Hotell Hotel Vitkov - Prag

Ett billigt, helt OK hotell om man som oss bara ska se på stan i några dagar. Priset ger klientelet. Det var lite högljutt ett tag men personalen lugnade ner de gästerna. Ett billigt övernattnings alternativ.

Om man bara ska titta på staden så är detta hotel mycket bra. Hotelet kunde erbjuda parkering för bil /mc i mån av plats i garage. Spårvagn fans att åka direkt utanför hotelet, det var mycket bekvämt.

Hotelet var bra och de som jobbade i receptionen försekte hjälpa oss byta rummet som var inte omtyckt från min son och vi fick bytta den.Frukosten var bra och personalen där hade bra bemöttande med kunder.Vi var nöjda med hotelet.

Prisvärt hotell, dock lite långt ifrån centrum men det finns spårvagnshållplats precis utanför.

Det var rent och snyggt. Frukosten var bra. Det låg nära en spårvagnsstation och det tar ca 10 min in till city. Det ligger jättegärna Vitkovmonumentet som ligger i en stor och fin park. Vi var supernöjda!

We were not very pleased with this hotel visit. The room was alright, abit dirty and spots on the carpet... well, the price was very good so thats not a problem. The problem for us was that the beds where horrible to sleep in! We had booked 2 rooms and the beds where the same in both rooms, one side of the double bed was hollow, and the other side was […] slanted.....not a good nights sleep. We mentioned this in the reception, they looked very surprised as if they never heard this before.. The funny thing was that as we were standing there, another couple made the same complained. We were pleased with the breakfast, lots of choices and lots of food. The location was alright, streetcars and buses right outside the hotel. Parking was expensive and hard to find, better to book in the hotel. So to conclude, we would not go back, cause a good nights sleep needs a decent bed. Good price though.... Läs mer

Rummet var rent och fräscht bortsett från golvet som var lite fläckigt. Praktiskt med separat toalettrum och duschrum. Frukosten var god och det fanns mycket att välja på. Smidigt och billigt att ta sig in till stadskärnan med spårvagn på ca 10 minuter. Enda minuset var att den luftkonditioneringen som fanns i rummet fugerade dåligt, det var extremt […] varmt när vi var i Prag och den lyckades inte sänka temperaturen i rummet så mycket som vi hade velat. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, we were given a suite of rooms when all we booked was a triple. Breakfast was included too

Good location and good price

The hotel was good. It took 15 mins by tram from the city center but the tram stop is right outside the hotel so it is really convenient. The rooms are clean although they should do something about the ventilation system in the toilets. We had to leave the windows open (we were on the second floor) when we went out to make sure that the room smelled […] fresh when got back. Breakfast is between 07-10 but they remove all food around 09:40. So one had to be early to get food at all. That was surprising. Me & my girlfriend stayed in this hotel during mid March 2012. We had a pleasant stay in Prague. Nice neighborhood, close to bus/tram station. They have very friendly and charming staff, good breakfast, nice restaurants around the hotel. I would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff, clean and tidy, comfortable bed, good showers, good location and easy parking, very good value for money.

HOTEL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. LOCAL TRANSPORT GREAT WITH TRAM AND BUS CLOSE BY FOR THE CITY CENTRE. MANY BARS AND RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT PARTS OF THE AREA LOOK A BIT RUN DOWN WITH A FEW GYPSY TYPE PEOPLE IN THE AREA,HOWEVER IF YOU CAN IGNORE THAT YOU WILL BE FINE AS PRAGUE IS ONLY A SHORT RIDE AWAY,ENJOY.

great hotel.

Comfortable rooms, quiet at night even though we had a window facing a busy street. Buffet breakfast just ok for a night or two. 30min walk from the center, but buses and trams stops just outside the hotel. Free Car parking on the street at the weekends just across the street from the main entrance. WiFi NOT free :/

Hi all, I can recommend you this hotel. Cheap,but very pleasant: really big rooms (about 25 m2), WC and bathrooms are separated (never seen at 3* hotel!) good bad and nice breakfast. It's a little bit far from centrum but with local taxi prices (about 6 Eur for target) it has no influence :)

Good clean comfortable rooms adequate for a sightseeing and relaxing trip. Breakfast adequate for the price and plenty of it. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite with good levels of spoken English. Unfortunately it was a bit too cold to see all the sights but would be better in warmer weather. Trams running through the night can be a little […] bit noisy in you have a front room but not an annoying level and the rooms have double gazing to counteract this. Would recommend this hotel. It is about a 30 minute walk to the town centre but buses and trams run every 5-10 minutes at a small cost. Läs mer

We payed less than some of the hostels wanted and it was simply great value for money. Would have been great even if we had payed more. Breakfast not that great but adequate enough. We specifically asked for a room looking to the back, so it was very quiet. Location - very convenient and quick with tram/bus to central train or bus stations and town […] centre. Excelent hotel, not in downtown but excelente rate. The recepcionist are very kind and helpful to explain all of our doubts. Easy to take the tram or bus to downtown

We checked out of the hotel we stayed in for our four day visit in Prague in the morning, but our flight was only at midnight. Because we wanted a place to rest for the day, I found this hotel when sorting by price. It's about 6 or 7 stops on the train from the hotel we stayed in, but that's not far at all -- it's the equivalent of five or even four […] stops on the New York subway. The hotel itself is very nice: clean, polite and helpful staff, great. If you're on a budget, this is definitely a good solution. We didn't spend a night, so I don't know what the train service / neighborhood looks like at night, though. Läs mer

