Vi spenderade bara en natt här (pappa, mamma och 2,5 åring) men hade gärna stannat flera. Har bara gott att säga om hotellet: vackert rum, förträfflig service, bra läge - allt man kan önska sig av ett hotell för en kort storstadsvisit.

Vi bodde i ett Deluxerum som inte motsvarade någon av hotels.coms fotografier. Engelsk standard är verkligen något efter vår :-) Superfin frukost med bordsservering där man absolut kunde sitta ett tag. ett väldigt centralt läge mitt på Leichster square MEN vårt rum hade båda fönstren ut mot själva "torget" och alla de barer som låg där. Läget är det bästa med detta hotell , mitt på Leicester Square, mkt trevlig och hjälpsam personal , rent och snyggt. Något små rum . Men är man i London sitter man inte i onödan på rummet. Har bott här tidigare, och kommer definitivt tillbaka.

Mycket trevligt, allt flöt på bra och servicen var oklanderlig. Hotellet inredning kan behöva lite kärlek om några år men personalen var mycket proffsig och mån om att man trivdes.

Alldeles utmärkt - mycket lyckad. Vi var nio personer (med barn & barnbarn) som bodde i tre juniorsviter. Barn & barnbarn fick dessutom sviter intill varandra med "connected door" mellan rummen - helt fantastiskt. Riklig och mycket fräsch frukostbuffé. Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Ett bra hotell med ett suveränt läge för att ha närhet till bra shopping på gångavstånd. ett lugnt område utan störande biltrafik. kanske något i dyraste laget men för oss avgjorde läget och den otroligt bra service som är på hotellet. vårt rum en juniorsvit var rent och rymligt, men man bör känna till att standarden kanske inte riktigt motsvarar 5 […] stjärnor så som vi i Sverige är vana vid. jag kan rekommenderad detta hotell om man vill ha bra service och närhet till shopping gatorna. Mitt barnbarn David och jag trivdes mycket gott på hotellet. Vi var ju ett lite udda par med varsitt rum på andra våningen. Men vi togs mycket väl emot. David älskade de goda frukostarna och den sköna sängen. Jag uppskattade särskilt det centrala läget. Det var fint för en trött mormor att bo mitt i smeten och kunna gå till teatern. Bra hotell på ett mycket bra läge i händelsernas centrum i London. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra men dyr frukost. Stort utbud av restauranger, barer, pubar och teatrar i närområdet. Även nära till flertal sevärdheter.

Bra beläget hotell med bra klass. Mycket bra service. Tyvärr typiskt engelsk rumsinredning med murriga färger och heltäckningsmatta som kanske skulle bytts för ett år sedan. Vårt ickerökarrum bar tydliga spår av tidigare rökande boende.

The hotel is 5-7 min from the National Portrait Gallery, National Art Gallery, St Martins in the Field church and several theaters & movie houses. There are numerous restaurants (some quite good) and China Town close by. The service at the hotel is excellent from the concierge, desk attendants to the restaurant and room service personal. Thought it would be loud on Leicester Square. Very quiet...slept soundly. Location cannot be beat the Piccadilly line takes you to most of the popular attractions and is straight shot to Heathrow.

We were traveling with 2 children and wanted a hotel with a suite so the kids would have their own rooms. The hotel was very accommodating and the room was big - especially by European standards. The room came with breakfast which was a great breakfast. The only negative is that Leicester Square is a wonderful location and quiet during the day but loud […] at night. Stayed here for one night with my boyfriend, absolutly great location perfect for everything you want to do in London. Right in the center of everything! The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout the hotel. The room we had was a standard double, quite small but clean and very nice. We rang a week before arriving to confirm the booking to request a early arrival and seperate shower room due to my disabilities. This was arranged. we arrived later than expected around 4pm because of major train disruptions But on arrival were told we would have to wait for our rooms another hour Unless we accepted their studio rooms. Due to my disability […] we opted for the room they had allocated us. the mattress was a very cheap quality, with not much spring Put On top of a made, hard board bed. It was very uncomfortable to even sit on. The shower was over a bath so no good for my needs either. We had to request another room. We were shown two more rooms, first shower as before, Although the bed was better quality, the second room had a separate shower and on sitting on the mattress thought ok so we opted for this room. Unfortunately we had to pay another £120. The bed was very uncomfortable as the springs on both sides Had gone, caused bad back ache. in total we paid £790 for three nights our experience was very disappointing. And spoilt my holiday The quality of this hotels living quarters are not to the star rating they advertise. we are not complaining people we just expect Standards and service to be as advertised. There are two slow elevators for the building, and when one was down, the cleaning crew was using the other for servicing rooms as people were trying to check out at 10a.

The wonderful Bang & Olufsen TV in our room did not work. After following telephone instructions the TV was still not responding and the concierge kindly said he would send up a member of staff to take a look. The staff member did not appear and the TV remained dysfunctional. At checkout there was no offer of compensation. Very disappointed.

The room was not clean and was certainly not hoovered whilst we were there.The window cill was full of dust and the bathroom mirrors and the vertical surfaces around the vanity basin were dirty.The room is in urgent need of decoration.

The hotel is well located on Leicester sq, just a short walk from the tube. It was clean and presentable, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The business class room i stayed in was a little on the small side and the lighting could have been better. But overall I was happy with my stay.

Incredibly helpful staff who were more than willing to assist us with any and all questions about essentially the entire country. Great location with all kinds of shopping, entertainment and food well within walking distance and easily accessible via the Tube. I would absolutely stay here in a heartbeat if given another chance.

First time in London not knowing what to expect about the hotel and the location. We must say that from the very time we entered the hotel we were greeted with smiles and each hotel employee was eager to help us in any way. During hte check in process they ever gave us Lattes. Very nice!Afternoon Tea was included in our package and it truly gae us a […] taste of British life. Room were nice, although a little small. The television only had a few channels so I hope they upgrade that feature a bit. Some reviews complain about the noise in Leicster Square but it was not a factor in our trip at all. You could walk outside of the hotel and literally have anything you wanted. Food, shopping,etc. All the major London "must see's" were within a 10 minute walk. Excellent location for anyone who want to be close to theatre or shopping area. The hotel is clean and the staff was responsive and helpfull. our room was large and the bed huge. Dowside were that we had no cold water for a couple of hours in our room. This was fixed quickly.

Very convenient location in Leicester Square although difficult for taxi access because it's pedestrianised. The room was very comfortable, well appointed and nicely decorated but I found the lighting rather gloomy and the safety deposit box was located on a high unlit shelf in the wardrobe which wasn't accessible and I couldn't see the instructions […] well enough to be able to use it. I appreciate hotels are using low energy lighting now but it would be nice to have an option of brighter light for folk with less visual acuity. The WiFi signal in my room was too poor to use and the hotel failed to solve this. It wasn't too much of an issue for me but may have been for a business traveller. Although I was in a non-smoking room, the bathroom smelled of smoke and was unpleasant. It may have been coming through an air vent from the floor above but I found a cellophane wrapper on the dressing table that had not been cleaned away prior to my arrival and it looked suspiciously cigarette packet-shaped and I did wonder if a previous occupant had smoked in the bathroom. I didn't like the black plastic slatted "bath mat" provided in the bathroom; I would have preferred a clean towel-type mat that other feet hadn't been on. The lobby and restaurant staff couldn't have been more helpful and it was great to see soya milk provided at breakfast without having to ask for it. Läs mer

My only complaint is half-glass shower door that caused the shower to flood the floor, and I don't mean a little water. It took all the towels to dry it good enough to use the bathroom after.
