"Poor night of sleep, walls are paper thin"
Walls were paper thin so everything could be heard in your room. Conversation 3 doors down in the hall, your neighboring room guests conversations and the sound of all traffic off of the highway. "Good deal"
The room was clean the staff was friendly. Location was great close to airport. The breakfast was very good a full breakfast bar with everything you would want not like other hotels that say breakfast included and it's just a continental breakfast. The hotel and room are slightly dated, but clean. The staff were great and very helpful. The breakfast buffet which was included was great. "A great stay-over hotel between Utah and Colorado"
Hotel is large, clean and in a good location near I-70. The hotel also provides a free breakfast buffet that is fair. There is a Denny's, an Applebee's and other restaraunts right nearby. Nice hotel. Although not a new property, it was obvious the staff worked hard to maintain the facilities. Clean and comfortable, a good value for the money. The bed was so hard it would have been more comfortable to sleep on hard wood floors. The pillows felt like bits of cardboard cut up and placed inside of it. The hotel staff was okay, they did their job and that's it. Didn't ask how our drive was, I asked for a receipt and I was told no, they didn't go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. "Quality Inn Grand Junction Colorado"
We had been traveling for over 8 hours in the car and arrived after midnight. The front desk clerk put us on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The elevator has been non working for some time now.We stayed there 2 weeks ago on our road trip out to San Diego and the elevator was broken then too. I needed a roll away bed on our last trip and the clerk said […] it was free of charge since the elevator was not working but the very next day they charged another fee of $11.00. "Great Value for your money"
We were very happy with the hotel. Our room was updated with granite counter tops, tile floors, a large refrigerator, microwave and a very comfortable bed with great bedding and lots of pillows We also liked the fact it had a little nook in it with an oversized chair we could sit in to watch TV. "Reasonably priced basic hotel"
The hotel was basic but clean. The elevator still does not work which didn't affect us but a lady trying to check in before us with disabled parents had a major problem with it, understandable since they were booked into the third floor.
