Superfint hotell med mycket bra läge till shopping, restauranger och Musikaler. Otroligt bra service i receptionen!! Moderna och fräscha rum.

Vi fick ett jätte trevlig bemötandeoch hjälp av hotelchefen Zidanne?,han var oerhört vänlig mot alla. Hotellet var rent och snyggt.

Hotellet ligger nära Subway station vilket gör det enkelt att nå när man kommer från flygplatsen. Det ligger också lagom bra till för shopping, ett kvarter från starten på Oxford Street men ändå på en bakgata som gör att det inte är alltför störande läge. Det som dock kan höras är lite ljud från baren, men inte så man störs. Twin rummen är rymliga och […] trevliga. Jag rekommenderar att man inte köper in sig på hotellets frukost utan istället ger sig ut till korsningen Bloomsbury Street / New Oxford där kedjan Pret har alldeles utomordentliga valmöjligheter till frukost. Det enda minus hotellet får, är att de har nån form av rökelse eller liknande som förpestar hela lobbyn och restaurangen, som allergiker skulle man förmodligen vara tvungen att vända i dörren och boka in sig på annat hotell. Vi har varit i London ett antal gånger och har de tre senaste gångerna legat på detta hotell. Hotellet har ett superläge, man går överallt nästan istället för att ta tunnelbanan. Dåligt att vi fick ett rökrum när vi beställt rökfritt. Trots vår klagan fick vi inte byta direkt utan erbköd ett nytt rum först efter nästa dag. Men hotellet ar bra service och bemötande. Hotellet har också utmärkt läge och en supergod frukost.

Bra hotell med bra läge. Trevlig personal och fina rum! Mysigt område i staden med flera tunnelbaneuppgångar i närheten (även om vi faktiskt promenerade för det mesta då vi tyckte att det var nära och bra). Finns även flera restauranger och småfik längs gatorna. Vill man ha närhet till British Museum så finns det på granngatan. Rekommenderas!

Jag bokade och fikc bekräftelse på att jag erhållit ett superior rum med EN SÄNG (DUBBEL). När vi klev in i rummet var det två enkelsängar. Jag hänvisade till min bokning, men personalen sa bara att det inte fanns några lediga superior rum med dubbelsäng. Men jag kunde uppgradera till Luxory rum och få dubbelsäng mot en kostnad på ca 300 kr. Det […] ville vi inte betala eftersom jag fått bekräftat att jag skulle få dubbelsäng. Personalen sa att för nästa dag så kunde vi få ett superior rum med dubbelsäng. Vi sa JA till det och packade våra väskor morgonen därpå. Great location for walking to most of the main London attractions! I booked the hotel for a trip with my dad because of the location and the availability of standard rooms with two twin beds. Although I stated in my hotels.com reservation that I preferred two twin beds, when I arrived at the hotel they said they knew nothing about that request and only […] had me down for a single queen. They were, however, able to accomodate my request for two twins. If you are reserving a similar room, I would advise contacting the hotel before arrival to make sure you get what you want. Läs mer

Clean, well furnished hotel. The standard room is however far too small. I would only recommend the executive king size if you want more than just a bed for the night.

Very friendly welcome by swedish girl on reception. All staff very well trained and helpful. good choice at Breakfast and lighter option of cereal tea and toast at lower price. Very clean rooms and comfy beds.

Right near the tube stop this hotel was lovely. Rooms were clean, modern, nicely decorated and of a good size. I had emailed earlier in the week to ask if I could check in early due wanting to refresh before my days activities and the hotel managed to sort this for me at no extra charge. I was extremely grateful for this after my 3 hour journey

Very clean room, professional service. Room was smaller than expected, functional not luxurious. Probably due to being in London

Really enjoy my stay at this hotel - myself and my girlfriend found the room very comfortable and clean - and very modern. Only 5 mins walk from Oxford street for those who like to shop. Only bad thing was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar...... but hey.... thats London!

Stayed just one night in the hotel. We arrived fairly late and went out to dinner, so we did not use many of the hotels amenities. Room was very comfortable and appeared to have been recently refurbished. The bathroom was very clean and finished to a high standard. My only complaint about the room was the air conditioning which was loud for a modern […] system. Service was generally good, apart from housekeeping who spent a long time asking me to look for the hair-dryer rather than just send me up a replacement. Good food, clean, good service and staff very helpfull I have no complaints, if anything it would be the prices, but they were comparable with all other 4 star hotels. I would stay there again

Couldn't fault the hotel, it was comfortable and very well kept. Shame about the reception staff who were very abrupt, unhelpful, and hard to understand.

