Jätte fina rum med ute plats, skön säng och många tv kanaler även soffa och skrivbord. Vi vart glatt överraskade när vi kom över hur trevligt hela stället var. Vi fick även kvällsmat (mån-tors). Ca 10 min biltur med mycket trafik till America airline center. Enda negativa var att det var lite svårt att hitta restaurang på gång avstånd. Men det rekommenderas att bo här!

"Close to the Cowboys"
Overall, the stay was ok. Positives: Clean room, I like the apartment feel, and breakfast was great. Negitives: Bed was not comfortable, loud hotel, and was expecting a hot tub which was pictured in advertising. Hot tub was not there. So the overall stay was just ok. All good save the toilet stopped up. They gave my wife a plunger and told her to unstop it. THen later came back and said there was a misunderstanding and offered to take care of it and clean up the mess. "Ask about maintenance!"
This hotel scheduled a sprinkler test the Wednesday morning of Spring Break. We were woken up at 8:15, and then had to list to alarms going off for almost two hours. How about a little better planning??? "Would stay again"
Our family (including a 3 year old and 2 year old) stayed for two nights, and would stay again. We found our room to be very clean, with everything we needed. "Friendly Staff, Some small issues"
We arrived late so I called ahead to make sure that they kept our reservation, which they did. As well as keeping our room preference (near the elevator) on a holiday weekend. My oldest wanted to watch a little TV after we got in and we found that once we turned on the TV in the living area that we could turn it off or turn the volume down (tried both […] remotes and the buttons on the TV itself to no avail). I went to the lobby and the person at the desk was very apologetic and offered another remote and told me that if that didn't work that I should just unplug it and they'd have somebody look at it the next day. They did but we never actually watched TV the rest of our stay so I don't honestly know if they fixed it. They were older (and smaller) tube TV's when compared to some of the big flat screens at the newer hotels, but it wasn't really an issue for us. When I went to the lobby to report the issue with the TV I took the second key card with me and as it turns out it wasn't properly activated. So I couldn't get into the building where my room was and had to walk back to the lobby to get my key card reactivated. Again the person at the desk was very apologetic and quickly resolved the issue, but it was another annoyance after a long day of driving. The air conditioner stopped cooling the room on the second day. I called the front desk and they sent someone over right away to look into the issue. We left for the day shortly afterwards so I don't know how long it took to fix, but the room was cool when we returned. The spa was not functional any of the 4 days that we were there, but the outdoor pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed it. Although my youngest left her goggles down there on the first day and they were not turned in to lost and found. Not really the hotels fault, unless they were thrown away or misplaced by the hotel staff, but I suppose we'll never know. A lesson learned for my child. We had gotten a two bedroom suite which was ideal for us as a family of five. The living space was roomy and was very comfortable, one room was extremely cool which I loved but my wife was cold. Upon arriving we noticed that the toilet paper roll holder was broken on one side and after we put it in plain sight of the housekeeping crew and returned the next day it still was not fixed. I have stayed Marriott's in the pass including this one but this time I wasn't pleased. It's been a few years but it seems their quality has falling off. Great Hotel, nice and friendly staff. Loved the Free Breakfast Buffet, kids enjoyed it and ate like crazy. The rooms were nice. Loved the kitchen in our room helped with keeping drinks cold. The bed was very hard but overall the stay was great. Loved the Trolley to take us wherever we needed to go so saved money on parking in Six Flags and The Ballpark. This hotel was super. The room and facilities were super clean. I was traveling with 3 children and it felt very safe for them to go out alone. The breakfast was very extensive in choices.
