det var inte det billigaste hotellet i Atlanta, men priset var festande.Rummen var stora och vackert inredda. SPA avdelningen bra. även om den stora poolen var för grund att simma i. Baren där man kunde äta gott och ta ett glas var så mysig att man inte ville lämna hotellet,Brunch buffen var den mäktigaste jag sett under hela min resande tid.Allt som allt var det 3 dygn i lyx och bekvämlighet

Fab place to stay at if you like customer service and nice design. Great experience - REALLY wonderful staff and lovely place! I will always look for indigo hotels from now on - but this one will be hard to beat!

"Best stop to catch an early flight!"
We generally stay here for catching early flights. The location is close to the airport and works well for us. The best part of this particular location, though, is their exceptional staff. The stay was short - late arrival, early departure. Only bad thing - the alarm clock did not work so we overslept. Couldn't have breakfast and had to really hustle to get to airport. Otherwise, the hotel and room were really nice for the price.Verifierad gästrecension

I loved my stay. especially the breakfast, the courteous service we received at the front desk was great. The knowledge of the city, sites and the where to go places were easily explained by every one. The rooms were very clean. Location was excellent for us. We will return again. "Terrible"
This place sucks. Front desk personnel were terrible. Checking in was a nightmare. Then, they checked somebody else into our room while we were gone. Luckily the person saw our bags and went straight back to desk. "Great place to stay"

Perfect location for taking the Atlanta Step 2 CS exam for medical board exams. Free shuttle will take you from the airport to the hotel and back, and the hotel is a 3 minute walk from the exam building. "PERFECT for USMLE Step 2 CS!"
I used this hotel because it was right near the testing center for USMLE Step 2 CS. I could not have had a more PERFECT hotel! The shuttle from the airport was convenient- the drivers fantastic. The staff when I checked in asked if I was here for "the test" and gave me all the information I needed about what time I should leave to walk, a small handout […] of pre-printed directions, the extra room where I could store my things (since the test was after I checked out) during the exam, etc. They were probably more prepared for my exam than I was! I did not like this hotel, kind of old and lower quality than other Country Inn & Suites that I've been. The TV in the room is the old tube type. Printer at the lobby did not work, the fitness room was bad, treadmill did not work, no remote for the TV, missing bulbs. Tiny lobby. I checked in late after a long day of travel and was very tired. I stopped at the coffee bar for a cup of tea but there were coffee grinds in the hot water dispenser so i told the front desk and went up to the room.The sheets on the bed were clean but the blankets smelled like feet. I let my daughters sleep in until 9:00 after checking the hotel services […] book to verify that breakfast was available until 10:00. When we got downstairs, the breakfast room was closed and we were told that breakfast was only available until 9:30. We grabbed some cereal bars and went back to the room. At 10:45 one of my daughters attempted to shower but there was no hot water. It was not even warm. By the time we got home that night and both girls had showered it was well after midnight on a school night. All I ask from a hotel is a clean bed, hot shower and breakfast as advertised. "Ok for a quick stop."
We have alway had good experiences with Country inns in the past. So I was very disapointed with this visit. The bathroom in our room was the main problem. There was mold in the shower caulking, hair in both the shower and all over the floor. The paint on. The door was all scratched up and a bad paint job that was all over the trim. The hallway approaching […] the room was dark,and smelly. The room doors were clearly newly painted but very poorly done. The refrigerator in the cabinet was not properly ventilated forcing us to leave the door open to allow it to work properly. The hotel was not worth the price, some of the employee's were courteous and they try to accommodate us. The Hyatt Place is truly a great hotel and the rooms are very nice. "Needs more renovations"
Though there have been renovations done to this hotel, there is still plenty left to do. The plumbing was loose in the wall of the shower and leaked as well. There was a very odd smell in the room that was not pleasing at all. "Nice stay"
I was in town for a sporting event downtown during a very busy weekend. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and very courteous. Rooms were clean and well maintained would definatly stay again. "A perfectly reasonable stay for the price"
For what I paid, I didn't expect anything more. Free cookies @ front desk, free coffee and cereal bars. The room was clean & included a mini fridge + microwave, large desk & chair. The toilet bowl rocked a bit and the AC had no remote (said the front desk) or temperature adjust switch that I could find so I just unplugged the whole unit when I got cold. […] Free local calls applies only to specific GA area codes. I appreciated the free printing downstairs. Breakfast was more varied than other low cost hotels I've been to, including a serving of (greasy) protein at each meal. Otherwise the standard coffee, tea, juice, cereal, pastry in addition to (fresh) fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal bars, toast, eggs, biscuits, and bacon/sausage/battered chicken (all of which I found particularly unpalatable due to how obviously greasy they were). The staff was pretty helpful (but not overly so) and the restaurant food was ok, good price, but again, greasy. I don't think there's much to do nearby and the scenery leaves much to be desired. Btw, there is no room safe!! Bottom line: If you're looking for a palacial oasis where maidservants rub your back and fan you with palm leaves, you're out of luck; if you need a place to overnight or spend a day or 2 and get a clean, comfy bed, a warm shower, a decent breakfast, wireless access with phone connectivity (call the tech support people) a free ride to and from the airport, for a low cost, this is the place. "Very Convenient"

Upon arrival there was a long line to check in due to canceled airline flights so a number of those I'm line we're not planning on staying. The lady at the desk was rude to many including myself. One gentalman was trying to explain something and she would not listen to him. She sent him out to his car for something that in the end he did not need and […] when she realized she did not need the item she sent him for, she became very sarcastic with him. The room was clean and the restaurant was good at dinner but the breakfast was poor and the hotel staffer was rushing everyone out. It was ok in a pinch but not what I am looking for when I travel. "Look elsewhere"
The front desk clerk was very rude to us during check-in as she was having trouble finding our reservation. She had a "care less" attitude and said there were no rooms even though I had a confirmation number. It turns out she had accidentally checked us in earlier that day before we arrived (an error on HER part) and yet treated us as if it was our […] fault she couldn't find the correct information. Once we were checked in and went up to our room, we found it to be a disappointment. The bathroom had hair not only on the bathroom floor and shower, but also on the "clean towels". The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable and the pillows seemed very worn out. The only positive to this place was that it was close to the airport which we were eager to get to after our stay here. It was very convenient for a quiick visit to Atlanta, the grill restaurant offers ok food choices for reasonable price. The breakfast was just perfect. The bathroom was quite outdated, but clean. I was a good deal for the price.Verifierad gästrecension
