Hotellet ligger bra till nära Dundas square, Toronto´s motsvarighet till New York´s Time´s square. Rummet var relativt nyrenoverat, typ designhotell, men vi saknade något att hänga upp handdukarna på, dessutom var skjutdörren till WC otät och hade trasig glidskena som gnisslade mycket vid användning. Över förväntan! Toppen!

Vi blev uppgraderade till en liten svit, som dock innehöll en queen-size-säng istället för de två enkelsängar vi bokat. Sängen var dock skön att sova i. Badrumsdörren av frostat glas gick inte att stänga ordentligt utan gled hela tiden upp lite grann. Det fanns heller inga krokar för handdukar och badlakan i badrummet. Det blev också väldigt blött på […] golvet då man duschade. Airconditionburken satt alldeles bredvid örat på den som sov på den sidan sängen och gick inte att använda. Annars var det bra!! We were upgraded to a small suite, which however contained a queen-size bed instead of two single beds we booked. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom door of frosted glass did not close properly, but slipped all the time up a bit. There was also no hooks for towels and bath towels in the bathroom. It was also very wet on the floor when you had showered. Air conditioning was placed right next to the ear of the one who slept on this side of the bed and could not be used. Otherwise it was great! Extremely good location, just by Dundas Square where everything happens and Younge Street, the world's longest street. Entire hotel newly renovated so it felt like we were the first guests there. We weren't too disturbed by the street outside since our window faced a parking lot. It was no problem for us to check in quite late in the evening. Very […] nice service by the concierge who arranged trips to Niagara Falls. Parking available att supervised hotel garage just across the street for 15 CAD/night. Wifi available on hourly or daily fee, like 10 CAD/day or something. Negative: No hotel restaurant, you had to buy your breakfast at a built in café for 5 CAD/person which consisted of a sandwich and a cup of coffee. Loved our stay at the Bond Place...wasn;t sure where exactly it was located but ended up being very central and close to everything within walking distance of all our needs for the most part. The room was fantastic, never had a room layout quite so unique with the one qu/double in a room off the main room which had two single beds... it was perfect […] for a family of 4. Design was contemporary and compact, which we loved. Price was reasonable and staff we met were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Läs mer

I would not recommend this hotel if you actually plan on using it to sleep. That is unless you bring some elephant tranquilizers or are just that heavy of a sleeper. The bar out front had people outside our window screaming until 4am and the constant sound of cars honking and ambulance sirens. Ive stayed in a hotel just down the street from this one […] (with a room facing the street) and had no such complaints. I know not to expect complete silence during a hotel stay, but this was just rudiculius. They could not change our room because they were apparently all booked and offered no consolation for our terrible stay. The room was nice, though on the small side, and clean. I stayed here to write a final paper that was due the next day at 10:AM. Ironically - even though it was the only time I've not used a hotel to sleep, and the neighbourhood is prone to noise - this was probably the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. The TV and bed looked looked awesome...I stayed at the little window desk all night. Worked out great […] and I liked seeing the city scape right out the window. ti stayed 6 nights (25 to 35 years old ), he room ,, was as excepted . the cleaning lady are efficient and discret .the only annoying thinks is as always the others clients , that do not care about slamming the doors at some 3 am , with a plastic alcool drink in the corridor . in resume , the place the staff are more than ok , but the population in […] it , they just don t care as soon as they pay . respect and kindness looks like out of this world . Quiet and comfortable, free internet, great if you do not plan to spend much time in the room, perfect for sleeping. If you plan on watching TV, it only gets about five channels.

I would stay again but I would ask for a room that is higher up. The window did not block out truck noise and street cleaner noise.

The Bond Place Hotel has one of the best possible locations you could ask for in Toronto. Within 5 minutes of walking, you have theaters, subway station, major mall, loads of food and shopping options and much, much more. The hotel itself may not look appealing on the outside, but do not be fooled, it's what's on the inside that counts. Clean lobby, […] reliable elevators, friendly staff, super-quick check-in and check-out. There is a fee for the Internet in your room, but there are 2 computers in the lobby that you can use for free (they are always occupied). The only downside to this hotel is that just east of it, the area gets a little rougher, with a significant increase in drunks, homeless people and panhandlers. Stay west of the hotel and you will not be disappointed in your stay at the Bond Place Hotel. Läs mer

This thing was the location of the air condition in the room. It was really close to the bed which means you will be freezing or melting :D The weather was nice, so we opened the window, but if I was there in the summer, I'm sure it would be a serious problem. Other than that, I like this hotel.

