The hotel is conveniently located close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations. The area is quiet. The service is excellent. The rooms are OK, the taps leaked so the bathroom door must be closed to block out the dripping sound, and TV control worked 50% of the time and then it would lock-up - ended up watching BBC iPlayer instead. Great location on the edge of Kensington Gardens. Price was probably ok for the area, although the room was very tiny even compared to other EU rooms I have stayed in. Biggest issue I had was the fact that the hotel's boiler broke, leaving the hotel without hot water for the duration of my stay, with no offer of compensation. Nice looking hotel on the website and it appeared clean and modern. My room was tiny but very clean and modern looking. However there were two major problems that made for a very uncomfortable night. 1. The bed was a cheap string mattress and it was I think the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on (and I was in the military) It was so bad I […] had to take the cover they place on the bed to allow you to unpack your suitcase and fold it into quarter and place it on the mattress to stop the springs hurting me as I lay on it. 2. My room was next to the lift and all night long I could hear the lift going up and down and people getting in and out of it. the two things made for a very uncomfortable stay and I left the hotel feeling tired. We spent 1 night and were very pleased to have chosen this little gem in a great neighborhood; close to train and tube stops; walked from Paddington - Heathrow-Connect train simple and easy. Enjoyed the stoll down Bayswater Rd on Sunday for the artist displays. Will definately stay again.

Loved this place - however the rooms were VERY small. Great location, 5 minute walk from Paddington Station where you can access the underground and a 5 minute park from the beautiful Hyde Park. Great place and great style.

I don't often travel to London and needed a convenient location to arrive by train, meet a key colleague, overnight and get an early start to Heathrow for an outbound flight. What a beautiful street to have visited. The clean, well-lit lobby and the adjacent bar made a good location for a two hour meet up over tea and cava. A delicious dinner with great service, wireless internet, news on TV and a 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of London seemed almost impossible, but it happened. The scale of the hotel and its amenities made it seem like a very exclusive club. The staff assisted and informed my train booking, printed my boarding pass, ordered up the cab for the next morning. We stayed for one night at Caesar. It was clean, friendly staff and on a nice quiet street. Was further away from paddington stn than expected (almost 10 mins walk). We had a room on the basement level - very very small and very small bathroom. Good value for money though if you are planning on staying for only a night or two.

Really great location! Within walking distance to three different train stops (probably more). The room, though, was EXTREMELY small. I've been to New York City many, many times and I think I can honestly say that my room at the Caesar Hotel was smaller than any New York City hotel room I've ever stayed in.

was flying out the next day so wanted to stay near paddington. this hotel was very convenient, decent price, and totally functional. the bathroom was a bit small but the room was clean and the service was great. I got back to the hotel at 3 am and someone was even at the front desk to find me an adapter! I would stay here again.

Needed a good value hotel near Paddington Station. The Caesar fit the bill. Short walk from Paddington and while the room was a tad small, the excellent restaurant more than made up for it. Great food!

The hotel was very conveniently situated a few minutes walking distance from Paddington, in a quiet neighborhood. At the same time, it was about a block away from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, which made for a nice detour on or way to sightseeing. The hotel was also Very clean, with modern decor. I know that all hotel typically do this, but the manner in which it was done here felt a lot more personal than, say, in a large chain hotel like the Hilton (we also stayed at the Paddington Hilton on another occasion). The best part about this hotel is the location! It is literally a 2 minute walk to Hyde Park, where I spent most of the day usually. You can also walk to several resturants and shopping areas. I wanted to see most of the city on foot, so I would just walk around all day. Nothing is too far in Lodon. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is what you would expect of a 4 star property in London. My room was quite small but then again it was a single so no surprice. In addition, the A/C vent is located right over the bed which will give you the sniffles but otherwise the location is brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. Also, the room is very well maintained and the staff very helpful […] at check in and check out (very quick). One thing - the hallways are tired. They need to be spruced up and a very lovely, safe neighbourhood right on Hyde Park's doorstep, not far from the very Arabic Bayswater neighbourhood and not far at all from Marble Arch or Oxford Circus by foot. Also, both Bayswater and Queensgate tube stations are 5 minutes away so if one tube station is closed or one line is closed, you can easily get on to another one at the other station. Läs mer

Caesar Hotel is on a idyllic street just a few blocks from Kensington Gardens, Queensway and Paddington Station. It's about 5 minutes from the Queensway tube station on the Central Line. It isn't right on top of the sites, but if you don't mind a little walk to get into the thick of the tourists, it's a great spot. The single room was small (even by […] European standards) but it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was the same. My only gripe is that the hotel only has a few irons, and I was in London for business. Every morning I needed to call the front desk to bring up an iron, and one morning they were out when I called at 7:30am. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Paddington station and close to several hubs of restaurants and shops. The room was on the small side but the one hour of free wi-fi and the international reception staff combined with the easy location made up for it.

