Mycket bra dagar på detta hotell. Nära till allt som var något att vara nära till... Poolområdet var bra. Bra mat och poolbarens personal var glada och hjälpsamma med att peka ut saker och alternativ på kartor. Jag åker gärna tillbaka till detta resmål och kommer då att kolla tillgänglighet med detta hotell först.

Hotellet var helt ok. Låg jättefint vid havet, bar på övervåningen med fantastisk utsikt över havet och den vackra solnedgången, resturang nedanför med jättegoda fina kötträtter. Promenad avstånd till gator med barer och affärer.

Fint hotell med restaurang i västläge på kajen mot havet och Mallory square. Vill ni ha ett speciellt rum så bekräfta direkt mot hotellet. Vi bokade en sort men fick en annan, när jag frågade om det så sa dom att bokningsagenten aldrig kan lova en speciell rumssort, inget stort problem då man inte är på rummet så mycket. åker gärna hit igen.

Bra läge. Nästan precis vid Mallory Square där man på kvällen samlas för att titta på solnedgången. Det finn trevlig asmå butiker och restauranger i närheten. Hotellet var mysigt och fräscha rum.

Hotellet ligger i rätt ände av Key West, precis vid den livade gatan och Mallory Square där man ser på solnedgången om man inte lyckades få en plats i hotellets terrassbar som hade utsikt över mexikanska golfen. Jättefint poolområde och trevlig personal. Ganska dyrt hotell och det ingår ingen frukost. Parkering kostar 20 $ per natt, borde ingått i priset. […] Vi var till en strand i närheten, fint och skönt vatten men en massa stenar i strandkanten gjorde det halvt omöjligt att ta sig i och upp utan att få ont. The Westin is in a perfect location and has updated rooms. Loved everything about it except the air conditioner that was so loud you couldn't hear the TV or sleep. TV was so small we could barely see the picture. Pool was great & service was impeccable. Though not perfect, we would probably stay here again.

Right in the middle of everything and still quiet. Nice hotel stay, all the amenities. If you don't care about amenities stay at one of the smaller B&B's or inns. Only complaint was the shower wasn't clean when I arrived and the housekeeping staff was a bit loud in the mornings

I stayed during spring break and while I know rates go up at that time, it does not justify the dullness of the room. Nothing special. Looked like a plain room. Very clean, but the sheets felt like sand paper. I will not stay there again. Price was way too high for what I got.

We went because of the excellent ratings. Unfortunately, we have to give two stars. The air condition was rattling off and the toilet paper holder kept falling off the rack, not a five star hotel status. We called three times to have the air condition looked at out of our 3 night stay, unacceptable. On the last night, we simply had to turn off the air […] condition bz one cannot control the thermostat. Worst, upon checking out, the front desk didn't ask how out stay was. Our stay at the westin was faboulous. The staff was top notch, it close to everything we wanted to see. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were totally satified.

Great location to many things in Key West. Please add a place to change so you can enjoy the pool after checkout. We had all day to be in Key West until our return flight and would have loved to use the pool but had no place to clean up and change after we checked out.

The Westin was a great hotel. We booked online and therefore had one king bed instead of the two queens we requested. We stayed in that room our first night and then were moved to another room with two beds the second night and third nights. Our only disappointment was that every day there was a cruise ship docked right on the west side of the hotel […] which remained there until evening and blocked the view. But otherwise it was quiet, and in a good location to walk just about anywhere. The Bistro waterside bar and restaruant was a lovely spot! We would come back to this Westin. Läs mer

Air conditioner in room did not work. Engineering worked on A/C for 1 1/2 to 2 hours after check in, unable to repair. Westin reportedly fully occuppied. 80 degrees in our room with no A/C, unable to sleep had to leave hotel just before midnight to go to different hotel, Sheraton Suites. My wife moved a chair and found a pair of womans panties from […] a former guest on the floor, grossed us out. Terrible experience. It was my suggestionto management to move to different hotel. Management only sent a small fan to the room, and removed parking fee for garage, totally inadequate. Terrible experience. Inadequate response by management. Läs mer

This was a great hotel for events. The big room and open pool area were great for the large groups. Our room was next to the pool area, so a little loud, but not too bad. The room was huge! Super great! Could use some updates though. Overall it was a good stay.

Excellent location-walk out the door to sunset pier and duval street. Room was very nice. New I bathroom -all marble and glass. Pillows and bed linen was top notch. Will go back

The front desk staff( so first impression) seemed inconvenienced at our early arrival, not gracious about our options.........also our room was in a part of the hotel used for meetings, not in the main building....it felt directly related to our resevation being from an online source. Last and most importantly the hotel is on the water, but at the docking […] area of a gigantic cruiseship, blocking the view, and departing thousands of additional persons at the site of the hotel............I would stay at a different location in Key West. I stayed in a room next to the elevator first night. My wife & I couldn't fall asleep because of unbelievable noise, enen though we aren't sound sensitive people. We complained to front desk, they knew the problem. They said everybody complained. This is not a sellable room. When we called front desk, first thing they said was "we can't adjust the room […] rate". We didn't even ask to adjust. Very disappointed. It was the worst stay ever! Läs mer

The location of this hotel is a BIG plus. It is right on the marina and very near Duval street, Audubon house, Hemingway House and Fort Zachary Park (all walking distance). The staff were all friendly and had pleasant smiling faces, no complaints there - nor about the condition of the room. The one thing I did have an issue with was the food. There […] was absolutely no vegetarian option (zero, zip, zilch) in their in house restaurant. I have had to travel to a lot of remote places and i usually find something, so this was the first where i came up empty handed. We've been going to Key West every December for 10 years, and this year we decided to switch to the other side of Mallory Square. Now we wish we'd changed to the Westin sooner! It is convenient to many attractions and our room and bed were very comfortable. We had a balcony with a partial oceanview, and even though at times there was a cruise ship at […] the dock, it wasn't there all day and we still could see the water and people watch too. But most importantly we received one of the warmest welcomes of any hotel we've ever stayed at in our travels, and the service was exceptional. Every day we looked forward to breakfast overlooking the water; it was not only delicious but also made a special event by the exceptional waiter we had. We plan on staying here again next year and extending the time we spend in Key West. Läs mer

Great location next to marina and Mallory Square and 2 blocks to Duval Street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Since a car is not needed in Key West, would be nice if Westin had an airport shuttle.

I couldn't possibly say enough good things about this hotel. If you could give it 6 stars that is what I'd rate it. My wife and I had a great time in Key West and the hotel and staff were great.

Hotel is really nice right on the waters edge. Close to all the action in Key West and a perfect spot for the famous Key West Sunset. The pool was really nice and secluded from the bustle of the outer walkways around the hotel and the piers and docks. It was amazing to wake up and see a giant cruise ship in port right outside the hotel. Being a popular […] port of call, many cruise ships do visit the island for the day but are usually gone before sunset, which is a bummer for them since Key West has so much night life. Läs mer

The hotel has great service and amenities. The one thing is the spa is actually located on a separate island, which requires a ferry ride to get to. If your looking to simply roll down to the spa from your room, this isn't the hotel. I booked this hotel for this reason. My short stay didn't allow for the extra excursion to sunset island where the spa […] was located. Wish I had known there are quite a few hotels in this price range with a spa actually in the hotel.
