I just returned back to the US from Europe, and I saved a swimming suit to relax in the hot tub they promissed. However the chlorine was so strong I I had to jump right out. They told me they just changed the chemicals.

Room was very clean. Good rates for location.would stay again.

It was ok.

I recently stayed there for two nights. I booked the hotel via the Hotels.com app on my iPhone so that there would be no issues when I arrived. When I arrived the gentleman at the counter was not very inviting, as he asked for all of my information again, even though it was on the reservation; It was about 2am at this time and I was just driving for […] 13 hours. He should have given me the room I reserved or asked in a more polite way as to which room I would "prefer." The cleaning lady came by as me and my crew were heading out of the room and didn't speak a lick of english. She handed me 4 towels and moved on. Did not even bother to take the old towels nor did she fold up the bedsheets or anything, take the trash, etc... The breakfast was okay, I much enjoyed the muffins. The location is okay, my GPS told me it was on one side of the highway and it was really on the other, so that was a bit confusing, but it is right next to a 7-11 and a Jack's. All-in-all this hotel gets a 2 from me on the basis of customer service, a weird smell in my room, and organization of the hotel. Läs mer

We stayed at this hotel the night before my wife departed for the Philippines. The price was reasonable for the area and the room was dated, but CLEAN. Check-in was great, the clerk knew what he was doing. We used the hotel shuttle to avoid all the parking, etc., and the shuttle driver was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. My room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed my stay there. I spent most my layover at Aspen Creek, a restaurant next door, as there is very little of entertainment value in the area. But the salmon was great and the bar staff as well! I recommend this hotel for your next stay in the area!

Clean Comfortable

Basic hotel, clean and no frills. Bed could have been softer.

I ask for non - smoking room.. the room smell like smoke and still.. the no lotion & shower cap in the room. the towel ever smell really bad..

Stayed at this hotel on a recent business trip to the Dallas area. The hotel was conveniently located to the interstate. Room was adequate and clean. Would recommend this hotel to others. Good value

The hotel is wonderful. It is very clean, located in a great and convenient area. I will stay here anytime I need a hotel in the area.

Excellent location that's close to the airport. Our room #140 was great.

The staff was great and very accommodating. The room had a funny smell when we first went in, but after a bit with the fan on it got better. For what we paid for I recommend this hotel and would use it again.

Not a bad place for the price. Decor a bit dated but nothing you cant live with. Staff was very helpful and front desk very accomadating. Did not eat the complimentary breakfast so I cannot comment on that but there is always fresh coffe in the lobby. I would stay there again.

This was a run down motel 6 with a really nice lobby. The check-in facilities and breakfast area are very nice the rest was incredibly poor. To access my room I needed to exit the building and pass by the pool area. It was all terribly rundown and felt unsafe. the sheets and towels were deplorable. Even the tv reception was very poor. The courtesy van from Dallas airport to Best Western Plus is convenient and very friendly driver who make a general introduction upon arrival. Then the Super-Walmart within 3 mins walking distance is a great advantage to catch up some shopping as well as for food, as there is refrigerator and microwave in the room. The TV is kinda old but the king size […] bed is comfy so you will sleep right away, and so forget about watching TV when you can catch some sleep before the next flight. The self serve continental breakfast is well equipped with bagels, yogurt, coffee and hard boiled eggs - very presentable and ready before 6 AM (impressive)! So I think given its superb location and considerably economical deal, I'd highly recommend others to stop at Best Western Plus! Läs mer

Great staff, great location, hotel is clean, just dated... Not a deal breaker.

This hotel is an outside room access but has a very nice courtyard, it is located in a somewhat rough neighborhood but the parking is well lit. The rooms are dated, old wallpaper and border, old TV's and ugly carpet. The room is a great place for a family or just someone needing a room.

Very dirty, not clean at all. Hair left everywhere even in bed. Second time staying in a month and would never go back. 2nd time brought own sheets and cover...nasty!

Be sure to get on the correct Best Western shuttle from DFW (there are two different hotels near the airport). This one was clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly.

The room could use blackout cutains for the light outside. Could have used plastic bags for the ice bowl.

Was very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working because the pool was ice cold!

I had items removed from my room ONLY one day after i got there........i had one day to go on my pre paid reservation and the cleaning crew took every item out of my room. When i complained to management they said they would talk to staff but they got there after 9am on sunday and i was not willing to wait around for them to get there to get my items […] back, cause i live out of state and needed to be on the road as soon as possible. disclaimer: i stayed here the friday night before UT-OU football game & rangers ALCS game 1, so the city was totally overrun with drunk sports fans and college kids. couldn't get to sleep until 1am because there was a group of very stoned UT kids hanging out right outside my door, when i asked them to keep it down, they just slobbered and stumbled around […] - i doubt they had any idea what i was saying. but that was bad timing (i was in town on business), the room itself: the toilet literally took five minutes to flush, i found a couple fleas in the bathroom, the pillows were these strange square things that usually go on sofas - very uncomfortable, the front desk lady was RUDE, the TV was built in the 80s i think, bed was springy. positive things: location is good, room is big, good setup if you have work to do in your room, fridge and microwave are nice i would just barely recommend this place. This hotel was priced well. The reviews were good. The free shuttle and breakfast sounded good. The room looked clean and smelled good, but later that night after the perfume wore off it smelled like urine. The bed was hard and you could feel the springs. The breakfast was ok, but the fruit choice of small, green apples not good. No newspaper in the […] am. The shuttle was the only thing this place had going for it. Conveniently located, room size and amenities great (coffe pot, microwave, refrigerator, etc.), beds comfy, everything clean, inside and outside of hotel looked nice, breakfast typical continental style but kept stocked even though hotel was full the weekend we stayed.
