Trevligt, vänlig service, bra frukost, gym som innehåller mer än bara konditionsmaskiner. Svårt att ha mysfaktor på stora hotell i höghus. Gångavstånd till mycket är värdefullt.

All in all a nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Price was ok..did have noisy neighbors, asked if we could move, there were no compareable rooms available , so we stayed put and never heard our neighbors again.The restaurant at the hotel was great wonderful service and delicious food.

This hotel was overpriced. The bathrooms were very small and dated, toilet kept running and we had to keep going back in an jiggling the handle to make it stop, the message therapist from the hotel was unprofessional/rude (she also became winded and was out of breath while trying to give the message - not relaxing), and to top it all off the hotel charged […] me for the roof after I already paid hotels.com. When I called to inquire about it they receptionsit was rude and cut me off by saying "accounting isnt here now call back tomorrow." hotels.com straightened it out for me but now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. not good. Rooms were VERY nice and spacious, ALL of the staff was courteous and it was a perfect location. couldn't have asked for any better. hotel restaurant was oustanding as well. would definitely come back and stay at the Omni over the rest.

Comfortable, good location. A little pricey for what you get but you pay for the location.

Best hotel for children. When we arrived they were given little backpacks and fresh lemonade... And cookies with milk our first night! The girls loved it! We were close to all the best stores, dining and attractions!! We will be back!

I was in town for a couple of days on business and this hotel made my stay very pleasant. Very clean and in a great location. Would stay at the Omni anytime!!

We loved staying here! We stayed for 1 night for my husband's birthday and had a great and relaxing time. The bed was great and the room was great, however as a suggestion I would put in a couch instead of the 2 chairs in the queen suites. Also the person who gave us back our car broke something on our ignition. My husband wasn't happy, but it wasn't […] a dealbreaker for this hotel. We would stay here again. Läs mer

The omni chicago was a great hotel, spacious room, super friendly staff and conveniently located.

Fabulous stay. We had stayed there years ago and Knew the hotel was thrilled to get best price around. Definetly use them again

This is a very nice all-suite hotel, right off Michigan Ave. The only negative was the street noise - we were on the 9th floor and it was still quite loud through the night. If you elect to stay here - just request a higher floor. The exercise room was acceptable, but the pool is quite small. Service and Staff were tremendous, especially the Valet/Bell […] group. We were extremely pleased with how my whole family was treated from beginning to end. The service was fantastic in every area (valet, restaurant host and wait staff, concierge, front desk), We had an issue with our room not getting warm and asked for extra blankets but we were able to change rooms the next night which was more comfortable.

I just visited with my boyfriend and we had a great stay. Some positives about our experience are that the hotel staff service is GREAT! They checked on us to see if we liked the room, and since we did not request for a microwave (so make sure you request for one) they sent us to the hotel restaurant and they heated up our meal and we ate it there. […] Some negatives about our trip was the whirlpool not working. I REALLY wanted the hotel for a night stay to just relax in it but at the pool was working and was heated! Another negative was the housekeeping coming in at 7:30pm for turn down. (which we did not expect) The housekeeper knocked but we did not hear due to being busy at the moment and she walked in. Overall, I would still come back and visit. Läs mer

The friendliness and service orientation of the staff is extraordinary. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, but cannot think of a single one that compares. Actually, they are amazing.

Great location. Great staff, very friendly staff. The shower in my room was terrible. The water pressure was not much more than a drizzle. The bed was extremely uncomfortable....so much so that my legs and back hurt each morning.

This was the first time we ever stayed at the omni and one of the nicest rooms we have ever had.The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I would definitely go back.

We normally stay at Starwood hotels, but this time they were all booked or extremely higher in price. We chose to stay at the Omni just off of Michigan Ave and we are so happy we did. The room was perfect and very roomy. The location was perfect as well. We will definitely stay at he Omni again while we are in Chicago.

The hotel was very nice and clean. No real complaints. My one bathroom door was off the roller, but other than that no problems. The room service was excellent and all the people from check-in to the bar 676 were just friendly and great to help us in any questions we had for them. Just remember, it is Chicago so it is expensive.

Everything was nice and clean, but the room was very cold

The management and staff (top to bottom) at this hotel is extraordinary and the service is off the chart. They really make a difference and staying at this hotel is a real pleasure.

This was my second time at the Omni, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was great. It is conveniently located to many areas nearby. Great restaurants, clubs, shopping and attractions all within a close range. The only thing I would improve on was I wish they had free Wi-Fi, because with the tall buildings in Chicago, the cellular reception and Wi-fi […] is not good. To get Wi-fi you had to pay extra per day. Be sure to have the breakfast buffet, its awesome!!!! I would definately stay there again. Läs mer

it was a very nice stay, and i was satisfied with nearly all services and accomodations; however, the bed was not as comfortable as i would have expected from this quality hotel. other than that, i was very satisfied and would stay here again.

This was a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff were wonderful, location was great, rooms were very spacious and up to date. Only complaint is the meals, and drinks were on the high side.

Hotel very conveniently located for magnificent mile shopping and restaurants. Nice swimming pool and fitness center. Parking was $52 per night, too much. I found a garage five blocks from the hotel that was $23 per night. Only disappointment was the bedroom tv. In this type hotel a 1990 tube tv is really not acceptable.

Everything I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Clean and up to date rooms, beautiful corner suite view, and the staff was exceptional, treat them right!

Stayed at the Omni on New Years Eve because it was just blocks from the place we were celebrating. It's not our usual, weekend in the city hotel, but it served the purpose well. I have absolutely no complaints about the Hotel. If I were traveling on business, I would have been more than happy with the size and comfort of the room, the friendliness […] of the staff, etc. They do an excellent job with all of the basic "blocking and tackling" aspects. OK, maybe I have one minor complaint. The Omni makes you pay extra to access the wi-fi network. Really? in 2012? Wasn't an issue for a one night stay, but it would have been annoying if we'd been there longer. Over all, though, if you are a business traveller, I would say, absolutely, stay at the Omni. Good value. Nice people. Great location. BUT It's just kind of a boring space. Very cookie cutter, corporate design. If you are a leisure traveller, there are any number of boutique luxury hotels in the neighborhood that offer a similarly high-end experience, but with an infinitely more interesting feel. (Oh, and most of them don't make you pay to access their w-fi network.) Läs mer

The service at this hotel is off the chart. A most pleasant place to stay.

To check-in, you will need to take the elevator to the 3rd floor. To get to your room, you will need to proceed to take the elevator to the 3rd floor, then go to another set of elevators around the corner to get to your floor. Although no big deal, it was sort of inconvenient. The rooms are nice. Flat screen in the living room but not in the bedroom […] (a tube TV instead which you cannot turn left or right - the TV is not centered in front of the bed, and instead located in a corner) - unsure if other rooms are like this. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Great location - Apple and Niketown are directly across the street, as well as many other great stores. 7-Eleven and Walgreens are within 2 blocks. (CTA) train (Chicago station) is also within 2 blocks. I would definetely stay here again..... Läs mer

The location is really great, but the hotel room is too small, the pool is a joke - too little. Don't believe the photos. The jacuzzi was out of service even with the website advertising.

I stayed here during Christmas time with my family while on vacation. We loved the hotel and had a great time shopping on the Magnificent Mile nearby.
