Riviera är ett av dom äldsta hotellen i Las Vegas, byggt på 50-talet. Det är även ett av dom rökigaste vad gäller Casino området men rummen är fräscha och personalen trevlig! Läget i norra delen av Strippen är inte perfekt för gång, men det finns restauranger nära och bussarna som går längs strippen stannar utanför så det är ändå smidigt att ta sig […] till andra hotell. Ett mycket bra hotell, till ett vettigt pris. Trött i benen?- Välj att åka buss.

Provade för första gången budgetvarianten men kommer nog inte att göra det igen. Här får man vad man betalar för varken mer eller mindre. Ganska slitet hotel som sett sina bästa dagar. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Mest gamla människor och ingen action runt spelborden.

Ligger lite längre ner på "strippen", lite slitet men helt ok för en natt. Det negativa var att kön till incheckningen var väldigt lång.

Man får vad man betalar för, visserligen. Men detta hotellet var ingen höjdare. Med tanke på utbudet i Las Vegas så kan man välja något annat till samma pris. Det står att rummet är nystädat och så hittar man en hel peruk i badkaret. Låååånga svarta. Helt synligt. Äckligt. Casinot var inte överbefolkat precis så det är nog inte det hetaste stället […] på "the strip". Ta en tur på de andra så märker ni klasskillnaden. I chose this hotel because somehow I read that you could get a room with the view of the Strip, however, you have to be lucky on this! I guess it's always hard to rate the big hotels since there are too many different types of rooms. I booked a Premier room, and updated to Signiture room towards the Strip at check-in. By the way, book your upgrade […] at home, it's cheaper so. The view of the room was great, however you can feel that this was one of those hotel from the early times. The check-in queue was scary! I have never seen it before, but it's true in large Vegas hotels. We waited for 40 mins even though it was around 10 pm. And forget about calling the front desk at night, you can never get through. The parking garage was free, but breakfast, wifi and the safe are not... It's a 15 mins walk to the center of the Strip, but for the view it's worth it. Läs mer

Ett mycket gästvänligt hotell med "innergård" med pool och solstolar som inbjöd till lata stunder på dagen. Rummet var rent och med gott om utrymme. Personalen var alltid tillmötesgående och serviceinriktade - alltid hjälpsamma och kom även med idéer om vad som var sevärt i Las Vegas. Ett exempel var besök på Fremont Street - som enligt utsago var det […] "riktiga" Las Vegas. Det stämde - en helt otrolig stämning och ljusshow som inte gick av för hackor! Busshållsplatser utanför hotellet som gjorde det enkelt att ta sig både söder- och norrut och till downtown. Trouble checking in, had reserved non-smoking rooms (and paid extra for them) only to be told that all the non-smoking in that price range were already used. Had to complain a bit to get the upgrade to the non-smoking room. A lot of empty shops line the halls. It's an older casino starting to be a dated. Det var lång kö hela tiden där även vid midnatt lång kö så inbokningen var långsam.

Bra prisvärd på huvudgatan med stort rent rum. Många valmöjligheter med mat på Hotelet. Utom hus pool finns på insida av hotellet. Minus är att man måste betala för wifi & kassaskåp på rummet.

Allting funkade mycket bra. Lämnade fram mitt bokningsnummer. Fina rum. Häftig stad. Att boka genom er var en positiv upplevelse. Smidigt och bra på alla sätt. Reser ganska mycket så jag återkommer garanterat!!! Whatever Happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!! Må gott Mycket nöjd kund!

Ett gammalt trevligt Casino/Hotell med mediokra rum till humana priser. Är du trött på alla flashiga ultramoderna skrytbyggen till casinon så är Riviera hotellet för dig. Här har allt sin stilla gång. Det är ett rätt lugnt o skönt ställe att varva ner efter att ha trängts med tusentals människor på dom andra hotellen o strippen. På Riviera hände ingenting […] spektakulärt under hela vår vistelse. Högtalarsystemet på hotellet spelade samma skiva hela tiden vi bodde där! om och om igen. 90-tals R n B musik blandat med gamla klassiker. Tiden verkade stå still. Folket som bodde där var inte vackra miljonärer utan lite småfeta, bleka, billigt klädda svensson typer precis som du o jag. Restaurangerna på hotellet var också mediokra med dyra priser, så vi åt på andra ställen hela veckan. Hotellet invändigt såg ut att vara renoverat nån gång på slutet av 80-talet och har stått still sen dess. röd, blommig heltäckningsmatta på hela bottenvåningen och så mycket guldfärgade lister man kunde få upp, överallt. Men det var ungefär knappt halva priset jämfört med de flotta hotellkomplexen nåra hundra meter längre ner på strippen. Vi använde bara vårt rum till att sova i, sen var vi ute på stan resten av tiden. Och det var ett helt ok rum med stor säng, platt tv på väggen och fint badrum. Möjligtvis var rummet i minsta laget. Städerskan var väldigt trevlig och väldigt duktig. Det var alltid snyggt o fint på rummet när man kom tillbax efter dagens strapatser. Så vill ni bo billigt i Las Vegas och inte har några speciella krav på boendet så är Riviera ett bra alternativ. Ligger ju hyfsat nära till dom andra stora pajas-palatsen längre ner på strippen. Och där finns minst 10 snabbmat-ställen att äta på runt hotellet, McDonalds, Subway, Dominos, Peppermill ,Dennys osv.. Läs mer

Valde hotellet för att det ligger på The Strip och var billigt. I efterhand skulle vi halt valt att bo längre söderut där de finare hotellen ligger. Hotellet var ok men tillhörde knappast de häftigare hotellen i Las Vegas.

