Jag har bott på många hotell men för detta saknar jag nästan ord! Men, för att så många som möjligt ska få chansen att bo här ska jag göra ett försök! Jag bodde här i 3 nätter i början av februari 2013. Det började med ett varmt mottagande redan utanför hotellet där väskorna i snabb fart försvann upp till rummet. Därefter följde en privat rundtur genom hotellet, för att bekanta sig det och för att få veta vad som fanns för ditt välmående. Rummet var oklanderligt med den utsikt över Eiffeltornet jag alltid velat ha! Hela hotellet har en atmosfär av lugn och skönhet där man känner sig "hemma". Personalen är gränslös i sin förmåga och vilja att tillmötesgå minsta önskan. Tala om serviceminded UTAN falska leeden! Där har vi verkligen de som ger service ett ansikte när service är som bäst! Det var nästan för bra för att vara sant! Visst, det kostar en slant att bo där men OM du en gång i livet ska kosta på dig ett lyxhotell i Paris - välj detta!! Du kommer inte att ångra dig! Det är HELT UNDERBART! Kontakta gärna hotellet innan du åker dit om du har speciella önskemål som exvis om utsikt mot Eiffeltornet. Alla talar mycket god engelska och kommer att göra sitt bästa för just DIG! Jag kommer att återvända!

Bra bemötande av personal som alla talade engelska, bra frukost fanns en hel del att välja mellan. Nära till tunnelbana som tog dig i princip över hela Paris. Promand avstånd från Notre Dame, ca 20 min nära till bra bargata längs San Sebastepol. Vi är mycket nöjda med vårt besök :)

"Perfekt läge"
Mycket trevligt hotel, lever upp till 4 stjärniga standarden. Rummet var (för att vara Paris) stort och rymligt. Läget är utmärkt, ligger precis mellan två tunnelbanestationer och det tar inte mer än 5 min att gå till Eiffeltorns-parken. "Bra hotel nära Eiffel"
Var där en weekend i mitten på December. Det är ett mindre hotel i ett lugnt kvarter. Finns stor matbutik rakt över gatan. 5 minuter till Eiffel tornets område. Mycket hjälpsam personal med taxi. Skrev även ut alla vägbeskrivningar till oss. Rent och fräscht. Frukost är 16 Euro per person. Vi provade inte den utan åt ute. Bra pris på rummet även. "Lagom standard för en kort visit"
Jag och min vän besökte Paris över en helg - läget var inte jättebra, man kunde skymta Eiffeltornet från vissa håll - men hotellet i sig hade ingen bra utsikt, och det var svårt att hitta. Standarden på hotellet var "okej" för att vara ett finare. När vi kom tillbaka hade dock pengar dragits från visakortet, då de måste ha blandat ihop oss med andra […] gäster som åt frukost för 160 kronor. A quiet neighbourhood (a bit dull) not too far from the Metro. The hotel was expensive for what it is and the facilities it provides. Small old fashioned rooms and bathrooms. The lobby area is clean but the room floors are slightly grubby with scraps of waste paper in corridors and a look of poor quality cleanliness. "Great staff"
The staff are great! We got in at 7am extremely fatigued from our travel and thankfully the hotel let us check in early. Thank you! That gesture from them was priceless to my eyes. "Lovely, quaint hotel for a romantic stay in Paris."
This lovely, quaint botique hotel was everything we wanted and what other traveler's who have commented positively on Tripadvisor promised it to be ! Staff were always very knowledgeable and helpful. The bedding and bed were perfect (even with my bad back) and the room was just the right size. The water was always plenty hot - storage for clothing, […] etc worked well. Wonderful to have the nice size windows to open for fresh air and a view of the city. We couldn't have been happier for a late in life marriage and honeymoon. Cute, boutique hotel. Staff was friendly, spoke English fairly well, and were happy to point us to the various attractions. Room was sufficient, although small....typical for Europe. "Lovely hotel,brilliant for Eiffel Tower"
Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were friendly and booked us taxis when we needed them. However for the price we paid we would have liked to have had breakfast included. The breakfast we paid for was lovely and the smoked salmon was a lovely surprise. The room was compact and very comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet location not far from the Eiffel Tower. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions and addressing a minor issue with a slow draining bathroom sink. This hotel was an okay experience. The room was very small, typical for European standards. It was also very, very dark. Our room was on the first floor and was very noisy due to street traffic. Receptionist was very helpful and was obviously very busy but nothing was a bother to her. Breakfast was not great, sausages and bacon were finished and had to wait for more. When they arrived they were raw. Waiter was happy to say they were cooked and had to ask him to cook them again which he did, although still not properly cooked. "Pleasant Stay - Nice Hotel"
Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms are small, but nice. The Eiffel Tower is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and reasonably roomy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Nice quiet street which is only a short stroll to the Eiffel Tower. "FANTASTIC TIME!"
THE STAFF WERE AMAZING I called customer service a couple of times and in returned liaised with the hotel whilst I was on hold so I wouldn't have to pay the international calls which was a great start! In the picture, the hotel shows the Eiffel in the background so wanted to know if I could get one of those rooms. They said I had to upgrade to get that […] view which is fair enough... I ohhed and ahhed about it but decided not to go for the upgrade. When I got to the hotel, they upgraded me anyway as I initially made an enquiry and because they had a spare room, they put my sister in there for two nights which was a great Birthday surprise! "Great location, hotel service could use some work"
Overall a pleasant exoerience. Pros: 1. Location- 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, which made it easy to visit during day and night, which is a must! Also supermarket across the street. Also not too far of a walk to the Arc de Triomph and the main shopping area in town. 2. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. 3. Hotel staff, all 3 people we […] saw, are friendly. Cons- 1. Hotel staffing was poor. Only 1 person at the front desk, which is literally just a table and chair, who has the job of 5 people. The woman that checked us in was very friendly but not very helpful when it came to being a concierge when we had questions about tours or things to do in the area. Only 1 lady cleaning the entire hotel. One day we got back to our room around 5pm and it still was not done. 2. Not much shopping or night life in the area. Everything, including restaurants, is closed by around 10pm. Would recommend staying closer to Champs-Elysee area for shopping and night life. 3. I am not sure if it's just because its Paris but for a 4 star hotel the rooms are very small !. Also with only a small breakfast area the wait for a table can be quite inconvenient at peak times. Overall adequate but is it worth the 4 star rates charged, I do not think so.Verifierad gästrecension

The hotel is located near the Tour Eiffel with all its appeal, yet is on a side street and very quiet. The Metro is covenient as are any number of places to eat and drink.
