Väldigt trevlig personal och välstädade rum med allt man kan behöva.Lugn gata och därmed bra sömn i sköna sängar. Nära till Metron och bra frukostställen runt om kring. Would recommend this hotel to everybody. Close to the metro. Easy to find. English speaking staff. Topp!!

I would recommend this as a very nice three-star hotel. The room and bathroom were very nicely maintained and the staff incredible. The service was beyond any expectations and I would certainly like to go back. The location with the metro 100 meters away was perfect. The rooms are not big enough for even one person. The bathrooms are a joke. Anyone over 5'0" tall, 110 lbs will have a problem moving around in the bathroom. There was a broken shower head which shot water all over the bathroom when ever you turn the water on. I reported this to the front desk and was told that it would be looked into. I believe they […] looked into the shower turned the water on and watched the water spew out all over the bathroom to confirm the report. Then they turned the water off and left the bathroom as is. Yep, wet and with a broken shower head in place. It was never replaced while I was there. The information on the website states that the rooms are insulated from surrounding noise. Really??? This was hardly the case. I could hear the conversations going on in the next room. OMG! The people above my room must have been doing some kind of clog dance the whole night . I could hear them moving about the room the whole night. Now as for keeping warm that was covered because the heat could not be regulated within our room. Well that's not true, I had to sleep with the windows opened. So I was up often through out the night to either open or close the window. Paris in the winter with the night temperature lingering around the 40 to 48 degree range. Over all this was a bad choice, I would NEVER stay at this hotel again NEVER! Some of the hotel staff were mean to others in my party. Some were just mean in general and must have been put out to deal with guests. I have never experienced such rudeness in Paris before. Well I guess if one lives long enough you might see anything. I have way too much more to report on this hotel than I actually have time to write. Don't do it....... be careful! this hotel offer rooms in the basement where the cell phones are not working, problems with internet connections and you will find fungus on the wall!!!!!

Have stayed in many hotels in Paris, this one had the smallist shower ever. The location is great , the Metro is less than a block away, the RER is just a couple of blocks, so, taking the train from CDG or Orley is easy and cheap.. I would stay here again.

This hotel is very cute, clean and comfortable...what more could you ask for. We were at first disappointed when we arrived at this hotel and found where it was located because the Hotels.com rep told me it was right around the corner from the one we had been at previously (added on another day in Paris last min) and close to Paris city centre. Hotel Germain is situated in an excellent location and very close to several Metro stations. Nice room and decent bathroom except for the occassional old pipe smell - which we managed to handle by clsoing the sink and bath. A really nice and safe area with a great patisserie across the place where you can get great croissants. I had a really lovely stay here. I arrived in Paris after a harrowing journey on Air France causing me to miss my travel connections and with no compensation from them. I was left in a position where I had to find my own last minute hotel in Paris and I was so pleased that I found this place. The reception guy was really friendly, the room was lovely, […] the location was perfect for where I needed to be (I needed to catch an early train) and it made for a lovely end to a stressful day. room wasn't ready in time, bathroom smelled, very tiny. metro location is ideal but overall i would not reocmmend this hotel for the price. oh yea and the elevator broke down for a bit

The hotel is just a block from the metro and three blocks from the RER, which makes it the most convenient location where I've stayed in Paris. Although the hotel was clean and orderly, we were disappointed that the only room available to us was the first floor room directly next to the hotel's front desk. The problem was that the room was almost too […] small for two people, and that you couldn't leave the window open without risking passersby jumping into the room to take your stuff (no A/C and we were there in the heat). We tried to change rooms, but the hotel staff refused to consider it. Still, I'd consider returning if I could secure a different room. Hotel room is very small. Sometimes one person would have to go into the bathroom so the other person could move to the other side of the room. Location is great. Room was clean. Front desk helpful. But very tiny & there was no hot water in the afternoon & shower is only hand-held

The room was incredibly small and very basic. The bathroom shower is so small that if you are a little overweight you will have trouble getting in. The ceiling of our bathroom was leeking as it was raining very much when we got to Paris. The neighbourhood was very quiet and spooky looking. A very basic room without any pretty Parisian touch... way too […] expensive for what you are getting. On the other had we also stayed at the Passy Hotel Eiffel and loved it. good located, small room but clean, nice staff

The hotel was a fair deal between price, location and services, the only issue was that the room was located right behind the check in desk, and that was slightly uncomfortable and extremely noise in the morning because all the noise of the people coming in and out the Hotel made impossible to sleep.

There are much better 3 star hotels in Paris. It's right next to the Metro, but so are most of the other hotels. The rooms and bathroom are very very small. Hostile quality. The bathroom is on the gross side with no room to get ready. We actually left after the second night and got another hotel room. It should be a 2 star hotel not 3.

This small hotel was in a great location with good staff. We enjoyed our stay here and they were very helpful and good restaurants on the surrounding locations. We would stay there again.