It's pretty close to the exhibition hall, convenient. But soundproof system is bad. Hard to rest.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. Booked a renovated luxury room but advised by front desk when I asked to be moved due to the condition of the bathroom, only the area with bed had been renovated. I contacted Hotels.com & they organised my move to another hotel after the first night & being told by hotel, I was in one of the best rooms, […] also had welts on my skin after being bitten by something in the bed! We liked this hotel and we also liked how spacious the rooms were. For what the cost of the room was, we were more than pleased. The only thing that is on the bad side is that the walls are paper thin. You can hear every thing in the hallway weather it's walking or talking or in the room next to your too! Riviera rocks!!!! Best hotel i've stayed in EVEERRR!!!!

I was pleased to see the the rennovations. I love the cabanas! My room (with a view of the pool) was neat and clean and the staff was courteous and efficient. The service was excellent and so was the food. I appreciate the location because it is located between Downtown (Freemont Street) and the excitement of the newer hotels where there is much traffic […] and congestion. I was very surprised mhen I checked in to my room. The carpeting was shredded in parts. The bathroom was very bad......tiolet seat was discolored brown. The pipes were dirty and rusty. The grout was discolored also. The air cond. unit was very old and outdated. The bed was made however, was shortsheeted and not tucked. I called the front desk and they […] switched me to another room. Upon examination of new room, I was better as far as cleanliness. The room was still outdated and worn. This was my 2nd stay at the Riviera. The 1st time there was no pool. However my room was farely decent. This 2nd time the pool was nice, but my room was awful! It's like they freshened up the bed linens & put up a flatscreen tv, but everything else was still old & not fres. I know you get what you pay for, but this was ridiculous. The Rivera is a nice place though that end of the strip is getting pretty isolated since they have torn down so many other properties. They have closed up many of the small shops in the Rivera and added more slots in those areas. We had a classic room which means in the old section, two double beds only and a very small bathroom with no place to set […] any items out. The room was clean but I would upgrade next time. The only real complaint was check in is awful slow everytime we went to the desk there was a long line and it averages about 1 hr to check in. Also the TV checkout system only works from 6AM until 2:30 PM which isn't much good for early morning flights. Food prices have gone up everywhere in Vegas, a sign of the times since gambling is off some. Parking is convenient and there is a CVS drugstore not far away if you forget something. If you have kids there is a McDonalds across the street and Circus Circus is also across the street if you want to do their kid activites. Rivera has a very nice large pool but it closes at 6 PM. I was in the room less than 5 minutes and the maintenance man showed up telling me the maid had reported a clogged bath tub. After three visits and two snakes he cleared it. One hour later the toilet was full of hair I guess he tried to flush it down the toilet.

i found a bed bug in my room and security said it was not a bed bug but i know what a bed bug looks like because i work for a hotel and i've seen them before, they didnt offer any upgrade or anything

Too far off the strip. The hotel is dated and needs an uplift. Comfortable room, but no atmosphere.

The hotel was fine for the price. It was not a luxurious hotel like some of the other hotels on the strip, but it's clean and comfortable, and it's on the strip. The only complaint I had was that it was a little noisy. I think the walls are a little thin.

Check in was a miserable experience. No perks with room, not even a morning cup of coffee. Only good experience was the pool but even that closed too early. Overall, won't be back.

The hotel is at the far end of the strip, so the closest hotel is about a 10 minute walk. Everything else is much further. The dining choices in the hotel weren't too bad, some over priced but for the most part fair. The staff wasn't very helpful with information, and it's really hard to get drinks in the casino unless you are at the bar or a live table. […] The room was outdated, one of the beds was very worn & sunk in in the middle, but room service was awesome at bringing clean towels & freshening up our room when asked. Hotel was old and dirty, it was located in an unsafe area, it was very far from the main strip by all the big hotels. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all!!!!

I like to try different hotels when I stay in Vegas and a few of them I've stayed in more than once, but I won't stay here again. The room was dusty (it would've failed the white glove test). The picture of the outside looks better than the inside. Very outdated. Not satisfied.

the rooms in the san mateo area of the hotel are horrible...which is where they put us...hate to say I would never stay there again...

The place is just OK. A decent value given the low price.

i don't know what it was, it might have been bed bugs anyway, rashed broke out all over my upper arms after the first 2 nights and the room was full of dust and i got a bad bad cough. clean your facility!!!
