Clean and big room with a very nice breakfast buffet. Booked it mostly because it was close to the railway station. Walking distance to almost anything in Duesseldorf.

Litet enkelrum. Inte ens ställ för resväska. Kylskåpet fungerade ej. Kaffebryggaren var trasig. Trots påpekande av trasig bryggare byttes denna ej ut under 2 dagar.

Det var lätt att hitta från centralstationen och sedan inte långt till shoppingstråken. Vänlig personal, vi fick låna ett paraply när det regnade. Frukost till klockan 12 på helgen. När vi kom hem efter en dag på stan så var rummet fint städat förutom att överkastet låg i en hög på golvet. Det var dyrt med WiFi och frukost.

Helt okej läge, trevlig personal och rent och snyggt. Men rummen var otroligt små, och det var dyrt att köpa till både frukost och internet.

Bodde där tre nätter i början av november. Läget på hotellet är bra, bara några minuter från Hauptbahnhof och 5-10 min promenad till bra shopping och Altstadt. Bodde i en av sviterna och hade utgång till terass. Bra sängar. Suberb frukostbuffé! Ska jag till Düsseldorf igen kan jag absolut tänka mig bo på samma hotell igen.

Trevligt hotell av medelgod standard med bra läge - gågnavstånd till tågstation och centrum. Trevlig personal. Bra och fräsch frukostbuffe. rummen någto för varma, ingen större effekt av luftkonditioneringen. Mycket prisvärt.

Hotellet var mycket bra, små men frächa rum, rent och snyggt i duchen. minus med helteckningsmatta på rummet och i korridorer. Otrolig fin frukost, där fanns allt t o m våfflor och pannkakor. Läget på hotellet var bra, promenadavstånd till tågstationen och city. Kommer jag tillbaka till Dusseldorf blir det samma hotell.

The best with the hotel was its location only. Condition did not work at all. Very hot in the room. Unbelievably expensive breakfasts and mini bar. Mediocre cleaning. Very high price for such services.

We only stayed here one night, however we were extremely impressed by our room. It was huge! The shower and bath was amazing as well. Massive! I think we got the family room. One thing I would fault is that the duvets for the beds are a little short, especially for taller people. I'd include some extra blankets in a cupboard next time, just to accomodate […] those of use that have feet sticking out the bed. Overally though, this hotel is really, really impressive! The hotel is also within 200m of the main train station. Therefore there's plenty of restaurants etc in the surrounding area. Läs mer

The hotel is pretty shop worn. The heating system is radiators which take a long time to heat up the room. Breakfast was quite good though.

I asked for a lower floor room, but was allocated the 6th(top) floor. Very good location if arriving by train, and well insulated from traffic noise. Very expensive bar prices - over 4 Euros for a small beer.

Good location in the city center, away but not far from the train station of Duesseldorf. Except that breakfast charge of EUR22/pax is on the high side. Room is perfectly clean, but without air conditioner functioning properly in the summer this could be a tough choice for those who likes a cold feel.

This is a nice, clean, basic hotel close to the railway station, but also within walking distance of some of the city's attractions. The room was small, but efficiently designed and was ok value for money. My only disappointment was in the service. I think the hotel had their "C-team" on duty most of the time. Minor annoyances, but they add up: 1. […] On check-in, I asked the clerk if there were any bicycle rental places in the city. He said "No, there aren't." This was patently incorrect: a subsequent quick check of the internet showed that there is at least one bike shop that rents, and also there are stands of public bikes to rent in various locations in the city. The clerk should have said "I don't know, I will ask for you and let you know." 2. The same clerk had to scrounge to find one basic city map hand-out to give me. 3. When I arrived at the room, I realized that I didn't have any wi-fi code. I called down to the desk to ask and this time another clerk told me that I had to follow the log-in instructions on the screen. When I asked her if I could put the charge on my hotel account, she said "I need a signature". I said, "Ok", I can give you one, can I please have the code? She repeated "I need a signature", without either offering to bring up the form to the room or ask me to come down to the desk. This was rude. 4. The coffee maker didn't work. 5. The bedside light was burned out. Surely the hotel has maintenance people who check these things out? Läs mer

first they gave us a wrong room; instead of a room with single double bed they gave us one with two single beds. when i told them this was not what we had paid for they scrambled to give us another one but the room was not very appealing so we ended up staying in the first room. the rooms are stuffy a bit and the hallways have this strange carpet. in […] retrospect i thought we could do much better in the nearby hotels for the same price. one good thing: the water pressure is amazing! The hotel was in a convenient location to the trains and to the old town of Dusseldorf. The breakfast is very expensive at 22 Euro so I ate out at a German Bakery instead.

