drove into an empty parking lot at 1:30-2...When I first walked in I was hesitant about who was at the front desk, the lady was wearing a light blue t-shirt,(I found out later this is what the cleaning crew wears), I asked if we could check in, she made a point of looking at the clock and saying not until 3pm (in my experience people at the front […] desk will look on computer to see if any rooms availaible...not here). We stayed a week and had continuous problems with the upkeep of the room, ran out of toilet paper, found out they do not change the bed linens unless you ask, AND I had to ask for the room to be vacuumed - which was not done. OUR STAY WAS GREAT. UNFORTUNATELY WE REQUESTED A SMOKING ROOM, LOVELAND WAS THE NEAREST TO GREELEY WHERE MY CHILDREN WAS STAYING. AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION HOTEL.COM SAID THEY HAD SMOKING ROOMS, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT CHECKIN TIME. I COULD NOT CHANGE MY RESERVATION, DUE TO NON REFUNDABLE CHARGES. WE SMOKED OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM AND DID NOT SMOKE INSIDE […] AT ALL. THE HOTEL STILL CHARGED MY CARD A SMOKING FEE. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. Nice place; convenient to anything you need. Bedding was odd. Lumpy comforters that were too warm unless we turned on the AC. Other than that, good value.

Room was very clean and staff was very accomodating. Was convenient to the insterstate, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great. I would very highly recommend the Hampton in Loveland if staying in the area.

Customer Service was excellent, the Hotel was kept very clean the rooms were kept very clean by the maid service. The hotel staff was very pleasent and super friendly, this will be our Hotel for our visits to Loveland Co.

This was a very nice hotel. Room was very clean, bed and bedding was very comfortable. I didn't hear any noise and slept well, so not sure if the hotel was not full or just well insulated. Couldn't seem to get the maids to completely make my bed. Had to replace bedspread on bed 5 out of 7 days. Mentioned to front desk and it didn't help. Maids insisted on changing towels even when conservation sign said "when towels on rack, it means you will reuse towels". Why waste the paper by providing sign if you are going to change all the towels […] anyway? These are minor, overall everyone was pleasant and we liked our room. Läs mer

Comfortable beds and bedding. Breakfast items kept well stocked and great variety. Nice quite location yet convenient to several nice restaurants and is a great place to rest before heading home from Estes Park vacations. The entrance and halls have a strong chemical odor I am not sure you can attibute to the pool. Not sure what it was, it just smelled really bad. Employees are nice. Rooms could stand a little upkeep and a more thorough cleaning. But all in all, decent place to stay.

The rooms were clean and especially the men who worked in the evening were very helpful. Alex was the best! Supplies weren't watched so the hot chocolate mix was out for two days and the coffee cups ran out too. The location was good but the rooms were tiny.

This hotel is undergoing renovations. Although the room we stayed in was newly renovated and nice, the lobby and main floor were completely torn apart. We didn't make it down for breakfast so I can't comment on that. I'd hold off making reservations until the remodel is complete.

I stayed for 4 nights at the Hampton Inn while attending a nearby workshop. Hotel is in a newer section on the outskirts of Loveland in a well landscaped neighborhood with plenty of trees. There is a visitors center conveniently located across the street from the hotel -- good place to ask for information, directions and to pickup free local maps. Room […] was clean and included microwave and fridge which I used extensively for my meals to save on expenses. However, there are plenty of eating selections within walking or short driving distance including an IHOP next door, steakhouse and fast food just down the street. Bed was comfortable but pillows were either overly soft or stiff enough to bother my neck. For shoppers, there there is an outlet mall just to the east of hotel, a shopping center including Target, Petsmart and several other chain stores (and more restaurants) about 1/2 mile west of hotel. More high end shopping (such as Macy's) is within a 10 minute drive east along highway. Hotel's breakfast was more than adequate. There was always traditional cold cereals, pastries and muffins as well as waffles, fresh fruit and 2 hot selections each morning (eggs, bacon, etc.). There was usually to go bags with fruit and cereal bar available at front desk for early travelers. Staff was welcoming and helpful but minor compliant is that I never received a smile or greeting from any of housekeeping staff, save for 2. Simple hello would have been appreciated!
