The so-called continental breakfast was less than desired. Not a whole lot to choose from and very small area to even sit. Had to take stuff back to our room to eat. Otherwise the staff was very friendly & accommodating to our needs. Room was clean and hotel was located in a good area close to shopping & restaurants. "Convenient location"
We have stayed at this motel many times when we come to town. It was always clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful. This time we had a problem with smoke. We reserved two non-smoking rooms but they smelled of smoke so bad, we had to change rooms. Unforturtuately, they only had one room available. "Great value, maintained & equipped but not plush"
Our 3 night stay was a great value for the money. It was close to Culvers, Subway, McDs, Wendys, Walmart, and a nice walking trail. The indoor pool, hottub, exercise equipment, and breakfast room were clean, convenient,maintained and enjoyable but not plush. Our room was decent sized and well equiped with refrig, microwave, table, chairs, flat tv, newer […] thru wall hvac, iron & iron board, blow dryer, cofee machine, etc. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. "day sleepers nightmare"

"easy on / off the interstate"

"Shower not cleaned, Bathroom gross!"
As I was getting into the shower, I noticed that there was a used broken hotel soap, a ring left from a shampoo bottle and a hair left from the previous guests. So... pretty sure the shower had NOT been cleaned at all! The sink was backing up and had a terrible smell and there were black mold spots in the grout in the floor. "Safe Stay"
As a women when I travel alone for work I am always afraid to stay at hotels I am unfamiliar with. But this hotel had a good location and plenty of parking close to the front door. "There are probably better options"
The staff was friendly enough and the bed was pretty comfortable. I didn't eat any of the breakfast but walked by and it looked decent. Standard coffee, pastries, cereal, etc. The two biggest gripes were that the chairs were horribly stained (which made me question the cleanliness of everything else) and the bathroom wreaked of cigarette smoke--even […] though our room was supposed to be non-smoking. Maybe the place just has bad ventilation and it was coming from another room? The rate was reasonable so my expectations weren't off the chart going in so I guess you get what you pay for a little bit (too bad I had already booked as upon driving up the hotel across the street was advertising rooms for 1/3 less on their marquee). "Friendly staff"

I spent three (3) nights there and the first night, the room had a damp, musty smell that wasn't pleasant at all. This mysteriously disappeared the next two (2) days. The breakfast was pure sugar/carbs with very little fruit and no meat; there as an old, tube TV in the breakfast room. The staff was stingy with the bath soap and towels. "A motel with potential"
The motel is conveniently located off I-29. Nummerous fast food restaurents nearby. The motel had a nice indoor pool. The breakfast offered with the room was good. The motel and room appeared clean. However, I would not recommend this motel as the carpet in our room had a strong stale cigarette smell. I believe the carpet needed to be shampooed and […] that would eliminate the smell. "Great customer service"
When I arrived, my door wouldn't lock. They tried to find a room, but all were booked. The next morning, the management and housekeeping staff came to my rescue and gave me a nice upgrade to another room. I do recommend this hotel. The staff is very nice and eager to help you. "One night stand..."
We do frequent short (one night) stays in different locations while we trave via motorcycle. So when we stop for the night we are always looking for cleanliness, comfort, and competent staff. To those that build/design hotel rooms...please, please, please come up with something that will prevent room doors from slamming shut. Room guests aren't considerate of others and let doors shut on own, even at 1140pm. How about a rubber strip down the side of door?? Brandi is very professional. I have nothing bad to say about this place. people are friendly the price is right, close to walmart, rooms are comfortable and very clean, breakfast is very good and so is the coffee, indoor pool and hot tub.
