Hotellet känns gammalt och nedgånget, inget jag skulle rekommendera. Läget är helt okej dock.

Jättetrevlig personal som var hjälpsamma och engagerade. Skötte servicen bra. Dock dåligt att endast fanns Wifi i lobbyn och lobbyn var alltid ockuperad av personer med laptops.

Helt OK med tanke på priset. 44 våningar så försök att få högt läge. Utsikten var kanon men det finns närmare läge till beachen för ungefär samma pris. INget att klaga på men heller inget som sticker ut.

Äldre men funktionell standard. Saknade fåtölj på rummet samt så var det lyhört. Personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga. Väldigt bra läge på hotellet.

The extra cost for a room with ocean view are well spent money (stayed in a room on 27th floor). The interior was old but the room was clean. All attractions in Waikiki within walking distance.

Jättenära till cenrum och till stranden. Inte direkt hilton då inredningen inte är toppmodern. Men helt klart prisvärt! :) Servicen var toppen och vi har egentligen ingenting att klaga på. Vi rekommenderar!

- Hade önskat dubbelsäng - fick två enkelsängar. Hårda sängar. TVn på rummet (som för övrigt var väldigt liten) fungerade inte, fick den utbytt, den nya tvn slutade fungera. Snorkig personal i receptionen, inte särskilt service-minded. Internet i rummet kom med en avgift vilket inte framgick på hotels.com. + Väldigt bra utsikt!

The rooms were quite small but I wasn't looking for a suite either. We had a nice city view and the hotel was close to all the shops and most importantly, the beach. Perhaps I wasn't asking for too much because it wasn't a vacation for me. I had to tend to a very serious matter so the hotel was perfect for my needs: a bed to sleep in, nothing more. […] If I do go back on vacation with my kids, I will find a hotel closer to the beach with bigger rooms and wi-fi. Housekeeping was good and room was clean. Approx 12 blocks from action.No table in room to eat, no micro, coffee extra daily $ 1. Beds are very uncomfortable, springs hit you in the bud and back, you can feel it at night. The only irritant was the hotel charges $18/day for parking - that standard rate for public parking in their garage. Shouldn't there be a reduction for guest?

We've stayed at the Maile for years and they did a great job, as always. This is the best value in Waikiki and the staff work hard to make your stay pleasant. It's a little old and worn but they're trying VERY hard. And the $200/day you save on the room buys a lot of Hawaiian fun!

Is a 2 star hotel at the most. Old, in need of a remodeling. Room smells, carpet needs to be replaced, bathroom sink is in very poor condition: old, cracked and looks dirty. Floor lobby and corridor dark and cheap. Very dissatisfied that Hotels.com rated it at 3+ it is not.

This Hotel is centrally located to Waikiki and the area attractions. Check in went smoothly and Housekeeping and security were adequate. It is not on the Beach but is close enough. Our room was up high (20+ floors) but with the window open the sounds of the city were quite loud. We rented a car and visited many areas and attractions of the island using […] the hotel as a base. hotel room very small we requested wheelchair access room with roll in shower . bathroom large enough but not up to grade clean wise but bedroom very small cant turn wheelchair around without moving things around

My reservation shows that the rooms are for 3 but to do that you have to ask for a rollover for $25/nt which makes the room fully occupied space-wise. Everything else was good.

For a cheap hotel I can`t fault it , the cheap room`s are very small and room`s on the sixth floor are to close to the pool but the house keeping is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great and anything you need is very close. I would stay here again but I would pay more for a better room.

A tiny room with no frills comes with clean crisp sheets, a bathroom with a fan, strong cooling air con and a window that opens, a tv with lots of channels and fabulous staff. Carpets in room are worn so no guilt treading in sand from the beach 2 blocks away. A coffee machine, free wifi in the lobby, and a fridge in the room makes for a wise choice […] for budget minded people. Would not go there for honeymooning nor with a romantic partner nor with children ( too tiny and in dire need if an upgrade ) but for singles and mother and daughter in my case it was very good. We were looking for a cheap hotel and that's what we got. But it was clean, quiet and in a great location, a short block from Kalakaua Boulevard and great restaurants. The beach was a good long walk, but no complaints.

This hotel is rather dated. I felt I was in a highway motel. Kinda worn out and shabby. The gal that checked me in though was A-1 tops in friendliness and professionalism. Had a nice partial view of the ocean. It definitely needs to be updated. It is way down the track of the main beat of Kuhio but the neighborhood is quiet. Probably won't stay there […] again. Room was small but comfortable. Room clean but carpet kind of worn. Kenneth the front desk- bell hop was top notch!!! Kenneth greeted us everytime we saws him and he made us feel very very welcome. We would stay at the hotel again just to receive his great service.

The staff was very nice. The location is great. This is not a luxury resort - but they never claim to be. If you're looking for the fanciest place to stay, find somewhere that charges $1,000/night and you should be satisfied. I can't stand when people pay rock bottom prices and expect top notch locations. This hotel is in line with the price point - […] actually, probably better! This is a very comfortable, clean and convenient hotel. We got our room for a very reasonable rate and I think it was a bargain compared to what other hotels in the area were charging. I actually think it was a steal and they could have charged more. It's so easy to get around from here, and is on the bus line for trips to other parts of the island. The bathroom is too small. For the price I paid compared to the place where I stayed in Maui I think I got a good deal in Maui.