The hotel was fine for a short 4 day business trip into London. The free WiFi was well appreciated - so may hotels grossly overcharge for this basic amenity. Location was good for access to meetings in The City as well as Mayfair/St. James. The standard room was small, but well appointed and the bathroom was recently renovated and well designed. I wish […] they had more TV programming available - a few US channels other than CNN or CNBC would be nice. They never got around to restocking my mini-bar. This hotel is in a great location, close to 3 tube stations, walking distance to Oxford St and many other attractions. Staff are friendly and helpfull and the room was modern, comftable quiet and clean. I would stay again without hesitation.

The location of the hotel was a must, just a couple of minutes walk from Oxford St. and 2 tube stations. The comfort of the hotel was also very good and the staff are extremely helpful. All around great stay and no complaints.

My wife and I chose this hotel for our romantic vacation in London because (a) it is very close to the British Museum, and (b) we got a good deal on an advance purchase on hotels.com. It is a short walk to the West End theaters, the National Gallery, the National Portrait Gallery, Regent Street, and many other attractions. My wife and i came to London for the night to watch a show and chosed this hotel for the location,however we were over the moon with our room and with everybody treating us very well indeed made ouu stay even more enjoyable .This was for us quite expensive,more than we would normaly pay but in our eyes money well spent

This hotel certainly lived up to to reputation that goes hand in hand with the Radisson . We booked this one for its convenient location as we were going to see a show and it was spot on for getting about . Staff were very helpful too as the concierge was outside the hotel , helping us to get a taxi . Will stay there again .

Location was good but if you drive, very hard to find the spot to park your car since no place to stop in front of entrance. We made at least 5 big rounds to simlply find the place to stop. This is one of the best located hotels I've stayed in in London. Just two minutes walk takes you to the British Museum, Covent Garden, Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road etc. Other aspects of the hotel are good, especially the front desk service, but no more than you would expect for a hotel of this category - it's the location that swings it for […] me. My friend and I went to London for the wkend and this hotel was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff, really good location and the hotel itself was lovely. Was ideal for what we wanted, we would recommend it to anyone and we will be staying there again! Gold stars all round! :)

The manager has done an excellent job of upgrading the quality of service at this hotel over the past few years. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and provide the kind of service you would expect (or at least hope for) from a quality hotel. The hotel also was substantially renovated within the past few years, so the rooms and amenities are largely […] new and well-maintained. The location, for someone who plans to attend a lot of theater, couldn't be better as all the West End theaters are a short walk away. For the kind of London hotel I prefer, this an excellent choice. I take 2 annual trips to london and normally stay in a holiday Inn which is more conveniently situated for shopping. However, as my daughter had been ill, I decided to go for a more luxurious hotel this time. I was extremely disappointed to find that the room was unavailable until 3pm. Although it was stated at the time of booking, this was my first […] experience of having to wait until so late to check in. Also, check out was 11am and express checkout was also unavailable, so the hotel worked out at over £11 per hour each! I ordered room service for dinner and it was delicious. However, I had to pay by cash as the mobile machine was not available, and despite the addition of a tray charge AND 12.5% service charge, the bill check had a space for "gratuity"! This is a beautiful hotel , and the staff are very friendly and polite, but I would not recommend it to my friends due to the late check in. Läs mer

Excellent location for British Museum, Covent Garden & West End Theatres and Restaurants. Service was outstanding, all staff , be it at Reception, in the Dining Room etc could not have done enough to ensure all needs were met and a very comfortable stay enjoyed.

Although we were offered free upgrade to kingsize bed, room was exremely small. we were unable to fully open one cupboard as the doors hit on the bed and wardrobe hanging space taken up largely by ironing board. Bathroom was very dark as buld above mirror had gone and was not replaced during our stay. Also the sink plug was missing making washing/shaving […] awkward. Ordered coffee in bar on two occassions, but had to wait some 15 minutes each time as they couldn't find any milk! Läs mer

Very nice Hotel - Price/ Value is in top. The staff was very nice - always trying to support and help. High recommendation

Allround great ambience, nice bar, lobby with fragrance, great service from staff. The problem i have with this hotel is the size of the gym. Its a tiny room in the basement, with very sparse equipment. The free weights are not weighing enough (seriously), and no rubber ball or mat to do your ab crunches on. Not up to standard.

IF you are on a short stay in London and you want to see all the sights then this is the place to stay. It is so central, literally 2 minutes walk to Oxford street, 5 minutes wlak to Covent Garden & Leicester square. My wife and walked around for 2 days and saw all the sights without ever getting on a bus or a tube. We didn;' eat at the hotel so I can;t comment on the food as there was so much choice of bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 mintues.
