Spännande och samtidigt overkligt. Efter miltals körning genom en öken kommer man då fram till något helt osannolikt som heter Las Vegas. Detta var något helt fantastiskt. Det var skönt att komma in till ett tyst och ljudisolerat rum.

"Luxor - snyggt, otroligt stort hotell utan wifi"
Detta är ett riktigt fräscht och trevligt hotell. Det är otroligt stort och pampigt, och jag har egentligen bara en negativ kommentar och det var att det inte fanns wifi på rummen. Detta var ett stort minustecken för mig, dels för att jag var på en roadtrip och skulle boka nya hotell via nätet, och dels för att jag tycker att ett modernt hotell ska […] ha det. Senare bodde jag på New York New York och treasure island, och de hade wifi och var bra på alla andra sätt så jag skulle rekommendera dem istället. Läs mer

MYCKET dålig service av hotel personalen, tog svinlång tid att checka in och checka ut och ingen information om någonting. Fick även en uppfattning om att casinot på LUXOR var tomt i jämförelse med de andra hotellen, även att de andra hotellen verkade ha roligare barer/resturanger. "Nedgånget"
Luxor ser väldigt häftigt ut och det är väl värt ett besök, men att bo där, knappast. Rummen är gamla och slitna och även om vi bodde i en svit, och inte de billigaste rummen, så var det rejält nedgånget. Hissarna är riktigt otäcka att åka i då det skriker och knakar i dem precis som att de skulle gå sönder när som helst. Välj istället något av alla […] de andra fantastiska hotellen på strippen. "Luxor Hotel Las Vegas"
Ett bra och annorlunda hotell som ligger på en skön adress i Las Vegas (The Strip). Hotellet må vara billigt, men de tjänar främst pengar på casino-verksamheten, men även på overhead-kostanderna som är obligatoriska för samtliga gäster (Resort-fee per day). Allt kostar i Las Vegas!
"Bra men inte lyx"
Imponerande hotell, svårt att klagapå något. fantastisk semestervistelse. Rummet standard något sämre än förväntat (saknade wifi och kylskåp). Parkering gratis. Matbuffen gigantiskt stor, men man tröttnar redan efter 2 dagar på den amerikanska maten som är så fet, sockrig och ohälsosam.

Ett härligt annorlunda Las Vegas-hotell nära flygplatsen och ena änden av "Strippen". Fantastisk spa-anläggning för en ringa kostnad sett till erbjudandet, bra möjligheter att äta både buffé och annat. Rummet rymligt med fantastisk utsikt. Ett hotell jag gärna rekommenderar!

Ett bra läge vid södra änden av stripen. Man promenerar lätt till alla attracktioner. Buss och monorail finns vid hotellet för den som inte vill gå.

Jag tycker att Luxor hotell var ett bra hotell i Las Vegas. Rummet var stort och sängarna var väldigt bekväma. Dock var det inte så ljudisolerat, vilket innebar att man hörde ljud från spelautomaterna från casionot hela tiden, även när man ville sova. Receptionisten vid incheckningen var heller inte så trevlig (men det kan bero på att klockan var 3 […] på natten när vi checkade in). Fruskotbuffén var det bästa med hotellet, väldigt mycket att välja på. Dock ingick inte frukosten i priset utan man fick betala extra för den (men det var det värt!). Kan även rekommendera att gå på hotellets egna shower där de även har bra rabatter till, vi gick till Chris Angels magishow och det var kul! Läs mer

Luxor verkade ha ett tufft egypten-tema, men tyvärr var standarden på rummet under förväntan. Förvisso rent och snyggt, men saknade det som är standard på övriga Vegas-hotell som t ex minibar, kylskåp för att lägga dina drycker på kylning eller plasma/LCD HD-TV. Det är förvisso nära till övriga Hotell och Casinon, och vad du än vill göra kan du gå mellan […] hotellen, ta monorail (som börjar i MGM lite norr om Luxor) eller ta en kort taxiresa, men jag skulle inte bo här igen. The Luxor is a "old" hotel and in some places you can see it. But its a very good choice if you want to stay at the strip and downt wanna pay a fortune. Ett trevligt hotell som har det mesta. Trevligt poolområde! Tyvärr lite mörka rum och det drog ner helhetsintrycket lite.

Som sagt så blev vi inte alls imponerad, rummen var väldigt slitna och det luktade inte fräscht. Dags att byta ut sängarna och kuddarna, dom kändes utslitna. Blev heller inte imponerad av buffen, den var sämre än buffeer vi provade på andra hotell.