Family of four looking for an affordable hotel near downtown for a weekend stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of amenities but we weren't looking for them. For the price it couldn't be beat.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at your hotel. I will definately be back.

Hotel recently decorated, modern decor. Close to the Eaton Centre and Dundas Square. Airport Express Bus stops right outside. Staff very helpful and would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, 3 minutes from the Eaton Centre and subway station. New-ish boutique-style hotel furnishings - nice and fresh looking, very clean, staff friendly and efficient. Did not get to try gym or restaurant. The only gripe I have is that they did not seem to have enough newspapers for hotel guests.

The Bond Place was the perfect location for us. It was close to the subway, shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. And we would tell our friends as well. Thanks, Karen

Obviously an older hotel which has been renovated. Pleasant room with two very comfortable twin beds, the only issue was the air conditioner vent was at bed level. I was in that bed and it made it cold for me when it was on. Location was awesome, you can see the younge/dundas square from the main lobby and the price was right. I stayed at the Bond Place Hotel for four nights. Check-in was pleasant and quick. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it's very minimalistic in a clean and updated way. They have three elevators and they all worked, and the wait times were usually not that long at all. The room was very small, but efficient for just sleeping and showering. I liked the […] hardwood floors and the marble shower-tub. The bathroom is tiny, but the shelving comes in handy... as there is a lot of room to put your "stuff". It's also a very clean bathroom. No weird, dark mildew in the grout! The only negative of the bathroom was the water pressure. It took quite a while for my hair to get wet, and rinsing suds out took even longer. All in all, it did the job, even if time consuming. The heating worked great, and quick. The rooms were quiet, and you didn't hear any noise from the rooms next door - unless someone was out in the hallway. One more downside: Wifi is not free in the rooms. It's $8.95/day. Wifi is not available in the lobby either. You have the option to use their own computers, though (which are two, nice Mac computers), but it's not in a business center. It's right there in the lobby. The location is excellent. You're about a block away from the Eaton Centre, which houses a subway station (that gets you pretty much everywhere), a giant mall, Starbucks, AMC, and any other "commercial" type of commodity you're looking for. I always seek to be close to a subway or metro stop, and Bond is perfect for this. There's also a bus/lightrail stop just the opposite way. The location is walking distance to many places, such as the CN Tower, St. Lawrence Market, Yonge St., Hockey Hall of Fame, Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), Chinatown, and many other highlights. I'd say the walk to the CN Tower is about 10 minutes, and around 30 minutes to St. Lawrence Market. There is also the option of taking public transportation to most of these spots. i went on my spring break from college, the hotel was in such a great location, we got to walk around and see everything without driving super far or using taxies which was very nice. all the hotel staff was very pleasant and helping which i enjoyed. the one thing i didnt really like was the fact that the bathroom was practically in the room, so if […] you are traveling with someone you aren't very close and open with I wouldn't stay here. but overall i would come back any time!! The hotel was clean and newly renovated (since my last stay in 2009) It is in a perfect location, right by three different subway stations. It was very secure and comfortable. I would gladly stay here again. Only downside is the charge for internet. Although there were two free imac terminals in the lobby for use.

This is a clean, efficient and well situated hotel at a reasonable rate. We liked it !

Room was clean bright and comfortable, but I was put in a room on the 17th floor right outside the elevators and got woken up all night by loud shouting and carrying on by other drunken guests. There was no hot water in the morning (11:30am) and I ended up having to take a freezing cold shower. Check in and out was quick and friendly.

I definitely had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very tidy and I loved the modern look of everything. The staff was great as well, always making sure we were comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Based on your budget this might be a wonderful hotel. It's a bit less expensive but that said you get what you pay for. The hotel was under a bit of a reno so perhaps when it is complete it will rate higher on my list.

Small but very clean room. Hotel personel were very accomodating and the concierge, Kate, was more than helpful. The coffee shop was under renovation but there is an excellent restuarant for breakfast, lunch, The Senator, just down Dundas St. It happens to be the oldest restuarant in Toronto and everything was fresh, omega 3 eggs, homemade jam, and […] very good everything! The hotel was OK, quite clean, room was very small. But the street noise was quite bad, though to be fair, it was St. Patricks Day and there was a lot of partying going on. We were on the 4th floor, maybe if you were higher up it would be quieter.

Staff not too friendly.

Great place, very clean, afordable. Perfect for a shoping trip in TO.

They deducted additional $35 from my card with out giving any details. After calling several times the explanation I got was there was some missing hair dryer... Which I don't even know it was there in that room as I never checked .... Be careful if your staying in this hotel.
