I didn't expect much due to the cheap price and some other reviews that I read before I got there. The motel was better than i had thought, big room that didn't smell and lots of tv channels. They also cleaned my room every day, even though I left at 2pm two of the days I was there.

Vår vistelse på Hilton Portland & Executive Tower var mycket bra. Perfekt läge mitt i centrala Portland (där allt i centrum ligger inom gångavstånd), trevlig hotellpersonal och god mat i hotellbaren. Rummet skulle må bra av en liten uppdatering men i övrigt har jag ingenting att klaga på hos detta hotell. Jag kommer förmodligen bo där igen vid nästa vistelse i Portland.

Mycket trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Gav oss råd om billig parkering när deras var full (den var till och med billigare än deras egna). Dock dåligt att disk inte var diskad när man använt ett glas eller så. Fanns inga disktillbehör för att göra detta själv.

"Well kept and clean with good service"
Overall great place for the price. Clean and well kept. Courteous staff. Close to shopping, gas and food. Only issue was room on backside are near delivery dock for businesses so truck deliveries a bit noisy.Verifierad gästrecension
Normally I do not have a problem sleeping, but I just couldn't seem to settle into the bed either of the two nights I was there, even after working 12 hour days. I thought the breakfast although enough to get me by until lunch, was extremely lacking in diversity and really anything good for you. "Nice area"

It was quiet considering how close to the roadway it was, and for all intents and purposes it was a very satisfactory stay. "Good location, bathroom needed work."
Good location but unfortunately the room was not that nice. The toilet paper holder was broken. The grout and caulking around the tub had been replaced and was messy looking. Unfortunately I was not that impressed with the facility. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the price was very reasonable. However, the maid did not refill out toilet paper twice. We ran out and had to go to front desk to ask for more. The room where the pool is was very cold and the pool water was also too cold. The workout equipment […] is old and not functioning well. I attempted to use the treadmill and the eliptical machine and both were not working well so I did not continue with my workout. The toilet in out room, the flush handle broke twice and I put it back together but it still did not flush well. The pullout couch in our room was broken. We were able to get it out but the bed was so uncomfortable that we did not use it. The breakfast was lacking in variety. Would be nice if you offered yogurt and some other choices of muffins instead of banana and blueberry. A waffle maker would be great also. "Family friendly!"
We traveled for a family event and traveled with young children. This is an optimal room for comfort, convenience, and children. Located next to major freeways and local amenities. A decent continental breakfast, pleasing for both adults and children. Microwave and refrigerater came in handy to warm meals and milk for the kids. The staff is very friendly […] and accomadating. "Great service, okay place to rest your head"

"Great for anyone traveling for any reason"
This hotel was a perfect fit for my husband and I on a businnes trip. Right at the I-5/I-205 interchange, it was super fast to downtown Vancouver, Portland and the airport. The staff was nice, the hot tub was amazing and the bed was the best mattress I've slept in years. Very pleasantly surprised by a modest, cheap establishment. The breakfast was better […] than a lot of continental breakfasts I've experienced. Fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and pretty good coffee. "Quiet, convenient stay"

"Not recommended"
Hotel was not the chain I thought it was, instead was independent. Room was very sparsely furnished, worn, bare minimums. Dirty enough to have us look at the bed for bedbugs, no bedbugs but discovered that the blanket was a single mattress blanket turned sideways on a queen bed and the lower 2 feet of the mattress had no blanket. Pillows were shapeless […] and lumpy, room was ice-cold on entry. Toilet leaked around base when flushed, needed towels on floor to keep feet dry. "Breakfast" was too strong a description, a few tired bagels, dispenser dry cereal, coffee in a tiny room. Almost walked away despite pre-paying. Never again. "This was not what we booked"
Prior to booking I phoned the hotel and asked for a quiet ground floor room. I was assured that we would have a ground floor room away from the freeway that was very quiet. I also asked for a non smoking room. When we arrived we had to carry all of our luggage up a flight of stairs to the second floor then to the other end of the building. Being seniors […] this was not easy and certainly not what we booked. Our room reeked of smoke so we asked to be moved. We were then put in a room facing the freeway where the noise kept us up all night. Despite the room being paid for in advance through hotels.ca they ask for our credit card. I felt the room was not clean. The toilet paper was just set on the counter. I had to make the fold out bed-there was not even bedding in the room for the bed. "Claen and Comfortable"
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast consisted of items you can toast yourself, bread, bagels, etc., cereals, coffee, and juices. "OK place to stay"

"Very nice place"
We had had a dreadful experience with a stay the previous night in a terrible motel. This Inn was a very pleasant reverse of that. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient to Highway 205 and I-5. "Good for business travel"

"Location"
This was my first stay since Hotel chain ownership was changed. Improvements include new carpeting, thorough cleaning, new bedding and re-vamp of breakfast area. Smelled great, staff was very helpful, friendly and available. This hotel is close to the church that I attend often during the year, as well as many of my local church family. We travel down […] to Vancouver from the Tacoma area and it is just a perfect place to shop, sight see (close to freeway) but also to local businesses. Love the pool available 24 hrs. a day! Just need to put the waffle iron back for the morning breakfasts. We loved it and other close hotels offer this amenity. Glad to see this operating again at a higher level. The hotel is just okay. If you have a room on the 2nd floor - there is NO elevator but I didnt know that, so I lugged my luggage up a flight of stairs. There is a gym, but the treadmill is the only updated piece of equipment. There is a pool but basically the hallways look old. The carpeting throughout needs to be replaced. The room was clean and comfortable but I ended up sitting on the hallway steps to get internet access for my lap top! The mini fridge was also not working but I had a cooler so I did not report the broken fridge but they were told about the poor WIFI reception. I didn't get to try the breakfast because we overslept but I throughly enjoyed our night here. The pool is 24 hrs which is nice. Our room was amazingly clean, the bed was sooo comfortable.
