Hotellet var trevligt! Poolen var stor och hade riktigt varmt vatten. Det låg lite avsides men nära till mat och shopping med bil.

Hotellet ligger centralt - Tyvärr bodde jag bara en natt så jag han inte själva kolla vilka affärer, restauranger som ligger nära. Rummet var rent och möblerna relativt moderna alla bekvämligheter som man förväntar sig av ett amerikanskt Hotellrum fanns där. Nackdelen med rummen är att ljudisoleringen är dålig mellan gata och rum och mellan rum till rum. Jag stördes av grannar och var tvungen att knacka lite diskret åt ljudet utifrån fanns inget att göra. När jag besökte Hotellet var utomhussimbassängen stängd pga arbete. På gymmet var det lite trångt Hotellet har många rum - Köbildning uppstod. Min favoritmaskin cykeln där man sitter var trasig men gick att använda - Handtagen var borta och kalorimätare gav bara cirka 1/3 av kalorierna. frukostmatsalen är stor och luftig och det är fin utsikt över angränsande skyskrapor. Amerikansk stil och ingen typisk svensk frukostmat. Jag tog blåbär färska sådana mjölk och raisin brans. Gott!

"Good Deal for the Money"
Only problem was that it's not a smoke free facility - although the common areas are. A lot of smokers use the facility that compromises the air space. I did not use the free breakfast. But overall pleasant staff that cleaned the room every day - no matter how late I stayed in the room.Verifierad gästrecension
"Good (not great) stay for the price."
Positives first: The room was clean and comfortable. My 7 year-old was very excited about the huge whirlpool tub in the room! The room also had a mini-fridge, which I am always glad to see. The staff members were very friendly during the check-in/check-out process. Now, the negatives: In the light of day, the neighborhood didn't seem bad, but I heard […] sirens several times as we were trying to get to sleep. It's possible that there was a speed trap in the area and that's what the sirens were about. (The hotel was right off the highway exit and it was Friday night.) The free "breakfast" also left a lot to be desired. There was only powdered creamer for the coffee and the only hot option was the ever-present waffle machine. Other than that, they had 3 unappealing cold cereal options, a sad selection of pastries, and some apples and bananas. In spite of what I just related, I would probably stay at this hotel again. "A pleasant stay at this Howard Johnson's"
This hotel was a pleasant surprise since this was my first stay at a HJ Express. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff at registration were polite and knowledgeable about the area. "Cleanliness of room whirlpool suite"
From the outside hotel does not look so nice. Inside the room was nice a clean. The bathroom was fairly clean, I had to go down to walgreens and get some bathroom cleaner and clean out the hot tub and shower. "Overnight stay before swim meet"
Location was perfect, room was very clean, and breakfast was very nice. Both of my girls loved their Belgium Waffles. The room was nothing very fancy but was very clean and smelled fresh. We have stayed here 3 times, this time we couldn't get on the Internet, the signal was too low, or really not sure why. We couldn't get the heater to work, so most of the night was spent freezing. "My New Favorite Hotel"
My girlfriend and I have been using this hotel frequently lately whenever we are visiting the area. Staff is friendly and accomodating, rooms are clean and ample parking. "Our little Getaway Spot"
My fiance and I like to run away once and a while and have extra privacy away from family, friends, roomates etc, I found this hotel on-line by accident a few months ago and we loved the Roman tub. "Bed bugs"
I have been your customer for a few years and had good results with your bookings. I am very disapointed with this booking. After I checked in to Howard Johnson Express, Black Wood, NJ. I wanted to use the micro wave oven. However, to my dismay there were small dark brown insects crawling out of it. They appeared to look like bed bugs and the oven had […] dried food spots in it. I refuse to sleep in an environment of this sort. These types of bugs can get in your luggage and clothes and can be transported to your home. I packed up my things and check out. If they are in one room it is highly possible for others to be infested. I seen no need to ask for another room. I did not stay there at all. Please look in to this issue and get back to me. "Clean, but wellll...."
A friend of mine was getting married in the Philadelphia area and I just needed a quick place to stay for 2 nights for my 11 year-old and I. Nothing fancy or expensive as we would be out most of the day. We arrived at the hotel very late but check-in went fairly quickly even though we had to use the night window (the lobby closes at night). Although […] you could easily see that the furniture was a bit worn, the room was clean. There was a small language issue with the housekeeping attendant who didn't quite understand that I was trying to tell her that we were changing clothes and that she should come back in an hour. That evening my son stayed over at my god-daughter's home and I returned to our room alone. Well folks, it was Saturday night and place was jumping like a trampoline in a gymnaisium. There were more shouts of "Oh God!" there than you would hear at a tent revival, if you catch my drift. Glad the little one wasn't with me at the time because I definitely wasn't prepared to have THAT discussion. But, sometimes you get what you pay for. "Don't count on the WiFi!"
Overall, this was an amazing room. Huge jacuzzi tub, plus separate shower, in the bathroom. Large king bed in the bedroom, with two entrances - one onto the parking lot, the other facing the pool, with a small sitting area. But the WiFi was down when I arrived; the front desk said the router needed rebooting, and while it did come back up, it did so […] with a signal so weak as to make it worthless for any consistent work. Despite some problems, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. My first room - the AC didn't work. So they moved me to a room that was even nicer. When I left, I left my laptop behind by mistake - they hung on to it for several days before I could get back for it. In some rooms, the decor is rather old, but as I say, my second room was nice.