Exactly what you paid for and a little bit more. Rooms were pretty much spotless inc the shower/bathroom. Staff were more friendly than half the people we spoke to on the street and breakfast was sufficient. Centre was a fair distance to walk so only did it once but public transport runs very often so 15 mins on tram which costs less than 1 pound suited […] us better. couple of people told us that the airport was a 2 hour mission on public transport and tried to offer a taxi service, for those travelling on a budget ... we managed it in less than 1 hour and quite enjoyed getting to grips with the local public transport system, even if we did go the wrong way a few times !! Although the exterior was not quite up to the par of the photograph, the interior was well kept, the staff were friendly, and we had a nice room with a beautiful view, which happened to include the dancing building. The hotel is located right on the bus and tram lines. It's not the lap of luxury by any means but the price is still a bargain as many hostels cost more. The staff are helpful and knowledgable, and the rooms are clean and comfortable (although some new carpets are badly needed). There's nothing to do in the immediate surrounding area but a tram stops right outside and will have you in the city centre in […] 10 minutes, while to actually rent a hotel in the city centre will cost a fortune. This was our second time to stay at Hotel Vitkov. The breakfast is included and very plentful. The buses and trams stop across the street and it is about a ten minute ride to the center of town. Good value for the money.

Meget billigt ophold, hvor kvaliteten overgik forventningerne. Utroligt venligt personale - specielt i receptionen, hvor kommunikationen på engelsk var nem og ubesværet. Der var flere gode små restauranter lige i nærheden af hotellet. Flot morgenbuffet. Eneste minus har været de dårlige parkeringsforhold omkring hotellet. Der er mulighed for at leje […] en garage plads (Hvis der er nogen ledige - for xx euro pr. døgn) - og ellers er det meget svært at finde ledige pladser i området. Läs mer

Notre séjour fut formidable et l'accueil à l'hotel excellent. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes, propres, le personnel sympathique. L'hotel est assez proche du centre en tram (9) ou bus (207). A améliorer : le petit dejeuner. Pour info, le soir, le resto chinois à coté de l'hotel est copieux et peu cher.

Un peu loin de la vieille ville, là où il y a le plus grand nombre de choses à faire, mais le tramway passe de chaque côté de l'hotel à 50m, une borne à billet ce trouve juste devant l'hôtel, il passe toutes les dix minutes et ça permet de voir autre chose que le centre touristique. Le point faible pour nous français(soyons chovin) c'est le resto et […] son petit déjeuné qui n'est pas du tout à la hauteur, même en prennant compte que c'est un pays different, avec ses habitudes. Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans cet hotel. La premiére nuit fut tellement horrible (ventilation qui fait un bruit affreux, comme si des traveaux avaient lieux dans notre chambre), que nous avons demandé à 5h du matin à changé de chambre. Nous en reparlons à 9h à la receptioniste du matin, qui a refusé ce changement. Nous avons demandé à voir le responsable, […] qui a accepté notre demande. Nous avons changé de chambre, pour une qui se situez au 3éme, une odeure dégout nous a accompagné pendant tout notre séjour. Nous avions demandé un lit unique, nous avons eu deux lits séparés. Les draps ne sont pas en coton, mais en lin trés réche. et c 'est juste un morceau de tissus posé sur le lit.Le bureau de notre chambre était sur le point de tombé, pas de telecommande pour regardez la tv. L'hotel fait aussi restaurant, attendez vous donc à avoir les restes de la veille du restaurant, pour le buffet du petit déjeuner!!! buffet avec peu de choix, qui revient constament, la charcuterie n'est pas bonne, il n'y a pas de choix dans le thé. Les serveuses ne sont pas aimables, et quand debarasse votre table alors que vous n avaez pas fini votre petit dej. le Wifi est payé; 2h=2eu, le parking 1jour= 10eu, alors que celui ci n est pas sécurisé. une ligne de tram (9) vous deposera au centre ville en 20min. la brasserie Polo, fait de trés bon repas pour pas cher, idem pour la pizzeria en bat et en haut de l'hotel. Helt okay hotel til overnatning. Tæt på bus og sporvogne til centrum, 15 min transporttid. Morgenmad ok. Receptionistens service og hjælpsomhed var helt i top.

O Hotel oferece um bom preço considerando a qualidade dos quartos, serviços e a localidade. O hotel não fica muito longe do centro e é perto de um ponto de tram (15min de tram até o centro). O serviço é bom, as atendentes e recepcionistas foram sempre muito úteis e gentis, nos ajudando sempre que preciso. De pontos ruins destacaria o cheiro de cigarro […] no quarto quanto chegamos e a organização do café da manhã. Apesar do café da manhã ser razoável, era muito desorganizado e barulhento. Läs mer

Hotel Vitkov ligger i passende afstand fra Prag centrum så er det positive sagt. Jeg vil ikke anbefale hotellet til familier med børn eller ikke rygere, da det er lovligt at ryge både på værelser og i restauranten. Vores påske blev for hotellets vedkommende delvis ødelagt af en flok meget larmende unge mennesker fra en tysk idrætsskole, som fik lov […] til at synge og drikke i restauranten som de havde lyst og senere det samme på gangene og værelserne uden hotellet gjorde noget - ej heller da en tydelig beruset leder fra idrætsskolen direkte virkede truende over for os, fordi vi bad dem om at tage hensyn til andre gæster. Det var tydeligt at hotel Vitkov ikke havde styr på antallet af gæster, da vi oplevede at løbe tør for brød til morgenmaden, endvidere var der den samme kedelige ost, pølse og total stenkogte æg hver morgen. Men Prag er dejlig og vi kommer igen - blot finder vi et andet hotel næste gang. Läs mer
