Overall the room was comfortable. The condition of the Hotel was good. Housekeeping could use some pointers on the cleanliness of the room in the bathroom floor department. Although I am sure they sweep, you could tell that they do not mop as often, if at all. One of the 8/days I noticed that the towels were not fixed neatly at all. I picked this hotel because of its proximity to lovefield and downtown. My overall experience was lacking. First they messed up our reservation. And the staff member I dealt with had attitude when i went to get it fixed. Then on the second night of our stay we Inquired about the heater. They sent maintenance up to check on it and got it turned on. But […] then we couldnt turn it off. I spent all Night fighting with it. Getting no sleep. At one point in time my mother called down to the front desk for help and they sent hotel security because maintenance had gone home. He got it to go off. But soon after he left it came back on. At one point it was 95 degrees in the room. Very miserable. Talked to the front desk the next morning. Went out for the day thinking they would fix it. They did not. Had to change rooms for the last night. Didnt get sleep that Night either due to drunk men running up and down the hall slamming doors. Läs mer

This is right around the corner from Dallas Love Field, yet there is no airport noise. The hotel is really a good value and has a shuttle. There is no hot tub and only an outdoor pool. I have stayed twice and it is my "go to" hotel when I am at Dallas Love.

Nicely renovated hotel. Great price for last minute. Needed a place to stay on New Years eve that was down the street from friends house. The hotel shuttle dropped us off at our friends apartment and caught a ride back to the hotel.

I really liked it The hotel is 2 minutes from Love Field on the Shuttle which is the real deal--no reservations, runs every half on the dot, etc. Not like those fake shuttles that no longer exist when you get to a hotel or have very limited hours or reliability. Very pleasant night clerk and taxi driver hanging to talk politics with. I dropped my teen daughter off at 8 to go to bed & then returned my rental car. great hotel don't let location scare you. It would seem like it might be loud since it's next to an airport, but it wasn't.

Only there one night but was very pleased. Location was extremely convenient to Love Field and rental car area. Room was very clean and quiet considering proximity to airport. Restaurant was a nice place to relax and watch a game. They also had a very good happy hour.

Extremely clean and great amenities. Friendly staff who know what they're doing. We asked for suggestions near the area and they were more than accommodating. My friends and I had a great time. Also very close to downtown area as well as love field airport. Will stay there again in the future!

wonderful big roomy tiled showers with glass walls, some even have seating areas in them. rooms have fridges which are not occupied with costly minibars. good pillows and comfy beds. This is my second stay here. The (I forget what his official title is) helped me with all my bags to the room. Followed me back to Hertz to drop the car. Even offered to take me to another restaurant if I wanted dinner some place else besides the airport. I WILL always stay here when flying in and out of DAL field.

the AC unit in our room was really noisy loved the bathroom with big walk in shower instead of a tub..... bed pillows were all large and extra firm!!! The room had so many problems with it, they should not have used the room for guests. The maintenance issues were addressed the morning after or first full night, so we were thankful but had a sleepless night from all of the toilet issues. Very dissatisfied!

The hotel was very acceptable. Wish it would have provided a continental breakfast. Workout area was better than most -- especially appreciate the free weights. I would recommend to a friend or family member and would return in the future.

I like the promptness of the staff at this hotel. When I arrived at the airport and called the front desk the driver of the Shuttle Van was already pulling into the Shuttle Van Parking area. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Dallas because if you need to just get some rest and relaxation it's a great place to stay. My wife and I stayed the night before an early flight out of Love Field and couldn't be more impressed! The staff is professional and courteous. The hotel overall was clean and sharply decorated throughout. Rooms are clean and well appointed, and the location is perfect for anyone traveling out of Love Field. The only thing better than all that I mentioned […] so far was their lightning fast shuttle service to and from the hotel to Love Field, even early in the morning and late at night. The public areas of the hotel are well kept, what you'd expect from a Wyndham. The room was less than. There were stains on the carpet, the heating cooling unit was loud but unfortunately not loud enough to drown out the voices in the next room. I've stayed in quieter Super 8's next to a freeway. The bed was ok, the pillows, all four of them were so […] soft they wrapped around your head, zilch support. The sports bar was nice but take your ear plugs.