We arrived late at night at the Caesar. When we got to our room, we realized that it was in the basement below street level with practically no natural light. When we asked if they might have a different room, we simply were told the hotel was full (we had booked over a month in advance). The next morning, I got up at 7.30am to move our rental car […] to a nearby garage, because there is only residential parking near the hotel. When I recovered the car from the garage to load our suitcases at the time of check-out and parked it right in front of the hotel entrance, we were given a parking ticket for $ 110!! We had only left the car for about 3 minutes, with warning lights on! When we complained to the hotel manager that there was no word of warning to guests anywhere near the door, he simply said that it was not the hotel's responsibility. Never again at the Caesar! The Caesar is a quality hotel in a great London location-- 1) clean rooms; 2) nicely furnished; 3) helpful and polite staff; 4) restaurant and slightly mediocre; and, 5) who cares about the last two b/c the hotel is located within walking distance of great food and drinks.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were all very helpful but a couple of things I felt not too happy about, espeically as it was a 4 star hotel. 1. I had booked 2 double rooms with twin beds, but on arrival found out we had a double bed in each room. 2. The bathroom was very small and there not noth any space or shelves to put our toiletry bags […] and we had to request more towels and toilet paper. 3. Hotel was very convenient for shopping, eating out and Underground Stations. The room was small, but absolutely clean. The Personnel were very nice and friendly.

This hotel very much served its purpose. It is conveniently located near Paddington Station, making it very convenient to walk over there after getting off the train from Heathrow and is close to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. The hotel common areas and our room were extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. They also kept a couple of computers in […] the lobby for guest use. However, the rooms were very small--making it very hard to store any belongings--no closet, no drawers--just a shelf under the nightstands and an area to hang a few pieces of clothing. A full size mirror in the room would have been nice as well as a safe big enough to fit a small laptop. The hotel was overall sterile--no real personality to it. This being said, we were not in London to spend time in our room, and were there only to sleep, being out between 13 and 15 hours of the day. We had a clean, safe, and comfortable enough place to sleep in and keep our belongings at a reasonable price, which can be hard to find in London. Was looking for a cheaper hotel for my one night stay in London. Picked Caesar as it's the cheapest 4-star and closest to Paddington, which I'll be leaving from heathrow. Room is clean and a comfy big bed. Around 15 minute walk to Paddington Station so it's quite okay.

Cool hotel, booked executive/deluxe room. Got a fab basement apartment with kitchen and outside courtyard. Would be great if staying more than 1 night and could make use of facilities. Laminate floors are the only style/finish disappointment as they creaked and moved as if they would break under your feet.

As my girlfriend and I were on our way back to the states from the Ukraine, we had a layover in Heathrow on a sunday night. Taking the heathrow express to Paddington station, 5 minute walk to the Caesar. The hotel was very nice, the location is excellent and the room was comfortable. if you're out traveling, all you need is a nice bed a normal bathroom […] and functioning air conditioning...and the Caesar has all of that. The bar looked nice and the restaurant looked ample as well, because we were only in town for the evening, we ventured out quickly and didn't get a chance to sample the hotel's offering. Great price, great place, professional staff, good location, comfortable, quiet, close to transportation, parks, restaurants, very convenient to Paddington from the airport. Definitely would return and recommend to others. No complaints at all.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very good location to Hyde Park and Notting Hill. We also enjoyed Queensway Street activities. Easy to get to many subway stops. Front desk staff was very helpful and our room was very comfortable.

Listed as a 4 star. It was a 3 star. Staff was good, Room was very small but clean. The condition of the hotel was not 4 star. Capet in hall were very worn, bathtub was cracked. We enjoyed our stay but I think the cost was too high for the condition of the hotel.

Had an awesome stay at the caeser hotel really clean and nice location the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond our expectations to help us! The receptionists were so kind and helpful when we checked in that we immediately started our trip off on a good note. If I had one tiny side note to say is that the night life in the area wasnt great […] but that was easily overcame with easy access to the tube so we were able to go out in other areas of London! We recently stayed here and were pleasantly surprised. The location was great, close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens which was great for sights and walking. Easy access to subway and other locations, (we walked to Buckingham Palace, approx. 15 minutes) The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place was modern, clean, and in a good location. The surrounding neighborhood is nothing amazing but it is right around the corner from Hyde Park, which is beautiful. No breakfast included in my rate, which was too bad, but it wasn't a deal breaker.