I had not stayed in this area and whilst it was a little of hassle to get to; it was very convenient to trains and had a great cafe area next to it Rue De Garre i think it was called. it looked over a street that was very noisy but that is Paris I guess and the hotel staff were exceptional; great recommendations and help. I would recommend it.

Small clean room, with two twins pushed together to = a double. We were too tired to care and that sounds rather common.. Big, clean bathroom. True there is no shower curtain, but just aim the showerhead at the wall and you're fine. Friendly front desk service, no unexpected charges upon checkout. Super convenient to Denfert-Rochereau train station. […] Walked to Luxembourg Gardens from the hotel, even to the Eiffel Tower (convenient train rides back until late). The hotel is conveniently close to the Denfert-Rochereau subway station which goes right to the Charles DeGaulle airport. It was also convenient for walking to many sites--an hour walk to the Eiffel tower, or Notre Dame. Nice and clean. It was hot and noisy outside. This hotel is in a great location - away from the hustle and bustle of the Seine but a stone throw away from a Velib', metro and RER station giving you access to everything in minutes. The neighbourhood is very nice with café and local restaurants nearby... Location is great a minute from Metro, very friendly staff. Room was okay, a bit hot as there was no air conditioning but the main problem was the quality of the bed which was basically U shapped so my wife and I ended up rolling into the middle! Not a bad thing normally but she's 7 months pregnant!

great location, very helpful & friendly staff, on the main metro line 1/2 block from the hotel. Charming Parisian non touristy neighborhood with great outdoor produce, food, fish, cheeses market. Lots of good restaurants and coffees shops nearby.

Rooms were clean and acceptable. Good breakfast. Staff helpful but slow in making invoices. Walls are quite thin, the street is not noisy but you hear people in neighbouring rooms. Very nice area with pubs and restaurants.

Tarifs élevés compte tenu de la prestation d'accueil des voyageurs et du bruit extérieur de la rue

Situation exceptionnelle pour cet hôtel dont les tarfis restent tres correct! Quelques rafraîchissements à prévoir tout de même dans la salle de bain! Séjour et acceuil agréable.

Probablement un excellent hotel, mais il est impossible de fermer l'oeil dans les chambres au rez de chaussée!

Een heerlijk kleinschalig hotel met persoonlijke service, parkeren in garage mogelijk (wel reserveren). Zalige bedden en een prima ontbijt. Dichtbij de metro, heel snel in het centrum, maar ook vlakbij kan je lekker eten bij kleine restaurantjes die niet al te prijzig zijn. Klein maar fijn dus!

Personnel très accueillant. La chambre était bien décorée et propre. Situé à quelques pas du métro.

近くにスーパー、食べ物のダゲール小路、隣はピザ、RER駅から歩いても夜明るい。 バスとシャワーの切り替えがおかしい、明日直すと言いながら同じ、5日間の毎日がバスとシャワーが入れ替わっていた。わたしたちは、シャワー派とバス派だったので。 こういう対処の仕方もパリ流儀かとも思うが、以後10数日、どこの国、どのホテルでも無かったこてである。

hôtel situé dans une rue perpendiculaire de la rue du général Leclerc, ce qui limite le bruit ; décor raffiné et moderne de la chambre ; en revanche, grosse déception pour la salle de bain (manifestement pas refaite de fond en comble comme le reste de l'hôtel, très dommage) + pas de climatisation

Très bonne situation pour ce petit hotel fort sympathique.

Veldig hyggelig hotell med super beliggenhet. Metroen ligger rett i nærheten og med den tar det ikke mange minuttene til man er ved bla notre dame og louvre. Hyggelig betjening og koselig, men veldig små rom. Sengene var vel ikke av de mest komfortable, men alt i alt var dette et veldig bra valg av hotell.

Hôtel très bruyant, tout du moins pour les chambres donnant sur la rue Sophie Germain. Pas de Clim, et avec les petite chaleur de cette fin de mai 2011, obligé de dormir fenêtre ouverte et d’être réveillé par le doux concerto des livraisons à partir de 5h du matin. 交通便利,有免費wifi可用很不錯 服務人員很親切, 就是房間挺小的,不過其他都OK

attention, il existe 3 chambres au RDC qui sont quasiment dans la réception de l'hôtel. De son lit, on entend la réceptionniste taper sur son PC. C'est particulièrement désagréable et incompatible avec un niveau 3 étoiles. Pour le reste, c'est propre et bien situé.

chambre petite, moquette tachée, salle de bains minuscule, accès douche très étroit, petit déjeuner très cher, standing décevant pour un trois étoiles, mauvais rapport qualité/prix; il y a aussi bien dans le quartier pour moins cher

j y suis resté juste une nuit alors la chambre est ok pour un tres courtsejour, la chambre est soit trop petite ou mal ameneage car il y a peu peu d espace pour se deplacer .pour plus d une nuit ou pour un sejour d une semaine ce genre de chose deviendrais plutot derangeant.bon c paris et les chambres sont souvent pour ce type d hotels de cette taille […] reste qu a certains autres endroits j avais moin le sentiment d etre etouffé par le peu d espace Läs mer
