We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights during a visit for spring training. The hotel staff was great. The breakfast was above average. The room was very quiet.. Lots of shopping very close by. It was only about a 5 minute drive to Surprise Stadium

Our stay at your hotel in Arizona was wonderful, not only the comfort of the hotel, but the facilities for example (the small gym/ pool) and the friendliness of the staff and the other house guests was an experience that we will not forget. The staff is great. Rooms are clean and safe neighborhood. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were really nice. Overall this was a nice place to stay. However, I was expecting a little higher quality towels, linens for the price. However we went during spring training. Breakfast was good with alot of variety. Friendly staff made you feel welcomed.

Had no problems checking in. The surrounding area is nice and quiet and is centrally located near shopping areas. I was very comfortable.

I get to the hotel, then the clerk starts telling that I can't check in because I am not 21, when my license clearly says I'm 21. She then proceeded to give us our room and when we get up stairs it was not the room I paid for. After about 10 mins with the clerk I finally got the room I paid for. We get up stairs again and the was no REFRIGERATOR! I […] was very upset because they advertised one and I bought soda and things to put in there. Also I was woken up by loud truck noises due to the Moon Valley nursery right next door. Other than that it was a good night :) Läs mer

This was an affordable hotel with all the amenities one would need for a short stay. The breakfast was awesome. The location was great. Many nice restaurants within a 5 mile radius.

This was a very nice hotel. The laundry room was very clean and handy to use. The warm breakfast was very good. The room was very clean.

Turned out to be a cheap, clean and safe feeling hotel. GPS took us down Greaswood St which was really, really rough! Quality Inn is actually right off Bell Rd and location wasa fine, I really thought we wouldn't be able to stay there based on the road in...... Room was clean and quiet although the sheets had a few tears and the towels were pretty darn […] thin! But, all in all not a bad value, including breakfast. Läs mer

This hotel was nice for the price but we were upset to learn that we were there for three days and the pool and hot tub were out of service. Kids were disappointed that our three days there we couldn't enjoy the pool since that was an important thing to us. Construction noise was unpleasant and I was glad we brought our own pillows since their pillows […] were small and uncomfortable. The room was clean and comfortable though. Breakfast was ok. Läs mer

I stayed at this hotel a week and everything was great from the staff to the morning breakfast except for the bed. Very, very stiff. I contemplated going elsewhere but decided to stay. Decided to stay here at the last minute..other plans had fallen through. Nice hotel for a decent price. Included breakfast every morning. Waffels, eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, toast and the list goes on and on. Beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels and pillows. Pool area was fairly […] clean...my kids would have rathered an outdoor pool but this one worked just as well. Short commute to resturantes. Lots to do for the kids...short drive to Wildlife Zoo and Aquarium and Sedona was just over an hour from our hotel. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Läs mer

The staff was very friendly and our room was very comfortable. Not crazy about the pillows but overall real nice.

Keys did not work on checkin had to go down to the desk and wait another 20 minutes - with other guests who had the same issue. The hotel "ran out of pillows" when we asked for one for the pull out couch. The mattress on the pull out was so thin that the spring wires poked through- my daughter ended up folding it back up and sleeping with her legs dandling […] over the end of the couch. I must say the one thing that will make me never go back is that stupid window right in front of the jacuzzi that looks through to the breakfast room! What were you guys thinking?! My husband and I went for a little romantic get away and both have tired achey backs from work, kids etc. and so wanted to get in the hot tub! But we felt that everyone would […] be sitting there watching us while they ate the whole time! Like some sort of peep show! Baad bad idea! I will NEVER GO BACK. The beds hurt our backs, hard as rocks and we only got these tiny half size pillows. What the hell? The price was good but I guess that's why. Läs mer

Fist lobby door was left open it was cold this, other part of lobby the lights were off and felt uninvited. Indoor pool would have been nice but the window was broken and wind was blowing, no towels in room. Lobby restroom lights were out, not screwed in period. Hall on 3rd floor had an order. Room had no microwave, light burned out in room was at least […] 2. Breakfast was crowded, no fruit except very small apples, no room to make your plate or butter your toast. No tea or hot chocolate for warmth if you didn't like coffee. Eggs were old or overdone, OJ was good. I find the accommodations in the immediate Sun City West area to be much the same with none being outstanding. Overall, the Quality Inn and Suites is somewhat better than average. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast area is not particularly attractive, but the food is adequate. It is very well located if you are visiting Sun City West. […] I booked it over the other adjacent hotels, because it offered the best price. Läs mer

I guess some rooms are better than others in the same hotel. This room smelled. The first time, I had a room that smelled fresh and clean. But I love the location so I will return again.

The room was great for the price. I chose this hotel for the location, cost, and continental breakfast. The only disappointment of the stay was the breakfast. The was good variety, but the eggs and biscuits were not that good. But I would definitely choose this place again.

We were completely satisfied with our stay. Everything was as expected and met all our needs. Room was clean, bed was fine and it was reasonable quiet. The breakfast was very good and the dining area was clean and large enough to handle the customers. If you need a value place to spend the night, consider this one.

The priced paid for the room I could have gotten a better deal at a higher end lodging. The swimming pool is indoors and does not take advantage of the AZ Sun. The swimming pool was not pleasing.

This hotel was a great choice for the price...There is an indoor pool and hot tub which my kids wanted to stay at all the time. The pool area could have used better lighting in the evenings, but we had the place to ourselves and didn't mind it being dimmly lt. Nice hotel. I liked everything except the pillows. The pillows are extremely plush but that's a personal preference. I'd stay there again, though.

Great experience except, what's up with the tiny little pillows? These square, half-size pillow diminished what would have been a pretty good hotel experience.

Have stayed there twice....great place, nice staff.

Very nice newer hotel. Our room was actuially a suite. Not near city center, but for the price very good option. Desk clerks at checkin very courteous and helpful but a different clerk the next AM seemed unconcerned when I mentioned a few minor problems with the room. However they were corrected when we returned. Earlier reviews had us looking forward […] to the breakfast provided, but in reality it was about what you expect at this type of motel- adequate. Overall we found the Quality Inn very comfortable, we were only disappointed with two things, and one was our fault. We were hoping for an ourdoor pool, and should've looked a little bit harder at the info. Second, the complimentary breakfast was more than we could possibly eat, if only they would've had gravy to go with the bisquits, and sausage it […] would've been perfect. The hotel was excellent for our stay in Surprise. We especially appreciated the 24 hour reception desk since we checked in after midnight. The rate per night was affordable since we are on a limited income. The common areas were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice room in great condition. The complimentary breakfast is awesome.

This Quality Inn was a pleasant surprise. We were traveling in group of 6 and they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the service was outstanding. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

OVERALL GREAT ***NOT HAPPY THAT I WAS CHARGED $1.50 A DAY PLUS ALL THE TAXES, BECAUSE I USED THE SAFE IN THE ROOM "ONCE" DURING MY FOUR NIGHT STAY :-( CHARGED ME FOR ALL FOUR NIGHTS GREAT STAFF, VERY CLEAN HOTEL

We had 3 Senior Adults and a 4 year old. The room was good but we would have been more comfortable with a suite with something other than beds to sit on. All the staff was courtious and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