Ett läcker och tufft hotell som så många andra i Las Vegas. Fint till utsidan och inne i Kasino och en del fina restauranger. Hotellet är rankat med 3 stjärnor men har man varit på många hotell runt om USA så blir grymt besviken av rummen. Fruktansvärt slitnat och skitiga rum. En varning skall även utföras att passa sig för personalen i kasinot som […] försöker lura på en presentkort på middagar och billiga biljetter till akiviteter. "Great Price, Poor Hotel Upkeep"
The room was a steal at the price, and it was right on the strip. Only complaints /i had were poor lobby lay-out (had to ask where the check in desk was) and poor room and elevator maintenance, the elevators shook so bad i thought we could plunge to the bottom at any moment.
Had a great time at the Luxor. Close to everything.

very nice hotel, elevators take a while to get used to since they are called inclinators not elevators [trippy]. the pool is super nice with a pool side bar and servers. i paid for the chases with the umbrellas and cushions well worth the 25.00. didn't see any shows so i can,t coment on them.the buffet was very good to, opt for the 2 wrist band for […] 32 dollars ea for the buffets, wish did. "Strip hotel at great price"
It was a great price for one of the more upscale strip hotels. Hotel was very nice with a huge pool. The hotel is connected to 2 other which I guess are owned by the same company so you can get to all of them. They have a good assortment of restruants including some low cost as well as high end.

I thought our stay there was great, the family really enjoyed it. We only stayed for one night due to flight being cancelled and wished we had stayed there for the entire trip! The hotel staff were great, check in was a breeze maybe 5 minutes. Our room was really comfortable, the only complaint I would have about it is the air conditioner, it really […] didnt function well but I believe that is because it was old. The lady that maintained our room was super great, above and beyond as far as Im concerned. She really went the extra mile to make our stay more pleasant. "another business trip"
The Luxor carries a very well regarded name umongst hotels/casino/resorts in Las Vegas. The property is beginning to really show its age and I don't believe the overall condition of the property is where it should be for a reputation like theirs. The staff was friendly and competent but the small items like trays, glasses, towels sitting in the hallway […] from 9pm (I went to room) until 830 next morning (I left my room) still there, are the small items that need to be addressed. Maintenence items such as wallpaper torn or curling and carpet that desperately needs replacement are the upkeep items I didn't think I would be writing about. I actually expected more quality. "Comfy and Quiet"
We stayed in the pyramid and I was pleasantly suprised how quiet it was in our room with the casino, check-in, and restaurant/bar activity 10 floors below. It was even quieter than most tower rooms I've stayed in. The bed was comfy and the room clean.

Stayed in a pyramid room. Stuffy feeling in the room because they don't ventilate to conserve on energy (even though Vegas will waste on neon lights). Shower looked outdated. Elevators were creaking. Basically, I stayed here due to price and proximity to Mandalay Bay, where I like to eat. Often, you get what you pay for.
"A little disappointed"
We were 'upgraded' upon arrival to a room that had no view and never dropped below 80 despite our running the AC continuously. Thankfully, the room was clean and quiet. We were not impressed by the food either. On the plus side, the valets who handled our vehicle were cheery and very helpful.

There were really nothing wrong, but as said by many other reviewers as well, this ain't build this century so it can be seen. Otherwise there were nothing to complain really. Pyramid room was spacious enough, it didn't smell (I ask new room, if and when so happens) and everything was working. To walk around Strip, this is not perfectly located as this […] is at south end of the Strip, but whole south Strip is easily accessible from this hotel. "Great room at the luxor"
the last time i stayed in the Luxor was in 95 or 6 when they first opened up. Hotels.com had a great rate and decided to stay again. I got a room on the 28th floor and the room was nice. I don't remember the room i got last time, but this one seemed upgraded. had a nice west view. The main areas, like the elevators and certain parts seemed beat up after […] all these years of so many people in and out. the cool thing is the sideways traveling elevators. I went the pool are to look around and it was clean and spacious. First time i have seen it as the last time it was winter time. i did not go to any of the restaurants inside. My past experience was with the buffet and it was not good. have never ate there since. Overall it was a nice place. i usually go again in the summer and this time it will definately be one the list of possible places to stay. Läs mer
"Very Average but Great price"
The room was very average and had an odor to it that smelled like smoke. Elevators were creaky and shaky. If you are going for just a night and need a reasonable place to stay this is the one. Overall not too bad.

"My Military Reunion Weekend"
I really loved this hotel, it was extremely large and beautiful, the only complaint that I have is there was no microwave and they charge you $25 for a mini fridge, I felt tat for the cost of the hotel they should be in the rooms, we had a great time.
"Air conditioning in rooms doesn't work"
Enjoyed the casino - restaurants were great - Carrot Top show was awesome! But air conditioning in room couldn't keep up and we were there in April, can't imagine what the room would be like in the summer.
It's getting old and it shows. I think they could do a lot more with the Egyptian theme, being inside a pyramid should be cooler than it was.

We enjoyed the Luxor. It was easy to find our way around on the ground floor, unlike many of the large casinos/hotels. The check-in process was quick and we were able to check-in early - which was a bonus for us. The elevators was extraordinary in that they move at an angle not up and down. Pretty cool.
