Hotellet var bra och hade trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Inuti hotellet var det enda negativa att det stod en illaluktande soptunna i samma rum som ismaskinen. Hotellet är centralt beläget men trots det saknar området intressanta saker att göra. Det finns barer och restauranger men inte så mycket mer.

Jättebra och fräscha rum med ett litet kök/pentry. Det var inga problem att få in en extrasäng och man kunde sova 3 personer i rummet utan problem. Mycket god frukost som ingick i priset. Mycket trevlig personal och bra allmänna utrymmen med soffor. Ligger en Starbucks i samma byggnad. Mycket nära till 6th Street där alla barer finns.

Bra läge, typisk amerikansk frukost dock ett plus att de hade yoghurt. Bra service, internet funkade, men inte så var det supersnabbt. Fula färger på rummet. Men för priset var detta mycket bra. Klart värt.

Fint rum med GIGANTISKA kuddar och bekväm säng. Städningen var perfekt och hotellet fint. Frukosten var bra, men inte mästerlig, hade väntat mig mer av ett sheraton. Övriga maten som serverades var också god. Underbar uteterass och fina inne och utepoolområden att slappna av vid. Hotellet var perfekt placerat intill Red River där många musikbarer med lite vuxnare klientell (inte collegebarer) ligger, sixth street (partymecka) låg också på tio minuters gångavstånd och likaså Capitol. Ett hotell jag med glädje rekommenderar och skulle bo på igen!

"Pets are allowed but can be unsupervised"
We were given the room closest to the front desk which means EVERYONE walks noisily past. We asked for a room change before we even went in our room and were told we could not change. I know for a fact the hotel was not full so there was no reason to deny our request. Pets are allowed at this hotel but every other hotel I have stayed at requires pets […] to be accompanied at all times. This hotel does not. A large dog was barking until 2am. "Can't get enough complimentary coffee!"
Very helpful staff, clean rooms, close proximity to everywhere we wanted to visit but far enough away from busy locations to have some peace and quiet. The hotel is pretty clean and the breakfast was great. However, the room is far too small for a group of 4 and over. For the price, I was expecting a bigger room. If you've never been in Austin, I should tell you the hotel is around 20 minutes away from the city center, so it is a far drive. Pool and staff were great and friendly. "Hampton Inn Review"
Overall, the hotel was very nice. The room was organized and clean, had a nice TV, refrigerator, and controllable heat and air conditioning. The bed was so comfortable it was the best I'd slept in weeks. There was even complimentary breakfast every morning from 6:00 to 10:00 am. "Good Hotel"
We had a good stay here for three nights. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Room was clean. Quiet. Nice people. Great bed. Free Wi-Fi. Free coffee and USA Today. "Great location - a few things needed improvement"
Great location; the price was right; friendly and helpful reception at front desk. Several annoying factors in the room: A/C fan was noisy (recurring squeal); closet door would not open or close properly; a used washcloth had been left on the shower rod. "miserable sleeping"
Everything was wonderful but the bed. The mattress was hard as a rock. This was the kind of bed one would find at hunting camp. I have had better nights sleep backpacking. "A hotel for all seasons"
The hotel has a very nice lobby, with plenty of coaches and tables as well as a computer that can be used for printing boarding passes. Rooms are nice and well maintained. We can strongly recommend those with a king size bed as they have enough space for a sofa that's ideal for curling up with a good book or simply watching TV. We were very pleased with the comfort, layout, condition, and cleanliness of our room. Breakfast was great, the dining area was spacious and comfortable, and there was a lot to choose from. This is a wonderfully run hotel. Each one of the different staff that I encountered were professional and kind. The front desk staff were terrific.. especially Rose and I think her name was Amanda... we stayed for 5 days and then went to SA for and over night and then back to this same hotel for another two nites.We were tired when we arrived back and […] we were treated like family including cookies in our room . Certainly we will stay there again.. only negative is a hot tub would have been great at the end of a long day but this site does not have one... maybe they might install one some day like their other hotels. "Close to training class location"
Cleaniness of the room/hotal was great! Service and hotel amenities were also great! Very good breakfast! Super comfortable beds and pillows! The hotel was right across the highway from our training center. Our first night the A/C would not stay at the set temperature. However, the second night it worked fine. "Very good hotel in an excellent location"
The hotel offers an excellent location, a very friendly and helpful staff, well kept and comfortable rooms, and is pet friendly (no additional fees). On the downside, the wifi was substandard and weekday rates are a little pricey for the brand.Verifierad gästrecension

"Great hotel for peace and quiet."
I thought it was an overall great hotel. My bed was a little squeaky, but that wasn't enough to make me rate the hotel poorly. I brought my dog with me and there was plenty of space for him to do "his business" worry free. I also thought that the hot breakfast was awesome, bacon one morning, sausage the next, waffles, fruit cereal...it was downright […] a wonderful experience. "Best part of Austin!"
We love the Hampton Arboretum! It is near restaurants, highways, shopping and family. The decor is lovely, the rooms comfortable and attractive and the breakfast first rate. Coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours a day, internet in the lobby and the rooms, fitness center and small but nice pool.