I got upgraded to the apartmenthaus part of the hotel, so I can't speak to the "regular" rooms. The apartmenthaus I got was basically an apt-- and it was amazing. Brand new everything, great layout, beautiful furniture, extremely clean, a separate upstairs working area / living room. If you get this part of the hotel, I would highly recommend it. The […] only bad thing-- and this might be a deal breaker for many people, was that I saw a mouse in the hotel restaurant. We stayed in Dusseldorf for two nights before Christmas. The hotel is in a good location for the shops and restaurants. The room was fine, a little on the small side, but clean and comfortable given that we didn't stay in it much. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival I was met by nice friendly smiling staff, The same was on my departure. The Hotel is in a persfect situation to access all of Düsseldorf. Modern flat screen tv of good size in the room. If anything I had an unattractive view - but then I didnt go there to sit and stare out of the window!

I spent almost 3 weeks in Germany and Dusseldorf was the last stop of almost 10 cities. I only get 4 or better star hotels and always close to the action, but in this case, this was the worst of all the hotels in this trip to Germany. It was not a terrible hotel but definitely not a 4 star hotel (under the North American standards). It was a good price […] but it is in bad shape, many areas still smell like a smoking hotel, the front desk is friendly but never enough. I travelled to Dusseldorf with a group of 24 people. Everyone of the group were very impressed with the hotel. The reception staff were very efficient and courteous. The hotel is spotless and rooms are comfortable albeit a bit on the small side and the bedroms were extremely hot and air con did not seem very effective. The breakfast was outstanding, […] with freshly made omlettes, waffles and crepes made to order. The bar is a little on the pricey side in comparrison to bars in the altstadt, with a lovely outdoor seating area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it. A pleasant Hotel. Very well run. Clean and comfortable. I was on a business trip but also wanted access to city centre. This hotel was ideal for both. The hotel is very close to the underground with a direct link to the Airport.

Hotel was lovely, great location to the train station but a 15 min walk into the main shopping district. This was a short shopping trip for just my husband and I to enjoy quality time without the children, and we had a wonderful time both in the day shopping and in the evening trying out the local bars and resturants!

The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. 10 mins from the train station and 15 mins walk to the old town and marina. The Bar in the hotel was a perfect way to end our evening as it was quiet and a perfect for winding down a day of sight seeing and shopping. In the morning it was a wounderful surprise to find that the breakfast was a MASSIVE […] choice of anything you would and could eat, there was even a cooking station where staff would make waffles, crepes or omelettes to order. The shower room was a little tiny and when showering the water would be a little unpredictable however nothing that would stop me staying at this hotel or looking at others in this chain again. Jeg havde en blandet oplevelse (forretningsrejse) med en ikke virkende minibar (blev ikke oplyst om dette før jeg var på værelset), ingen mulighed for skift af værelse. Da jeg typisk benytter meget tid på værelset til arbejde i forbindelse med mine rejser, var dette yderst hensigtsmæssigt. Hotellin vastaanottossa eikä honeen opasvihkosessa kerrottu sanallakaan minkä hintainenaamiainenon. Hintaa eikerrottut edes aamiaishuoneen edessä olevalla tiskillä. Yllätys oli suuri kun poistuimme hotellista. Yli parikymppä per henki oli korkea hinta kutakuinkin normaalista aamiaiseta jollaisia löytyy jo suomen korpihotelleista. Palvelua oli turha […] odottaa. Kahvin joutui hakemaan itse automaatista. Viereisiin pöytiin oli kannettu kahvipannuja. Autohalli oli hyvä lisä, toki melkein parikymppiä vuorokaudelta tuntuu hieman korkealta.
