Ett mycket bra hotell. Bra standard, rent. Fint skick och trevlig personal. Mycket bra frukost. Ligger lite avsides men nära till tunnelbanan.

Bra läge och nära kommunikationer som gör det lätt att ta sig till alla sevärdheter. Det var positivt att bo precis utanför stadskärnan eftersom att vi hittade många bra restauranger nära hotellet.

Bokade ett Club rum, det kommer vi nog att fortsätta med, trevligt med den servicen och det lilla extra som följer med det.

Jag och min man bodde här 2 nätter i juli. Riktigt trevligt hotell, ok läge. Vi hade bokat en jr suite med club lounge access. Det blev lite strul med vårt rum då vi anlände vid 13 tiden (lite tidigt) och då någon fortfarande använde rummet till ca 17 kunde vi inte checka in förrän vid 18 tiden..Vi fick en flaska chapange som plåster på såren..:). Rummet […] var fint och frukosten hade massor att välja mellan! Rekommenderar att betala lite extra för club loungen. Trevligt med kaffe och goda smårätter och vin på kvällen. Personalen var ok. Har bott på många hotell i Wien och detta är definitivt ett av de bättre! Läs mer

Det är ett fint hotell med fantastisk frukostbuffé. Hotellet ligger nära det vackra palatset Belvedere, i ett lugnt område med flera ambassader. Det är en bit till själva centrum, men det går enkelt att ta tunnelbanan dit.

This hotel is located somewhat outside of the city centre. It is about a 20 minute walk through a residential area and the Stadt park to get to the Stephans dom. The hotel is very nice and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is fantastic and you can sit outside to enjoy it if the wheather is nice! They have plenty of sunchairs […] on a back lawn which is also nice. The beds and pillows are compfortable. The tram nb 0 takes you to the Pratern, and the tram 71 which is a 300m walk away takes you downtown. Läs mer

Bra hotell strax utanför inre staden i lugn miljö.Rummet saknade helkropps spegel och badrummet har ingen make-up spegel. Parkering i hotellets garage är dyrt och annat alternativ finns inte då det endast är korttidsparkering i gatumiljön. Bra service och vänlig personal. Rumsservicen bytte handdukar,städade mm med god standard, dock lämnades dricksglasen […] odiskade där de lämnats av oss. Välutrustad minibar. Rummet har inga klädkrokar liksom att skohorn saknas, garderoben liten och svårnyttjad pga halva ytan har underskåp med ett säkerhetsskåp ovanpå. Only spent 1 night there, arriving in the late afternoon leaving before breakfast. However in the short time and at a quick glance the hotel looked lovely. The staff a reception were very friendly, the 3rd bed was brought up to the room within a few minutes. Spent a few minutes in the lobby waiting for friends and it did not take long for bar-staff […] to come asking if I would be wanting anything. Beds very comfy and the room very clean!!! My hotel room on the ground floor was very tired: chipped paint work, loose carpet. In-room movies and internet use are very expensive. There is no WiFi in rooms, only in the lobby. In contrast, many Viennese cafes have free WiFi. I doubt the 4-star rating. Service was very good. Initially, I came to visit my husband at a sister hotel to the Imperial Riding School which had been organised via his work as he was there on training. We had already pre-booked the Imperial Riding school prior to our visit as the pictures looked promising and the reviews weren't too damaging (we also had to take our budget into consideration). Upon […] arrival the reception staff were cold and made us feel as if we were bothering them from their work. The room which had been allocated to us was a twin room despite us booking a double. When we highlighted this to the reception staff they were a little unhelpful and stated that they were booked to full capacity. After some discussions about our booking they agreed to move us to a double room which looked over-all better. Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor and we were often kept awake by loud high heeled footsteps by other guests outside our room. The restaurant was bland, slow and limited and very over-priced. Extremely rude staff member working in the gym who will huff and puff and bad mouth other guests. Läs mer

Pros: -Hotel is in a very good location, next to the train station that is connected directly to the airport and very close to the historical part of town (tram 71 takes you there in less than 15 minutes). -Room are of a good size and very clean -Quiet hotel Cons -TV's in the rooms are old and channel reception is quite bad. -No wifi in the rooms and […] internet is charged at 16Euros per day at the reception -Staff have a very "Austrian" attitude which is not so customer friendly as one would expect in such a hotel Läs mer

Excellent hotel and great food especially the included breakfast. The room was nothing special and the movie package was expensive. The only complaint is that the bathroom shower was too low to shower comfortably without taking the hand shower off the wall. Staff very helpful and sent our mail for us. Reasonable hotel. Staff very freindly. Twenty minute walk from city centre but local trams get you there in five. Hotel could do with a little updating, a bit 1995 but served it's purpose. It's worth getting a package that includes breakfast as they charge €31.00 for full English. Over all, good value for money.

The staff were excellent, happy to help and they knew their stuff. The hotel exterior was nice but sadly the interior was shabby and there were stains on the wall and the TV didn't work properly - in addition the room that I received was no where near the quality of those in the photos. Also the view from my room was of a road and concrete wall. Absolutely excellent down to the last detail. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. We will definitely book this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna.

A lot more went into the lobby than the rooms - it was pretty, but did nothing to help me sleep. The shower had a tap and head that pulled away from the wall, exposing the wall to leakage. Also, a few really unnecessary fees, like for internet access. Sure, 14.95 might be a standard commercial rate, but I could go across the street for a beer I would […] have had anywhere and use their internet gratis. Policies like that actually cost the hotel some of my money. The beds were comfortable, and the location just away from main downtown gave it a more relaxed feel. Had a beautiful stay in Vienna , the weather was hot and sunny and the excellent hotel was an added bonus. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was lovelly, being able to sit in the garden and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Would definetly recommend to a friend .

Very helpful staff, spoke very good english much better than my german. Had a fitness centre where you could swim, have a sauna, massage etc. Food was excellent, location good for trams and access to city centre. Would return to hotel next time I am in Vienna.

The room was the largest in my 6 city tour of Europe. Clean , large, a/c worked well. Very helpful staff.No free WIFI , a surprise for such a nice hotel. Easy to get to. From the airport we arrived at the Landstrasse metro stop and caught a tram just outside the station. The tram stops about a block north of the hotel.Its an easy walk.

This is a very nice hotel, but it seems that NOTHING is included in your room price. Breakfast and wifi cost extra, and the hoops that you have to jump through to use the wifi are crazy. You only get 1 device logged on to the Internet at a time, whether it is wireless or hardwired. No wifi in the rooms. Breakfast was good, but too expensive.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here, as we come to Vienna regularly to visit friends and family. We find it easy to get to, with a good regular service from the airport which means we can check-in an hour from landing. Staff are welcoming. Rooms are good size and clean.

Nice hotel in Vienna. Responsive staff, clean (although smaller then advertised) room and an extremely nice (included with room) breakfast buffet. The only true negative about the stay was the almost extortionist wi-fi rates ($20/night)! The hotel staff are very friendly and the food is extremely good. It is a little way out of the centre of Vienna, but there are good transport links and the distance is walkable! It is really near to the railway station - but around the corner on another road (we got lost!) We enjoyed our short holiday in this hotel very much, it was a bit far away, but still walkable to the centre as the weather was nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself nice and clean, even if a bit dated. The only real minus I want to give is the lack of free WiFi, in my opinion you shouldn't have to pay for Internet access […] in hotels of this price nowadays. Läs mer

Good hotel, good food, but no kettle in the room... Noises coming from the corridor are too loud. Swimming pool is very small, location is a bit away from the centre (15 min walk).
