Mellanklasshotell med bra läge i Orlando. Nära att köra till alla attraktioner. Stora rum, sköna sängar men lite högljud aircontition. Enklare frukost ingår, men byt ut plastbestik/talrikar! Poolområdet räkte till för oss i slutet på april, men kan säkert bli fullt under högsäsong. Handukar till poolområdet ingår.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med hotellets läge. Ett stenkast från International Drives centrala del med restauranger och affärer. Lätt att komma ut på motorvägen till de olika temaparkerna. Över förväntan på hotellets läge! Hotellet var ett medelklass hotell med en bra frukost. Fanns både gröt, yoghurt och bacon & ägg. Dock inget kallskuret. Vi hade valt ett rum med ett litet pentry men det användes aldrig då vi klarade oss på den frukost som serverades. Stort och bra kylskåp. Gratis parkering för hyrbilen. Rekommenderas!

Hade bokat för en natt för att vara nära flygplatsen innan hemfärd. Rummet var det fräschaste vi haft under våra 10 dagar i Florida! Personalen var trevlig och serviceinriktade. Frukosten var en typisk motell frukost, väl inpackat i små paket med gladpack. Helt ok! Fanns även färsk frukt. Hotellet låg relativt nära flygplatsen. Tog inte lång tid med bil men det fanns även shuttle från hotellet till flygplatsen. Rekommenderas!

Poor condition of hallways, elevator, and work out equipment, pool closed. Paper thin walls, neighbors TV kept me up late. Nice staff though.

Do yourself a favor a skip this hotel which is rated 4 stars and the service and food does not warrant 1 star. The breakfast was the worst ever! I filled out a survey card when checking out and communicated my frustration about the lack of service and not knowing there would be more to come. It was 7:30 am on a Saturday morning and ONLY 1 waitress was […] working in the restaurant. Most of the tables were covered with dirty dishes as no one was busing and cleaning them. I should have realized then that the restaurant was most likely very not very sanitized. Several potential customers sat down and eventually left as no one came over to their table. I did let the ONE waitress know of my disappointment and thought that she was a victim of the circumstances too, although she did nothing to make the situation better other than complain. There appeared to be a manger of the restaurant as a well dressed person brought out my eggs from the kitchen and he was complaining to the one waitress about the overflowing trash behind the breakfast bar and that was the last I saw of him. The more to come was food poisoning that I contacted from this restaurant. By mid-afternoon I became very ill with vomiting, fever and diarrhea for days. The only food I ate in 18 hours was from the Sheraton which was 2 eggs prepared over easy, bacon, juice, coffee and toast. Clearly, the hotel was responsible for my sickness. I stay on the average about 75 nights in hotels per year and consider myself a seasoned traveler. I cannot put into words all the disappointing aspects of this hotel. "Good for a layover, but long term, find better"
Good enough hotel for my overnight layover, but had I had more nights in Orlando, I would have wanted much more. It comes down to the condition of the hotel. It's old. Feels outdated. I can't complain about how clean they kept it; I could tell they tried, but there's only so much luster you can bring to 20 year old fixtures and so much you can vacuum […] old carpet. Room layout was a bit cramped, but plenty for myself. I'll look for something newer on the next trip. The hotel fit the bill for a place convenient to the airport. The airport shuttle was amazingly timely for both pick-up and drop off. The hotel does show some minor signs of aging and the hot tub was closed. Had I been there for vacation, I would have been annoyed at that. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

2 live, large bugs in our tub upon arrival. Front desk immediately moved us to the third floor. food and drinks were good but way over-priced. Other good food as well as sports bars very close by.

The hotel was just right for my wife and I. Since we had a flight out from Int Airport it was vary convenient. You have to beware that when you head to the hotel from Tampa, Fl you will encounter two toll costs. One was $.75 cents and the other was $1.00. Check in was vary easy and to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors there is and elevator, which was nice […] for my wife who has a hard time walking. Check out time is 12:00 noon which was nice. Room was clean. One tv remote was missing and the drycleaning plastic bag was not in the room. The rear door had only one closing speed. It broke your ear drums with the closing force.

The room was comfortable. I booked a king size room with a sofa bed for my teenage daughter to sleep in, the matress was very uncomfortable. The pillows in the king size bed were also very uncomfortable. Also, the person in check in directed me to park in the rear of the building because it would make unloading more convieniant, but it turned out my […] room was at the front of the building and it would have been less hassle going through the front. I had a king, one bedroom suite. It was very clean, and the front desk staff was courteous and helpful. I wish there had been free wifi in the room but it was offered in the main lobby area. We couldn't have been made more comfortable! Desk Clerk was smiling, friendly, and very professional. Our room was ready, very clean and had everything we needed to relax before an early flight out.

This hotel was so fabulous. I wish we could have stayed here more nights. The room, a King Suite, was beautiful and the bed was amazing. You would expect to pay much more for such a room. I recently stayed at the Sheraton Suites on business. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The suite itself is not as big as Embassy Suites, but the space is laid out very efficiently and it was well-appointed.

The suite was great. The bed was very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant. Both the food and service was good. The hotel staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Great place to stay.

The Sheraton Suites met my needs perfectly. I wanted a spectacular room, at a good rate, close to the airport yet not in the airport. My room (king suite) was priced right and was completely perfect. Food in the restaurant was notably pricey - my only complaint. The Hagen Daz ice cream advertised on the menu is definitely not what I was served. I chose not to send it back. "Great Place Good Price"
This is the best Hotel I have stayed at in Orlando in a while. Really nice amenities, very clean room, and the entire staff from Reception to Housekeeping were pleasant, thorough and very attentive. I will not stay anywhere else in Orlando, except for the Peabody when I can afford it.
