Tyckte det var riktigt bra. Fint område med goda förbindelser. Tio minuter promenad och tio minuter tunnelbana så är man på 42:à gatan

Mycket nöjd. Snygg inredning och rent. Inga vägglöss :-) Väldigt bra och trevligt läge nära tunnelbanestationer och någon minuts promenad till central park. Mycket sköna sängar och kuddar. Personalen var mycket glad och hjälpsam och gav oss gärna tips och information om stan vid fråga. Vi förstod oss först inte på varmvattnet, men det visade sig att det måste saknas cirkulation i ledningarna så vi fick spola ett tag - sedan kom värmen.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff helpful. Good base if you want to stay in this neighborhood.

Absolutely charming and full of old-NYC attention to detail. The only issue I ever had was my room key not working. Elevators work quickly, decor is charming. Staff is wonderful. The TV in my bathroom mirror was amazing. Room service was prompt and surpassed my expectations.
Expensive for such a small room without a view of anything.

I would avoid the restaurant, overpriced and not that great, but there are plenty of places to eat within a three block radius. It had the feel of a boutique Hotel. It had a great bar and buzzy restaurant. The hotel had just been renovated and had a very luxurious feel to it. a high floor is recommended to avoid overlooking air conditioners. The Hotel was wonderful, staff really, really good. It might of been a very short stay , however I would find it hard to book another hotel in NYC now. Fully recomend the Mark

One of the best hotels i have stayed in. Yes its pricey but worth it if its for a special occasion ( honeymoon, anniversery). It's in a great location, not close to the noise and congestion of NYC. Its in uptown, minutes away from Central park. The gym facilaties are great. As this hotel was recently refurbished it is all new and modern. Everything […] is designer, you feel like a king (or queen) This hotel deserves its five star rating. Staff where very friendly and offered a speedy service. They had a promotion going on at the time if booked directly on their website, but as i booked from hotels.com they offered me an upgrade to a one bedroom 'apartment'. It was huge.
