Good central location. Fresh, newly renovated and modern interiors. Service was polite but i hardly needed any help with anything so hard to judge. The continental breakfast was simple but high quality and the breakfastbroom has a pleasant atmosphere that feels more like a cafe than a hotel dining room. Wifi worked well but limited to 1 device. A nice touch that it was included in the rate (as was breakfast). I asked for a room on a higher floor and was put on 15, the top floor. Small windows, maybe because of the nature of the old building. Good modern tv, etc, with lots of channels. Spacious bathroom and decent shower (took a minute or 2 forbhotbwater to arrive). Comfortable bed and a practical desk with lots of power sockets. Have stayed in nine zero previously. I would rank them similarly with Ames posibly edging it though not everyone will like the minimalist style and approach.

There's really nothing to complain about; a very nice hotel. I've stayed here a couple of times and it has been consistently good, from the friendly front desk staff to the bed quality. Oh, the soap smells to much, but that's about it.

"Very noisy"

poorly rated... i stayed the night that the Marathon Bombers were chased in boston, and hence the room next door had their TV blasting news feeds until 5am....i complained to the front desk, they merely said deal with it... i could not sleep the whole night and did miserably at my meeting the next day...never againVerifierad gästrecension

"Extremely Helpful Staff"

My review would've been higher had it not taken housekeeping so long to change my smelly shower curtain. Other than that it was A pretty nice stay for almost a month. I would stay again. Hotel was excellent, especially for the rate, a true 3 or 3+ Star Hotel at a 2 Star Rate, free parking, comfortable room, bed, good shower and HD TV with many HD channels. Don't visit family often in Boston as it's so expensive. But this was a great deal. I was very dissappointed with my stay at the Hilton/Boston Dedham. I arrived hoping to spend a nice quiet and restful weekend with my husband but unfortunately that did not happen. I was awaken at night with noise, yelling and conversation that I could hear from the room next to me. "February 16 trip to Dedham MA"
